Holy cow this place is expensive. So grateful to my dad for paying for us all to go. It's $50 per kid to have unlimited for the day, including 20 credits at the arcade, which barely covers anything. My kids loved the go-karts and the starship zero gravity spinning ride and laser tag. Go when it opens because it gets really crowded in the second half of the day. Boomers has been around basically my whole life so I'm happy for them that they've found a way to stay open all this time. Food reviews- expensive but pretty good. My bro liked the quesadilla, the kids liked their chicken, my dad liked his burger, and my other bro and I shared the nacho avalanche- definitely don't try to eat the nachos alone. They're huge. Also I added steak for protein- turns out they come with meat even if you don't ask for it (chili) so no need to pay more for that. And if you're vegetarian, now you know not to get those. The chili is kinda spicy and pretty gross so I wouldn't get those again.

Lots of parking. Great service. Clean restrooms. Not too much for little kids under 5 to do. But this was a great experience. Came to a birthday party here. The Weber in the party room was beyond great. He went over and beyond. All of the workers for the rides were amazing except one girl. We didn't get her name but everyone there tried to avoid every ride she had to work at. If you're not going to be nice, find another job where you don't deal with people Other than that, it was a fun time. Nov 7 Sunday I beleive it was 3 or 4 pizzas, wings and two sodas and one kids drink

    Two mini golf courses

Nice facility for a good time out for adults and kids alike. I've been here a few times the past year or so and have tried pretty much all of their offerings. Mini golf is $18/adult. There are two courses and each course takes about an hr or so. You can pay once and do both courses. I went most recently on a Friday evening and it was pretty crowded though, so I would say maybe half the time on the course was waiting for the party in front of you. Just keep that in mind. The go-karts are pretty standard. The wait for the go-karts can be long because the turn cycle can take awhile since the workers need to check if everyone is properly wearing a seatbelt, etc. The laser tag was solid. Sometimes the guns don't work so just make sure you test your equipment before the game starts, otherwise you really can't participate and you have to wait in line again (this happened to me once...). I would avoid the arcade games. They are too expensive. Some games are $2-3 just for one game. The batting cages are pretty neat. Not sure how many other batting cages there are in OC. But here it is $5 for a round of 25 balls. They also have bats and helmets you can borrow for free. Overall a decent place to hang out and have fun. It can be easy to spend a lot though so I would limit yourself to 1-2 attractions or just get the all-day pass. Even then I think the all-day pass is $45 so still pricey.

I come here for the batting cages to practice for my softball games. The pros are that it is relatively not busy when I come, however, the machines are hit or miss in terms of actually working and pitching at the right level and a whole host of other factors. This is a very convenient location and the employees are nice so all in all I would come back. $4.00 for 25 pitches or you can get a value 6pack for $20.00. If you have the Bowlero summer pass with arcade, it works here also! Casual. Please come and create your own adventure.

Boomers still really needs a bit of TLC or maybe a makeover! I came here last night for a birthday party and while it was very fun, I can see some areas where Boomers could be a lot better. First off, the area where you eat was so LOUD...I'm thinking that's where the music speakers must be. We literally had to yell to hear one another. Also, they have giant TVs up, but I noticed that they had the intro screen on, versus playing the actually movie. They could also use the TVs to play sports games for the parents while kids are playing. The food was what you'd expect. Pizza was pretty good, and then they have fries, chicken strips, dip n dots, icees, etc. I played laser tag for the first time ever, despite coming to Boomers since I was a little kid. It's $18 per person, which felt pretty high, since you only get 10 minutes. The space inside to play was fun but pretty basic. There were some hiding areas and red and blue colored lights - I'd love them to use a black light or have some more fun colors. It smelled like they are in need of some new carpet or a deep cleaning for sure. It has a real musty smell. The bathrooms were atrocious. Many toilets weren't flushing, stalls without toilet paper and trash on the ground. Every time I have been to Boomers lately I just think about how they could really put in a little $ to make it that much better! I'm sure they're making decent money, cuz it's not super cheap. I do love the mini golf and all around nostalgia this place brings!

absolutely beautiful if you go at around 5pm because of the sunset. it overlooks such gorgeous skyline. the golf course are pretty cool too, worth the money for what you pay, nothing too cheap or too expensive. they have an arcade inside too. they have tons of other stuff that are kid and family friendly and isn't too pricey so highly recommend checking it out!

I took my family to Boomers during spring break and got a great deal! Includes: All Day Unlimited Attractions PLUS 50 Arcade Credits! $39.99 per person. We love the array of attractions including go-karts, bumper boats, and mini golf for all ages! The arcade was fun too. Lots of games and prizes. Food area was decent but expensive.

Highly recommend unlimited games & cabana for your parties with all games, go-karts, golf, unlimited soda for 1-2 hours. There are additional options available for you to add. It's very nice to be able to sit outside and enjoy the weather and the views. The staff at our cabana were very nice and attentive. Drinks were refilled very often. Recommendation for the venue: Our go-karts and other players' kept on breaking down in the middle of the route. It's very annoying. Please have the staff refill gas or check up every few rides. The food was ok but fresh made. $11 for a cup of beer is a little high but you pay to enjoy the games here. Will come back for our next party :)

I've been seeing Boomers ever since I moved to Orange County -- it's been around 17 years now. Yesterday, since my kids had the day off (and it was a Monday), I decided to finally take them there. When I told them, the first thing my son asked was, "What's the rating like?" I brushed it off and told him it couldn't be that bad. We bought the all-day pass, which costs $44 per person, and went in soon after opening. Unfortunately, we had to wait quite a bit for the rides to start since we were the only ones there for a while. Most of the other guests seemed more interested in miniature golf. There were only six rides total, and most of them felt old, slow, and honestly a bit boring for my 14- and 9-year-old. The only ones they really enjoyed were the Starship and the go-karts -- those were actually fun. Everything else felt more suited for much younger kids and definitely not worth the price. If you're into mini golf or batting cages, you might have a better time. The arcade games were decent, but i had to pay extra as the all day pass has only a very limited amount , which added to the disappointment. Would I recommend Boomers? No, I wouldn't. Would I go again? Definitely not. For the same money, I'd rather take my kids to Knott's Berry Farm or even Dave & Buster's for a better arcade experience. One last thing -- most of the employees looked tired and not very enthusiastic, except for two girls running the go-karts, who were actually friendly and seemed to enjoy their job. My daughter named the place Gloomers.

We came here for our church youth group outing. Our students really enjoyed the mini golf and I appreciated the outdoors area where us parents can mingle. There are a lot of different rides for all age groups. I wish there was a season pass as the price is kind of expensive.

Had a party for my daughter celebrating her 11th birthday and from Kobe to Cody and Alexa they made this party a success. Thank you everyone and we will definitely be coming back.

Traveled a couple hundred miles to visit boomers and I've got to say overall I was pretty underwhelmed, unimpressed and disappointed. But once you're there, you try to make the best of it. Pros and cons: The arcade was fun, but had an everlasting stinky odor that was truly unpleasant. The cabana area that we rented out didn't have a trashcan, so all of the trash that we accumulated from the extremely mediocre food that we purchased just started to pile up on the table. The television in the cabana area also didn't work. We asked multiple employees to assist, but ultimately no one came to do so. The go karts were hands-down, the funnest ride at the entire theme park. The line for them got rather long so you had to wait a while and while waiting the fumes from the go kart at times got a bit nauseating. The UFO ride and the teacup ride were enjoyable with no complaints. Fortunately, most of the kiddos in my party didn't seem to have a problem with the theme park and about 50% of them enjoyed themselves, which is a good thing. But in all honesty, after this visit, I would never under any circumstances revisit boomers.

It had been over 10 years since we last visited, and walking back into this nostalgic park brought back so many memories. From the race cars and bumper boats to mini golf and the beautifully redone arcade, everything felt both familiar and fresh at the same time. We were greeted at guest services by Andrew, the manager, and he truly set the tone for our visit. He went above and beyond helping us with our Groupon and made us feel genuinely welcome. It's rare these days to find someone so personable and attentive, and Andrew really made a lasting impression on us. The park itself is very clean and well-kept, which we appreciated. Whether you're planning a simple day out or looking for a place to host a birthday party, this is a wonderful spot to enjoy with family and friends.

After we paid, they told us the wait would be about 30 minutes, but surprisingly they called our names within just 2 to 3 minutes while we were still walking around. That was a nice bonus. :) They provided headsocks for free, and we didn't have to pay extra or sign up for any annual membership. Each race is supposed to be 12 laps, but if someone finishes early, you might end up doing less. One of the boys completed 11 laps, but didn't affect the experience at all. As we were exiting, we saw a podium area so kids hopped on for a quick photo. I've been here before for birthday parties and even with coworkers, and every time has been consistently fun. The staff was friendly and everything ran smoothly. Not really sure why this place gets some negative reviews. I haven't experienced anything negative. Would definitely come back.

This was by far the most fun I have had on a go kart! Armahni(?) the owner was a great host and…read moretour guide. I was in town for a football event that was happening on Sunday. Since I knew I would be there all weekend, I convinced two of my friends to join me in the go kart shenanigans. Armahni(?) and his girlfriend took us around the lake and alongside the canal for an hour or so ride. The best part was when we had the chance to "put the pedal to the medal" (as my grandmother would say lol) and race each other. To actually be able to ride the karts outdoors instead of indoors, and not be on a track made the experience even better. Good times! If you haven't done this yet, you're missing out! : )

Cool company, and we loved having another option besides K1. That said, organization and…read morecommunication could really improve. The main reason we came to this festival was for the go-karts. We arrived early for Valentine's Day to do something fun with our sons and were second in line. From the start, the process was confusing--waivers and payment were handled separately, and the waiver attendant wasn't able to answer our questions and redirected us to the payment rep, who was moving up and down the line asking about reservations. After watching three rounds of racers go ahead of us, we finally asked what was going on. That's when we learned that people with reservations are allowed to cut the line. Totally understandable--but this was never communicated to us. It would have helped immensely to know upfront that there's a reservation system with priority access, or to have a separate line for reserved guests. We weren't the only ones feeling confused. Once we asked, the rep kindly explained the situation, which we appreciated. However, she couldn't give us a clear estimate--just that it might be another 30 minutes... or more. It would have been very helpful to know all of this off top instead of being passed by multiple times. By that point, we had already been waiting an hour, believing we were second in line. The uncertainty was confusing and disappointing, especially for our kids. Ultimately, we decided to leave after losing over an hour, hoping and wondering what was happening. It was heartbreaking for our boys. I do want to say--the owner's energy was amazing. His excitement and passion are honestly what kept us waiting as long as we did. We love supporting small businesses, and that positive energy really matters. With clearer communication and better organization, this could be such a smoother and more enjoyable experience for everyone. I truly hope that feedback helps, because the concept and vibe have so much potential.

Gold n' Stuff is a great place for kids and teens. Some adults like to play miniature golf, but we…read morehave only seen them on rides with their kids. The place has been around quite some time and kids do tend to make a mess, but they keep up after it. Parking is for a fee, but sometimes you get a game card that comes with the parking. It can get crowded in the summer and on weekends. We go on week days and have been several times. Now, the prices in here add up fast so be mindful of that, but it is the same as other similar places. Miniature golf is about 16$, a go kart is about 12$, the arcade can really add up so get a card that you can use for the wide variety of games they have. The bumper boats and Disk Thrill Ride are about 12$ per person. We love their little train and that is about 5$. You can get a two hour wrist band and we do that and save a lot that way. All in all the prices are fair. The service there is nice and the place has a lot to offer, you don't have to do it all. There is a lot to do. They also have Birthday Parties there and that is great. It is super fun.

I've played all of them and enjoy all of them. The further you get from the main office, the less control there is and if you go at peak times, you'll deal with a lot of unattended kids. It is definitely geared toward kids, but there is still something fun about getting behind the wheel and cruising around the track. Fast Pass is a must. Once you are in the car, it is simple just steer and hit the gas. The track keeps you on course, so it is stress free even if you are not the best driver. That said, the ride itself is pretty basic and has not changed much over the years. It is nostalgic, but compared to newer attractions, it can feel a little outdated. Still, if you are looking for a chill ride or visiting with kids, it is a solid choice. Overall, not a must do thrill ride, but a fun classic that is worth experiencing at least once.

As you grow older, you realize how clunky the cars drive and how unnecessary loud they are (though I believe they are planning a revamp of the vehicles which could undo this side). Also, the line for the ride is so often unbelievably long. When I'm not here with kids, this is a ride I always skip. But, with that said, when we are here with my kids or nieces & nephews, seeing the joy on their facing knowing that they are 'actually driving' their own cars reminds me of why a ride like this exists. For kids who have never experienced that sensation beyond a video game, it's unbelievable. So if you have kids, absolutely go on Autopia. However, if you have a drivers license of your own, it might be worth skipping.
