Man came and said he would send us an email with an estimate on Monday(he came on a Thursday). Never received the estimate, I texted him a month later and he sent an estimate of $11,300.00. We decided that first impressions says a lot. Not trustworthy, doesn't follow up in time. Disappointing. read more

We had a master bathroom added to our home. This included removal of a wall between 2 bedrooms and then new framing, plumbing, electric work, etc. We are beyond impressed with the work done by Wojtek and his team - Project was completed within budget and within the estimated window of time. This contractor appeared to be very professional and knowledgeable regarding restoration projects. signed agreement with contractor in March 2024 (based on reviews) to restore our home due to massive water damage to the top, main level & basement). Beginning of May 2024, issued Bonn Builder's (Wojiech Strembiski) an initial down payment to start the demolition process pending city permits and city inspections. End of May 2024, the contractor requested and received a second payment, but yet misled us about the permit & Inspection process. Shortly after receiving payment, the contractor started providing excuses as to why he couldn't provide relevant feedback about the project and why he couldn't respond within a reasonable time to texts and phone calls. Also, this contractor stopped providing timely updates to the insurance adjuster, which prompted concerns about the completion of the project. Beginning of July 2024 we discovered that the contractor didn't submitted applications for city permits until June 2024. The relationship with this contractor was terminated and legal action is currently pending to refund our deposit. read more

Wojciech and his team (shout out to Ahmed, Alfonso, and Mario) did an excellent job remodeling my long overdue outdated bathroom. They also upgraded my 2nd floor including, finished floors, new floor baseboard molding, and installing new doors with trim and molding it looks fantastic! Wojciech is very professional, personable, flexible, and easy to work with. He checked in with me regularly to make sure I was pleased with the work. His team arrived for work on time daily, really nice people, worked hard, very respectful of your home and cleaned up after themselves everyday. His customer service is phenomenal! If I ever had questions or concerns, Wojciech always answered my calls and he provided solutions. He went beyond the scope of the work, even removing all of my old furniture and disposing of it for me. This general contractor is a scammer. So please beware of a wolf in sheep clothing. After collecting payment, this contractor started and completed very little work and then decided to ghost us. do not hire these people! very unprofessional! i have been after these people for almost 3 years now to come and fix leak and other cosmetic repairs in my steam room that they built! owner himself is a fraud! after paying him almost $20,000 for steam room i didnt even receive warranty work as promised! very responsive when it came to paying! after completing work this guy voyteck which is sadly the owner, never was able to get him to fix repairs! read more
