After we discussed the local taxes he "angrily" deducted the erroneous charges. #2 ) Was told that they would remove my memory card at time of purchase. So I "assumed" that was done. Bad IDEA! I left the store and realized that my memory card with all my family photos was in fact not transferred to the new cell.
