We had a house fire, and Servpro of Joliet were given the task of restoring our home - what they restored for us was more than just our home, they restored our confidence in the structural soundness of our home, and what they restored was the joy we had felt when we lived in it. For someone struck with such tragedy, they walked us through the process with such professionalism, I will remain forever grateful for the work they've done for us. Both Bill and Eric kept in touch with us every step of the way, we got emails with estimates and everything was transparent, we got calls when things needed to be clarified and texts for reminders and other smaller inquiries - all within reason and never at the last minute or off hours. Our opinions were sought, welcomed and taken into consideration, and the customization of my home that I so cherished were taken by Eric and restored exactly the way they were - I know that was not an easy task, but ServPro did it for us! I'll be honest in saying that I was worried because I was in HIGH NEED and these types of companies know this. I had the opportunity to work with Integrity Restoration because my sump pump failed in my FINISHED basement. George, from Integrity answered my call at 0700 in the morning. He gave me some pointers on the phone to help begin the water evacuation right away. He gave me a approximate arrival time and was here right as promised. Once we agreed on the coverage and cost, he and his crew of four got to work on vacuuming up the water, ripping out the carpet, and salvaging our personal items and furniture. They laid down floor protectors on the main level to protect our hardwood floors. They cut out the damaged portions of the walls and set up several industrial dehumidifiers and fans. Over the course of the next three days, George checked in with me to see how everything was progressing. The basement is bone dry. Once this part of the process was done, he then wrote up the estimate for what it would cost to rebuild everything that was damaged, This made making the insurance claim VERY easy. While I hope I never need the services of Integrity Restoration again, if I do they are the ONLY company I will call. George treated me as though i was his only customer, which from the ringer on his phone, I know I wasn't. Integrity Restoration is a TOP NOTCH company to do business with!

The tile now looks nice and bright as well as the grout. In addition to the Master Bath I also had the seats of the dining room chairs cleaned as well as a 5x7 area rug. They took the chairs and rug out to the garage for cleaning to avoid water from getting on my hardwood floors.

I hadnt gone downstairs for several days and one of my kids went to retrieve their hockey equipment for a game and pointed out that we had about 1"-1 1/2" of water. I polled a few friends and relatives and several had used Serv-pro with good results. I called them on a Sat morning and talked to Michael and we discuss what could happen , but not prices. He was a nice guy. and they sent Robert the crew chief out to-give me a price quote. Robert was nice and we walked thru the water area and determined the sump pump was the culprit. I jiggled the outlet line and the pump kicked on, after opening the cover, the pit was full. After talking with Michael & Robert it was thought the float ball got jammed which does happen occasionally and didn't kick on. . Robert consulted Michael and got a price I thought was high, but I was stuck. I didn't have the ability to move water out like this. The guys came later attached a high pressure hose from the truck , ran it to my basement and vacuumed all the carpets and floor. All the water was gone. Then they brought dehumidifiers and fans and hooked them up and ran it all weekend. They came back Monday. They also cut up all my carpets and took it with them for a surcharge. Very nice people, they did a great job. I really liked Robert and his crew. I also talked to the bookkeeper Bobbi. Nice lady. I would use them again . Very prompt service, no attitudes, but be aware their fees are very high. I think they charge a flat fee and not by the hour. Maybe because it was a Saturday. I also wasnt covered by my insurance. But the fees surprised me, even though I had no choice but to pay to get that water out. Thats why Im giving 4 stars, not 5. Very soon I will also be replacing my sump pump as well.

It was nice to just hang out in my bedroom for the day while they gave us "the works" these people washed and wiped everything in the 2 rooms effected by fire. They also cleaned the ductwork!! Holy moly, they cleaned our stuff and we now have a few very important things like homemade cutting board, my mothers cookbook, coffee cups, pans, I cried while they walked those boxes into my kitchen!! They took out an additional 18"x9ft piece of drywall and placed their dehumidifiers in the room for a day. When I asked if the cost to fix was from start to finished product, including re-drywall and fix the pipe, they said "yes." 3k later, they didn't fix anything. They just took the above mentioned 18" piece of drywall out and also, tore up carpet that I didn't agree on being torn up. Very disappointed with their customer service and overall fact they didn't fix anything. Would not recommend, at all.
