As for James C on his cracked iPhone 6, I don't believe that the company won't fix the issue seeing that it's a screen and not data Manipulation. And the iphone 6 was no doubt Jailbroken. He could have taken advantage of the situation but was very honest! Careful with these new glass screen protectors, if they break, theyll save your screen but may give you a heart attack because they look just like a cracked screen! The associate took his own time and carefully cleaned the broken aftermarket protector remains off the front of my phone for her, not a fun job, free of charge, so she could bring me back a phone I thought was broken and needed $250 of work. I later stopped by myself and he was happy to supply me with the only Samsung S8+ case I've owned (out of 3) that properly protects the vulnerable curves on the glass. The new "Otter" thin ones aren't as good as what Cellaris sells for that phone because the case needs to protrude beyond the glass. By fitting a case, turning over the phone and sliding a slice of paper under my phone, the guy proved my phone was protected. What's even better is that all my side buttons work perfectly with ease and precision, unlike the similar priced ($20's-$30's) ones at the yellow and blue box store next door, which are rediculously gummy and hard to press. Sure, for $59 bucks you can get a proper 2 piece rubber and composite shells with precision cut-outs for volume and other side buttons at Best Buy, but the ones at Cellaris are as precision made, and also 2 piece for half the price. This is important when taking screen shots or using the "Bixby" button, turning down volume etc. Then he really went above and beyond by applying a glass screen protector onto the front of my phone for me he noticed I had, even though I bought it elsewhere. Thank you for doing the precision job on your own time, you obviously enjoy what you do. You were honest, then saved me money, sold me a superior product and I walked away with a totally protected phone with buttons that function just as well as one without a case and protector. As to some of the other reviews I think it's unfair to blame someone for cracking your phone when it could have happened at any time, no one knows when it occurred, probably before you got your case and no one can say for sure it happened when the guy put yours on so a 1 star review isn't fair and is just venting about a busted phone. I can testify the guy is very careful and didn't let me try cases myself, he insisted they get properly installed even if just to see a style. And as for reviews about Apple messages, Apple does NOT make it easy to get work done outside of their own overpriced Apple stores ($800 for new full new glass on the iPhone X check it yourself!). You say he won't answer the phone. Well he works alone I bet if you brought it in he would make it right.

I never bother to write a negative review. English isn't easy, and I would prefer to say something…read morenice. But there is definitely something wrong with AT&T specifically this location on Marginal Way from their representative to their store manager and to their DISTRICT MANGER. For me to know that a district manager exists, I have gone through the AT&T cycle -- on around 10/4 (with marginal way AT&T) - 11/25 (with marginal way AT&T) - 11/25 (with Maine Mall Rd AT&T Corp.) - 12/10 (with marginal way AT&T) - 12/11 (with marginal way AT&T) - 611 (escalation department that never existed) - 12/12 (with marginal way AT&T) -- now greeting the district manager that doesn't want to talk about the problem. And to know that I'm not their only victim just makes me feel worse. From someone I know in person to this AT&T's recent reviews, I should not have TRUSTED AT&T (but I don't read the news). From the representative to their manager, they act like they know a lot about AT&T then start the blaming game when problems come up (in my case, it adds $493.83 for my bill this October). They run you in circles, blame AT&T corp. lies about having an escalation department but doesn't want to direct you there. And they say their district manager probably would do the same thing which is nothing. And he did nothing. This place is hopeless. I don't think for over a decade of being an AT&T customer I have any problems until I come here. It just isn't worth it for this one time experience I have with AT&T but I'm definitely not coming back here again. Trust them until they offer to kick you out of their store. I don't know if they mean it but they have said it. I have AT&T for over a decade now. There used to be an AT&T at 211 Marginway only a minute or two from this new location. Great, friendly, and very knowledgeable people. Just one store lasts us for more than a decade. I don't know why this new location has the photos of the previous location. It's definitely not the one. Give them a chance and see if they might treat you any better. Unless problems come up, there should be no problems.

To start, every time I go in, I feel well taken care of no matter who is working, even if there's a wait, I know I'm waiting because they truly seem to take full care with every single customer issue and try to make sure that the experience is as pain free as possible, and I greatly appreciate that. Even better, the parking is way better than the old place!!! All around 5 stars, I couldn't recommend them more!

Sensing my lack of confidence he began squirming (read: bucking like a bronco). In an effort to make him comfortable my phone dropped out of my hand... And the screen cracked. We knew AT&T would do nothing for us but having never experienced a cracked phone screen before, we went to see them anyway to ask their advice. Us: "Hi, we have a cracked screen and while we know you don't fix them we were wondering what you suggest we do." Angry Employee: "Well, we don't fix cracked screens." Us: "Umm, right. We know. We were just wondering what we could do." Angry Employee: "Absolutely nothing. And you're not up to switch out phones for a while unless you want to buy your phone outright. There's absolutely no way we would ever take your broken phone, so buying it is your only option." Us: "It's not broken." Angry Employee: "Right, but the screen is essentially broken. So unless you want to buy your phone outright, there's nothing we can do." (It's important to note that when I started talking to him directly, he only looked at and addressed my boyfriend.) Me: "Okay, well does AT&T have a preferred screen repair store?" Angry Employee (to boyfriend): "Pardon me?" Me: "There are like three screen repair places just in the mall, I'm sure people have come to you with broken screens before. Do you suggest one more than the others?" Angry Employee (to boyfrend): "I really can't help you. We don't deal with broken screens." Me: "But you've heard from other people which screen repair place is better than the others, right?" Angry Employee (to boyfriend): "Unless you want to buy your phone today there's absolutely nothing we can do to help." So, I've been thinking how you - the AT&T of the Maine Mall - can actually help. Here are just two examples of how customer service works the next time someone comes into your store with any question: 1. Don't be patronizing to your customers. 2. It's okay to go off script. Really, try it. These simple things may just help both you and the people who are coming to you - GASP! - happy.
