I'm happy to report that my recent visit was significantly better, and nearly every criticism I had back then has been addressed. The food was outstanding. I ordered the Das Brat, loaded with bratwurst, caramelized onions, sauerkraut, spicy brown mustard, and garlic aioli. My family ordered the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich, the Santa Fe chicken sandwich, and the Ringer burger. Every single meal was excellent. The flavors were bold, the ingredients tasted fresh, and everything was prepared perfectly. A special mention goes to the Pretzel Bites. They were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and paired perfectly with the rich cheese sauce and mustard aioli. They made a great starter and disappeared quickly from the table. The service was also excellent. Our server was friendly, attentive, and did a great job despite clearly wearing multiple hats throughout the restaurant. I definitely appreciated the effort. And for beer lovers, Dog Haus offers beer in 1-liter pours. Naturally, I had to take advantage of that. Overall, the food was delicious, the service was awesome, and the entire experience was a dramatic improvement from my first visit years ago.
