Curbside delivery only. My fault for not asking about delivery. Lesson learned for me. I called several movers to see if I could get it moved into my basement and most would not do the job. One company came out and took one look at the freezer and said they couldn't do it because it was too big. Mind you I spent 20-30 minutes on the phone with the office explaining how big and heavy it was and was told they could do it, only to be told once they got here, they weren't doing it. But the guys from Power Movers figured out how to get it in and set it up. They were nice, positive and had the can-do spirit. I am very grateful for them and will recommend to anyone I know who needs movers.

I spoke with Wesly before the movers left regarding the issues and he assured me that he would refund the whole entire move and take care of all the damaged items if we could send photos. Several photos were sent over to the owner and he advised a week later that he will not be reimbursing me. Unless you want your property damaged and to have to deal painting your new home or business and dealing with a liar called Wesley who does not follow through with his word then stay far away from these crooks. Not to mention my wife and I ended up moving more items than the movers did. Not only did they move the piece to a terrible place in my home, they moved other furniture and blocked rooms I now don't have access too. They took a brand new tv and places it face down on a new couch and left it. They removed things from my porch and put it in the lawn in the rain. Owner was supposed to arrive at 3:30 to remedy. It's 8:30 at night with no call, and my situation WORSE than when they arrived. My first bad experience here in TN. So disappointed and incredibly frustrated. Showed up with 9 guys, and 2 lift trailers and got right to work at 7am, we were concerned about them getting done in one day but he showed up with the manpower to get it done. By 3 pm old roof was torn off and new roof on just had to finish flashing and tidy up the yard. I think very highly of this company, they know they are dealing with stressed out customers worrying about the large expense of a new roof. Again bid came in slightly below initial bid but since there was some plywood and other materials left over cost was slightly less, he could have charged me I probably would have never noticed. I just slightly tapped my garage door with the rear l of my Kia Soul and it set off a chain reaction that nearly wrecked the whole thing. Seth arrived early in the morning a few days later, working alone, and set the door into its tracks, reset the cable, and even did a quick conditioning/cleaning job on the outside front of the door, making it look almost like a brand new door. In addition, he screwed in a support brace in the middle of the door because it was bowing. This is actually at the home of my elderly mother, and she has not done any servicing on the door for many years. Seth straightened it out and got it running right. The door is over 20 years old and I was almost thinking we would need a new one. Now I know that the door will run at least another 10 years if not longer.
