Our project took months and, as a result, the All Quality team almost became like family. The men working in our home were always kind, helpful and hard working. Martin and his crew were consummate professionals, and took great pains to be sure we were happy with the result. They did a wonderful job and we couldn't be happier with our kitchen and basement. Dave, the project manager, walked us through every step of the process and maintained an open line of communication. Overall, All Quality was terrific to work with and provided us with exactly what we were hoping for in a renovation.

I gave dave 4 thousand dollars to paint an empty 800 square foot condo with no furniture and he didn't finish painting kitchen or hallways or closet shelves. It was an easy job. But it was a nightmare. I have a list a mile long. The straw that broke the camels back was him doing something simple like putting a rod in my closet to hang my cloths. Well I put my last piece of clothing on rod and the whole closet rods and brackets came out of wall on top of me. He came back after his vacation 1 week later and fixed it then he measured wrong and I couldn't open the drawers from dresser inside of closet that he knew I had to open the drawers. So that being said I couldn't trust Dave installing my cabinets for premier. He can't even hang a closet rod let alone cabinets. Hit or miss kinda a guy. Live and learn. Reviews are for a reason. Next time I will listen. That was a lot of money for me Beware.

From our initial meeting to go over the project, our vision and expectations, and timeline, Dave's professional approach, support and suggestions told us straightaway that we could trust him and his work. Not only did he finish our project in time and on budget, we are so pleased with the high quality of work and his follow through to complete a few minor lingering issues. Bill was very polite, called me over the weekend to set up the time and said he'd go to the jobsite to get his guys started and then come and meet with me. He just sent me a text message (not even dignified enough to call) at 8:30pm the night before saying "We are currently too busy to take on any new jobs until September. Call me early summer." Bill is what gives contractors a bad name. Sure he might do good work, but he does not respect people's time and schedules. A simple, "Sorry, would love to help you, but we are booked through September" would have done fine at the first call. Terrible customer service and I imagine this speaks to how you might be treated as a client if he did manage to get in your door.

I typically don't write reviews but this man is pretty much a scammer. He was pretty pleasant through contract signing for completing a basement with laundry room, bedroom, bathroom, family room & kitchenette. We were told the process would take 4 months. It took 8 with many days of him and his crew just not showing up. If you questioned him on anything he did, he would just not show for a while. He literally cut a 2 x5' hole in my upstairs family room hard wood without discussing it with me ahead of time to make headroom for the stairs. We are now a few years down the road from his work and paying over $10K to have the leaking shower totally torn out and redone. The new contractor discovered all the short cuts Nelson took from not overlapping the membrane, screwing holes through the membrane, not using treated wood, not even gluing in the quartz window ledge. AND he didn't even put a pea trap in our shower drain which was not even centered. Disappointed in Elmwood inspectors not catching that one. We also discovered after the fact that he installed PVC for our dryer vent (which is not code). ABT will not hook up a new dryer until we get that replaced which will involve ripping out another wall. Our ventilation in the basement was not done properly either and have paid over $1,000 to try to remedy that but haven't been able to fully resolve the issues. These are just a couple of the major things but there is definitely more. We would have been happy to pay more to NOT deal with all of the headaches Nelson caused. Save yourself the hassle and find another contractor.

So, we needed our quartzite countertops resealed. Deb was super on top of it. She even called the…read morenext day to ensure the job was done to our liking. The more difficult (at least I thought it would be) was to regrout the countertops that were bordering the wall. They had become gross and couldn't be cleaned anymore because the dirt was like stuck underneath so he pulled them all up and regrouted in like 10 minutes. Then he noticed that inside our sink some of the group was coming up as well. He didn't even charge us extra and replaced that in like 2 minutes. Everything was done outstandingly and we will definitely be using them again.

Not measured correctly, had to add extra trim to cover their mistake on our large backsplash slab. Then the measurement person said it was because we were doing a replacement and measurements can be off. The seams are huge and visible and couldn't be adjusted after being placed, I noticed 1 corner wasn't finished and they had to adjust it on site . 9 months later and we have discoloration on multiple edges despite sealing it. I've asked for help and they said this isn't covered under the warranty. I'm looking at costly repairs or replacement on something I waited 15 years to change out. They did do a good job on my quartz remnant for my bathroom vanity but I had to really convince of them if the placement of the sinks as it's off set from what is usual. I would not use them again and it's a shame. Deb was great to work with and is a huge asset to them.

Just a couple of weeks ago I was a victim of Identity theft doing exactly this type of things so I expressed I didn't feel comfortable and Ken got very VERY NASTY out of the line personal text messages . I don't understand why I have to send them my info so many times so many different ways, then they sent me several emails, many text messages all withing minutes!!! I read their reviews -most excellent ones -so they might be a legit company but if this is the treatment before even trying to get any pic of the job or come over for an estimate...I can't imagine the treatment once they are hired.
