It looks beautiful and I love that it is water resistant. This year I plan to get my kitchen floor done. I always find great deals there so it saves me money,. And the installation is reasonable when I compare it to what my handyman would charge me to install. The installers work fast and efficiently. I have had no complaints. I've only used them and Empire. Empire was terrible, overpriced and did not even clean up after themselves.

I now have seams showing up, so it looks like Frankenstein's scars. I have been trying to get someone to call us back, with no luck, maybe this will get the call back done. They did a good job on the kitchen's luxury vinyl flooring, and we have friends that like their work. I will not give anyone their number until our carpeting has been fixed, I do not know what can be done to fix this trouble. I think they do not want to call back, because the carpeting needs to be replaced. They were not the cheapest company we did get quotes from; we are both very disappointed in the "work" that was done our house. I have to wonder if the cheaper company would have done a better job.

The laminate flooring they installed stared cracking, splitting and breaking off. Frank sent a rep from the flooring manufacturer who came in to inspect. He later told Frank that the house was settling and that was the issue. He refused to honor their lifetime warranty. Steer clear of this company and the sales rep Frank Agrabawi. Save yourself headaches and money. I would never recommend or use them again.

The first place I went was to one of the major home improvement retail stores but I didn't get the help that I was looking for and there always seemed to be an issue. I decided to try a smaller local company that specialized in flooring and has been around for a long time but there were issues with them too. At this point, I started to get a little frustrated but I needed floors so I decided to try Total Flooring in Homer Glen. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted by one of their employees. He introduced himself and told me his name was John and that he'd be more than happy to help me out with whatever I needed. I began by explaining what I was looking for and trying to do as well as the issues I had dealing with the other companies. John listened to everything I said and then reassured me that he'd be able to help me out and guaranteed me that I'd be happy with the outcome. John began helping me from that first day and stayed in constant communication throughout the entire process. On the day of installation, John was also able to find the time and stopped by while on his way to work just to make sure everything was going as planned. After all the issues I had with the other companies it was finally my turn to have an issue. The prior night I ran into a situation that caused me to fall behind with several things that I needed to do prior to the install. John and the supervisor of the install crew quickly came up with several options and within a matter of minutes there was a new plan and the installation was back on track. The install crew took over and was amazing. Juan was the supervisor and Carlos and Noe were his crew members. They immediately got to work and when I say work these guys worked. With the improvised changes, I was able to finish taking care of the things I needed to do in one area of the condo while the crew started their work in another area. Now I have always thought of myself as having a good work ethic and to me, I was moving at a good pace but before I knew it Juan, Carlos, and Noe were almost done with half of the condo. This crew was amazing and worked their asses off and when you work around people like that it actually makes you work harder so I kicked it into another gear and quickly finished doing what I had to do and got out of the crew's way so that they could finish. Juan, Carlos, and Noe far exceeded my expectations and when the installation was complete, I was totally satisfied with how everything looked. John of course reached out to me like he had done during the entire process and made sure that I was happy with how everything turned out. I definitely was and I could honestly say that choosing Total Flooring was the right choice and that John, Juan, Carlos, and Noe definitely made the difference. I fully recommend them and the Total Flooring team to anyone looking for new floors. They were all awesome to work with...

She was recommended by our builder and helped us to pick out tile for our new custom home. It was professionally and very nicely installed. However in one bathroom, we immediately encountered a problem. It took months of working with the tile manufacturer and distributor to come up with a solution. However, Beverly ignored us, wouldn't return my phone calls or emails, and refused to cooperate with the other parties to come up with a solution to a product that she sold us. They never stood behind the products or labor. She was very friendly and helpful until we encountered a problem. In the end we're having to remove the tile and replace it at our cost. In a new house, that's unacceptable.

While it's in and looks okay, that result had nothing whatsoever to do with Finishes as their involvement just added an unnecessary step. In the description here it states: "We also fabricate and install countertop materials such as: Cambria (Quartz), Ceasarstone (Quartz), Granite, Marble, Silestone and Corian" That is a lie, plain and simple. They have no shop, they themselves do not do any countertop work, but instead farm it out to partners just like the big box stores do. Worse, when you talk to the owner Beverly, she will look you in the eye and tell you she is a "dealer" for companies when she clearly is not. Her partner is the dealer, and she just has a little box of samples to show you. She only has one small chunk of granite installed in the store and no quartz. Beverly also claimed to have used the "same guys for over 10 years" but the "guys" she uses havem't even been in business that long. I may or may not mind people using partners, but don't lie to me about it. I came here to do business with a local firm and cut out the middleman and the risks involved with dealing with the big box stores. These guys are nothing but middlemen when it comes to countertops. What exactly am I getting for the markup they add, a box of samples? Finishes didn't even show up for the measurements. At least the big box stores have buying power to (maybe) get you a lower price, Finishes does not. If all you are is a designer or general contractor, then say so. Perhaps they actually do their own work for floors? I'll never know as I don't do business with people who lie to my face and add no value.

Kevin then informed me that because of this, he would no longer give me a free estimate, but charge me to come out to do an estimate, which makes zero sense if you are trying to compete to get someone's business. He also stalked photos of the interior of my house online without asking, which in my opinion feels creepy and inappropriate. I see comments on here about Kevin's arrogance - I don't doubt that this is true simply from his email and the assumptions he made about me and my project. I'd steer clear of this guy.

Our sales process was seamless with no pressure whatsoever. The installer was neat, thorough and walked us through the entire process including the custom binding (I think that's what it's called) that was on site. Just an overall easy process. We knew that we wanted a high-end, high-quality carpet and that's exactly what we got for a very reasonable price. We will only hire Landmark when doing any flooring work in our home. I got hardwood floors refinished in family room/kitchen after damage from an ice dam and also…read moredecided to get Pergo LVT in the Powder room. The PR came out nicer than I expected! Bill, the sales rep, made a great recommendation with the LVT and our experience with him along with the helpful office staff were the bright spots of the experience and is the reason why I mustered up 3 stars. The hardwood floors came out - just "okay." The areas that got damaged are nice and smooth. Two polyurethane coats - applied all in the same day - a couple hours in between coats - left a shine about the same as the rest of the floors in the house that didn't get refinished. Beware - you probably should expect more dust than typical and the need to discard open food items with dust in it. The crew did an awful job in my case with prepping and apparently didn't wrap a single cabinet or appliance before sanding the floors. Landmark provided a discount acknowledging the mess which was appreciated. Aside from days of dust clean-up (in between working) and re-buying groceries items, Landmark did the job I paid them to do (the floor is repaired and the PR floor is installed) but unfortunately I'm just not up for the dust cleanup again in the future.
