Service at other local stores seem to pale in comparison. Staff at other T-Mobile locations seem extremely preoccupied, or they may not even acknowledge you when you walk in. Here, they truly appear to care about providing the BEST service possible. This location also has the vast selection of media some other T-Mobile stores lack. For example, I was sorely disappointed by what little was available at the T-Mobile in NorthPark Mall. The service reps were also unnecessarily pretentious. (Chill. You work for T-Mobile, not Louis Vuitton or Gucci.) I ended up regretting buying an accessory from there. So, when looking for a new phone, I decided to try this store instead after seeing it in passing. And you know what? I was more than happy to give them my business! :-)

Earlier this week I received a call and mail that I had a past due balance on a spectrum account. An account that I did not authorize or set up. A service that I have not used. I tried calling your customer service line but was told I couldn't be helped because I didn't have the account number needed. I was able to speak with a csr when your team called me today. While the rep resolved the issue by closing the account, she forgot to mute herself and I overheard the conversation she had with I assume management. She said things like, I know they are lying & I hope she never calls my line. The feedback I heard from management was to sell me service, and she would be micromanaged if not. Extremely unprofessional on a call with a customer. Signing someone up without consent is identity theft and unacceptable. I filed a police report, named a suspect, and did everything I was supposed to do. AT&T refused to initiate a fraud case. Instead, they: Suspended my line so I couldn't even call for help Forced me to pay $732.33 just to unlock access to support Ignored 6+ requests for employee IDs Told me "we can't help you until you pay," then refused a refund after payment Called my police report a "civil matter" and used it as the reason to deny my fraud claim Lied about escalation pathways, refused to issue a case number, and closed chats without resolution Sent me a discount offer to restore service for others -- but not me Claimed "your service appears to be on" even when I sent screenshots proving it wasn't They had the audacity to ask me when the hotspot was stolen after I had already provided the report multiple times. They violated their own terms, blocked access to fraud reporting, and now want me to pay an additional $1,339.87 to "move forward." I've filed with the FCC, CFPB, BBB, CPUC, and the California Attorney General, and I strongly encourage everyone else dealing with this company's negligence to do the same. DO NOT TRUST AT&T. She charged my account rather than the card I had with me and then was unable to cancel the pending order. After struggling for 30-45 minutes trying to come up with solutions as to how I could still get a phone that day she had me call customer service and speak with them for 20 minutes. They were also unable to cancel the order. Now I'm normally pretty understanding of situations like this and she was clearly flustered and trying to help me get a phone someway. I appreciate her desire to fix the problem but I would have much rather her been straightforward with me as to whether or not it was likely I would even leave with a phone that day. Instead, she kept dancing around that until I eventually asked another employee if I would be able to get the phone or would need to wait until the pending order was cancelled when I didn't pick the phone up. He said yes that was the only option. So instead of telling me this the lady wasted almost two hours of my afternoon working on superficial solutions. And her last solution before I spoke to the other employee was to use the upgrade associated with another phone on my account that does not belong to me. Not only is this an unprofessional solution but the upgrade charge would have also been double what I would have to pay on my own upgrade. All in all a frustrating waste of time that could have ended an hour and a half earlier. I wouldn't be writing this if I was just told that I needed to come back and try again. Three days later and I'm still waiting for my order to magically be cancelled so I can try again...
