The process was pretty fast first I contacted Aaron who sets everything in motion. Then Ragan came and actually installed the fiber line. In the meantime I met Morgan Meeks who was going to show me how to work the apps. Long story short I wound up moving my cell over too. Morgan was very patient as it's I'm used to Spectrum. She handled all the work I just had to sign in. The savings especially for us elders on SS it's quite the savings on the internet. Thank you Aaron, Ragan and Morgan for making the transition smoother. Blessings, Sandy

My family and I decided to switch from AT&T to Verizon; but prior to that, I actually was able to…read morehave Verizon under a 30 day trial service, while I still had AT&T. That allowed me to see if the service had gotten better around the Maryville and surrounding areas in the last 3 years. I have to say, they have come such a long way. The only trouble I had was porting over my husband's line. I was on the phone with AT&T yesterday for over 3 hours, to which I was hung up 3 times. They kept transferring me and transferring me, never really getting anywhere. I came to this Verizon store and Lloyd met us. I told him the issues I was having, that my husband could make outgoing calls but he wasn't receiving anything. At first, we thought we would have to get new phone numbers; but Lloyd knew exactly who to call, and got the same number that I used for my number to Port in for my husband's line. I can tell you that I am happy and pleased with Verizon and their kindness. Going out of their way and helping my family and I was huge! If I ever have any more issues, I am definitely looking for Lloyd in the future! We were in and out of there within 10 minutes. Thank you Verizon!

This is the second time Dewayne and the the guys at Cell Phone Repair, (CPR) have helped us out in…read morea crisis. First time was when my wife's Iphone X took a header off her chair and went dead. They resuscitated her phone (pun intended) and offered us a deal on an Iphone 16. They did all the annoying stuff to transfer service and cloud connection. Sale included a life time screen guard that gave it's life during yet another drop and was replaced for free. Second was my laptop repair. I shut it down one evening and everything went black. Nothing when pressing power button, no charging light when plugged in, and battery swap did nothing. The realization of not backing up files more often hits hard! Dropped it off in a box, explained what happened, got a quote, they ordered parts and 10 days later I'm writing this review on it! Got a problem with your phone/laptop, try these guys out. Dewayne, from Larry and Kim, thanks isn't enough!
