He was extremely helpful and gave me a new case for my phone. He told me the Samsung A models were built to be discontinued in the future and it would be best if I were to get an S23,24 or 25 when/if I decide to get a new phone. He said the A models only last 2 years which is correct. He told me I could bring my old phone in and transfer the data from it to my current phone or if I wanted to wait until I got a new phone, they could transfer the data to it too. Store manager Jason did an exceptional job researching the situation and went above and beyond to assist me. Jason took a situation which could have resulted in me canceling 2 phone lines with T-Mobile, and changed it into me staying with T-Mobile as a very satisfied customer. All of the staff I encountered at the store were professional, responsive, and tried to be helpful. Jason did a great job in turning a negative situation around.

The owner recommended a phone (not trying to oversell) that was newer but similar to my Mother-n-Laws old one and she also made sure all of the data was retrieved and transferred. The old phone wasn't backed up and the screen was severely damaged (wouldn't stay on for more than 10 secs) so it was a challenge. The owner spent 2 hrs on it to make sure the new phone had her contacts and pics- that's a great customer-experience. Makes me want to leave Verizon just to support this store

This location is a "corporate" being that Metro PCS decides what specials and price changes are to be made not some random owner trying to stuff his pockets with my hard earned cash. Metro had merged with another company that doesn't use the same sim card, for the inconvenience Metro was giving a $50.00 credit and waiving $15.00 transfer fee. Do the math makes sense right ? When I grew tired of playing the when will it be ready game, I told them I'll just come get it and take it to Apple. I had a feeling they weren't experienced enough. When I showed up to retrieve my iPad, he told me it was not ready, and can I come tomorrow. I showed up the next day, during normal business hours, and the store was locked. Closed up for the day. So I returned the following day, to an iPad that was STILL in pieces. When he handed me the iPad it had not one screw in there to hold it together.
