Service at other local stores seem to pale in comparison. Staff at other T-Mobile locations seem extremely preoccupied, or they may not even acknowledge you when you walk in. Here, they truly appear to care about providing the BEST service possible. This location also has the vast selection of media some other T-Mobile stores lack. For example, I was sorely disappointed by what little was available at the T-Mobile in NorthPark Mall. The service reps were also unnecessarily pretentious. (Chill. You work for T-Mobile, not Louis Vuitton or Gucci.) I ended up regretting buying an accessory from there. While the rep resolved the issue by closing the account, she forgot to mute herself and I overheard the conversation she had with I assume management. She said things like, I know they are lying & I hope she never calls my line. The feedback I heard from management was to sell me service, and she would be micromanaged if not. Extremely unprofessional on a call with a customer. Signing someone up without consent is identity theft and unacceptable. Sharing this with others because it can go to collections and affect your credit score.

Despite this, they still billed me and continued the service as if nothing had changed. After multiple calls, I was escalated to a manager who assured me everything had been resolved. However, I am still receiving emails and calls regarding a service I no longer have and did not authorize to continue. There is no reason I would choose to keep paying $256 a month for inconsistent service and ongoing administrative errors. At this point, I no longer want or need their service, and I strongly regret my experience with this company.
