After 12 months contractor said he needed to start phase to three phase 1. I reluctantly agreed but the contractor told me he will finish phase 2 in four weeks and have 20 people on the job. None of this happened and that one single building has been completed $100,000 later in the work that was performed was not up to union standards and we then found out that none of his employees are license in any field. Just a general contractors license and he does not do the work This is very unfortunate because the work was being performed at a Bible camp for children. I also know it was situation where he charge someone $50,000 for a brand new roof and only patched it off.

I also had them put in stairs on the inside of my house those were also ok. That was 2018. Fast forward now. I hired them to put stairs up outside in the back of my house and in the front of my house. The built that stairs in the back of the house. I thought they were ok. So I had them redo the stairs in the front of my house. The stairs in the front of the house did not pass the building departments inspection. I have been calling,texting and fb messaging them since March of 2022 it's now August of 2022. They refuse to answer my calls. Now I'm stuck with front stairs that did not pass the building departments inspection and they will not even answer the phone. Let alone come and fix them so they can pass the inspection. So yesterday I get a call 8-18-22. From my tenant saying thr back stairs are collapsing. These stairs were done in 2021!!!! And there collapsing!!!!!!!!!!!! I get home and the whole stringer is disconnected from the frame. My tenants can't even use the stairs considering they are structural unsound. Now I have stairs in the back that are collapsing and different stairs in the front that didn't pass the building departments inspection. I paid about $6000 for each set of stairs. For a total of 12 grand and you won't even return my call. This is nuts. I don't know what I'm going to do. Here is the low down. This guy will come with his son. They will look and give you a price. They will say the need half up front. Then you will chase them around for a month while their not answering. Then they will show up rush through the job as quick as they can to get the other half. Then if there is any problems afterwards, oh well that your problem, not theirs. They also do a horrible job on clean up. I'm warning you. Don't hire these guys. It's an African American male and his son. They are out of chicago heights IL. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
