Agent Sebastion is very knowledgeable, took his time and found the best plan for me, not only no increase in price like rental router fee, and my plan will last another 5 more years without a big jump in price. I used the restroom, then sat down in their VERY LARGE TV THEATRE SCREEN lounge area to watch the playoffs game. Only one other customer was there. I arrived at approximately 6:30p. I got my new equipment at 7:15p and I stayed until 8p when they closed. I paid for parking both visits and it took me over 20mins to find parking both trips. Very inconvenient. Overall, nice staff, great location to relax in, but parking is definitely a big challenge in this busy location. Next to the Metro is convenient for those who ride it.

Since nobody was at home, it ended up being sent back to a Verizon warehouse. The phone rep neglected to tell me about the signature requirement. I didn't expect much when I made an appointment at this store, but I figured it couldn't be worse than the time I spent on the phone. Moses was a total pro, and I walked out with a new phone. I was there quite a while, but that was because there were technical glitches at Verizon. Moses was so sweet and patient, and listened to my whining about the awful experience I had trying to buy through the phone rep. Another customer was helped by Doreen. He was so unhappy and frustrated with Verizon service, but Doreen helped him in no time at all. He was so thrilled, he came back with a lovely vase of flowers. She deserved it!
