The toilet leaked from day one. The counter seam is terribly crooked. Lied about the faucets and told her she was getting top of the line and charged her for top of the line and gave her less expensive crap. Placed the tub in backwards so the faucet is impossible to get to and now that they need to be replaced because they won't stop leaking, the whole tub needs replacing. This guy is a nightmare! I do not recommend this contractor!

It's a blessing and a curse since I see so much mediocre construction and restoration work. After working with the Esposito family on a two-year construction project (yes, two years) in northwest Chicago I am not only thrilled with the results but look forward to seeing the project featured in the pages of Architectural Digest in early 2017! Yes, these men can do your bathroom restoration project to a very lovely standard but they can also tackle the really challenging or architecturally significant project. They are carpenters by training but have access t other fine tradesmen when the need arises. They are a small operation so work moves at a slower pace than larger companies but I see that as a real benefit since this gives everyone the opportunity to see the project come together, allows for on-the-fly changes (and there were many on this project), and makes the experience very personal. And they are willing to order anything in the ACE catalog they don't have in store. Their new store is small. It's not very handicap accessible. And no power doors. The old store was definitely better for the shopper. But the staff!!!
