Here, they truly appear to care about providing the BEST service possible. This location also has the vast selection of media some other T-Mobile stores lack. For example, I was sorely disappointed by what little was available at the T-Mobile in NorthPark Mall. The service reps were also unnecessarily pretentious. (Chill. You work for T-Mobile, not Louis Vuitton or Gucci.) I ended up regretting buying an accessory from there. She said things like, I know they are lying & I hope she never calls my line. The feedback I heard from management was to sell me service, and she would be micromanaged if not. Extremely unprofessional on a call with a customer. Signing someone up without consent is identity theft and unacceptable. Despite this, they still billed me and continued the service as if nothing had changed. After multiple calls, I was escalated to a manager who assured me everything had been resolved. However, I am still receiving emails and calls regarding a service I no longer have and did not authorize to continue. There is no reason I would choose to keep paying $256 a month for inconsistent service and ongoing administrative errors. At this point, I no longer want or need their service, and I strongly regret my experience with this company.
