Jay was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and transparent. He took the time to walk me through all the plan details, answered every question clearly, and worked hard to find the best possible deal for my family. I never felt pressured -- just genuinely helped. Because of his professionalism, I decided on the spot to transfer all four of my lines. What really impressed me was his follow-through. After I placed the order, he continued to stay on top of everything -- texting me when my phone was ready for pickup in Fremont, coordinating activation even on his day off, and quickly resolving an issue I had with a physical SIM card. That level of care is rare. Jay made what could have been a stressful switch feel smooth and easy. I truly appreciate the excellent service and have already recommended him to colleagues. If you're considering Verizon, I highly suggest working with Jay.

They don't make you feel valued and couldn't care less. It shows. Very surprised to experience this in Palo Alto. I think I'll go to ATT instead. ATT signal is better in Palo Alto and Mountain View both anyhow. This Verizon location is really hard to do business with.

Unfortunately, our experience with AT&T has been disappointing on almost every level. Internet (Fiber) We pay for AT&T's highest-tier fiber internet for our family business, and the service is awful. The connection is slow, laggy, and unreliable. Our office is just at the end of the yard, and the internet barely reaches it. We're spending premium prices for something that should be fast and consistent - but it's not. Phone Service We have multiple phone lines through AT&T and the bills are extremely high. We've seen random charges like late fees (even though we're on autopay) and out-of-town phone fees that no one can clearly explain. Anytime we try to get help or answers, we're left more confused. In-Person Customer Service The store experience is disappointing. The staff don't seem trained to actually resolve anything and aren't helpful when you bring up billing issues or problems with service. Phone Customer Service Calling AT&T is just as frustrating. Our teacher has waited 30-40 mins on hold more than once. When someone finally answers, they can't explain what's going on or fix the issue. You get transferred around or told to "wait for an email" that never comes. Teacher Discount If you're a teacher for a daycare or preschool and thinking the teacher discount will be a helpful perk - think again. This is now the 4th time in 4mos that I've received the same message telling me to re-submit my documents to prove we're a licensed school. I've already submitted everything 2x & WAS approved -& still, they remove the discount after a short time, then send the same message again. Here's the message I keep getting: "You're almost there! Upload your ID to see if you qualify for the AT&T Teachers and families appreciation offer. You need to submit your proof of eligibility within the next 14 days or you may lose program benefits or any discount you might currently be receiving. Once you've uploaded your doc, keep an eye out for either a confirmation email or a request for more info from us." This has happened every month since I applied. We've only actually received the discount 3x- every other time it's been removed, & now we're on our 4th document request. Overall Experience We're paying for top-tier internet & multiple phone lines, & the service continues to disappoint. Between the unreliable connection, overpriced phone plans, poor support, a broken teacher discount system, we're seriously reconsidering staying with AT&T.

They are liars, incompetent and will not transfer to supervisors or billing dept when they cant resolve issues. 2) Customer service will disconnect your phone once you insists on supervisor/manager. 3) customer service individuals lack IQ of even 50. 4) their access number for prepaid plans to call international destination is siphoning money from your balance. when you call access code to dial international number, " you don't have sufficient funds" and will not place call but will deduct 5c each attempt. Remind you this this the only access number to call international destinations. 5) for monthly plan they have 213-808-6199 access code to call international and when you do " due to network difficulty we cannot complete your call, try again later" 6) when you address these issues you will be transferred to supervisor( if you are in luck) , phone will be disconnected and if you do get someone, then you start all over again. 7) their billing dept, supervisors for CSR cannot communicate and share their notes, go figure so you will be repeating same issues to each and every one at the very best. 8) I lost money/ balance as a direct result of above and no resolution, even worse they dont give a damn about your issues as these issue lingers on like pests at this company. 9) Needless to say I will not be patronizing this barbaric company and suggests no one should. 10) better business bureau complaint is being lodged from my side and hope you all would too. AVOID H2O WIRELESS FOR YOUR PREPAID SERVICES AT ALL COST.

Sept 16 was the first day the 14 was made available. Opted to pick it up at the store. Staff at the door was very prompt in letting all who were there to pick up their new phones to enter the store and directed us to the tables with the staffs ready to help. He led me to Vince (I hope I got the name right. Super friendly guy and asked if I needed help in settling up or if I had any questions. Another staff came from the back of the store and handed him my new toy. He went "Wow!! 1 TB?!! Nice!!" I told him I had been surviving with the measly 64GB since 2017. Yes, I had an X. Just like my X would dictate what storage I should and could get, he said then "you do not need more than a 64GB!" I had to listen even though I paid for my own X. My bestie said yesterday that was so extreme, from a 64GB to going ham with a 1TB! I told her that happened when people got repressed for so many years. So yes, I got what I wanted for the first time and I am happy!! To that abusive being, if you are reading this.. I hope you would not stalk me ever again on Yelp or anywhere else. Karma may be busy at this moment, but eventually they would come for you and you would deserve what you have done to me all these years. Sorry fellow yelpers for trauma dumping on a Sunday evening! Life moves on and it is always best without any toxicity! Back to this store, I walked in and left happily with my well-deserved 14 Pro.     We've had variable service from this location over many years, and this review is based on our most…read morerecent visit (11/30/25). It is very helpful to make an appointment first, to reduce the amount of time spent waiting (but be prepared to wait anyway, as they are often busy there). We arrived 15 minutes early for our appointment and were initially unsure if we needed to complete the iPad sign-in (we learned you don't need to sign in there if you already have an appointment). A woman who may have been a manager, Rafaela, greeted us and let us know we'd be up next for our appointment. She was proactively circulating around the room and kindly letting customers around the room know about the wait and thanking them for their patience. Charles was the representative who helped us (he had just returned from his lunch break, I think), and he was very knowledgeable, helpful, professional - a real gem. He was able to take care of our request (adding a new line) very quickly, acknowledging the issue that prevented us from doing this online. Both Charles and Rafaela exhibited high quality service skills and professionalism, not something that we see often these days. We appreciated their efforts and hard work and hope that AT&T recognizes how valuable they are to their brand. Many thanks to both of you for your help.

    UNBELIEVABLE! Was it…read morethe new iphone release, or just the usual long wait at the AT&T store. IDK, but the manager greeting at the door had SERIOUS attitude towards me. Was he power tripping? Not sure, but he was very cold. So after the 60 minute wait, I meet with a rep, who asks for me ID. After running out to the car for my wallet, I saw the rep was already talking to another customer. That boss at the door told me I was back in the queue. Only 30 minutes later did I realize he put me at the very end of the line. Really? Really?? I would have to wait in the queue twice because I left the store for my ID and came back? What is this, monty python? When an elderly guy came in, the boss became so nice and immediately helped him fix the problems, and sent them on their way. That was cool. So he totally had discretion over "policy". But he chose to beat me over the head with the rules. Unreasonable. And rude. I've bought phones here before, with no problems. I guess just toe the line. Or maybe hope that the "don't give a hoot crew" isn't on duty that day. Or skip this location all together.
