He offered to fix it for me for free but I declined as I have an otter case and just wanted my phone back. Fast forward 8 months later and I upgraded my phone and now needed to turn in my old phone to get a credit. They told me I need to fix the back before turning it in so I called Glo Tech and he remembered me from 8 months ago and still fixed it for free. Bonus points when I went to drop it off today at 10:20 the store was closed but was supposed to have opened at 10am he answered my call and offered to have me leave my phone at the nextdoor business and after it was fixed he sent it back to me at my work in Richmond via Uber driver this was amazing customer service. I will use this company for any of my phone repair needs in the future!
