What a lovely experience! I'd been here a long time ago, but this was a time to remember! Our server, Chloe, was very knowledgeable and pleasant, and she answered all of our questions which led us to two fantastic choices--the scallop and shrimp scampi and the cilantro lime salmon. Wow on both! I basically inhaled the salmon which was well-complemented by the Mexican street corn and jasmine rice, and my mother really enjoyed the scampi. I only regret not ordering an additional side of the cilantro lime sauce. When asked if we would like dessert menus, my mother boisterously exclaimed (as she would-love her), "YES!" She had the special of mango crème brûlée, which I tried, and it was on point. I settled for a delightful cappuccino. As for ambience, we were having an early dinner, so it was nice and quiet, but as the place started to crowd, what I liked most is that we could still hear each other without the ambient noise hindering our conversation. This time around, I went with the old classic Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos and some calamari for my appetizer. Bonefish's calamari appetizer is the best in the biz. Seriously outshines plenty of calamari apps I've had in the past. Delish. Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos are a classic. Always tasty. Basically my standard go-to dish if I can't make up my mind. All the locals were raving about this place so had to try it. It was recommended that we call ahead to schedule appointment as on weekends the wait time could be long so we booked ahead. When we got there around 7, there was ample space available to sit. This location is in the midst of a busy commercial area with lots of other restaurants and shops etc. although the parking lots around this commercial space are big, you may still end up being a shark looking for a spot, as that is what we had to do. The inside is nice-ish. It's stuck somewhere in between upscale and casual. As some of the wallpaper was really tacky. The servers were attentive and friendly. The food itself was ok. For the amount of price, the portion sizes were not justifiable (to me at least). With that being said, the food did taste good. I personally enjoyed the bang bang shrimp and would recommend that. The salmon could have been seasoned a bit more. And the vegetables were extra crunchy, even after sharing with the server to have them well done. read more

The waitress brought out the drinks and foods after short waits. She did not offer a drink refill for my husband until the end of the meal after we were already done eating. For our second visit, we ate brunch. The seating host immediately seated us at a spacious and clean table. Our waitress provided very courteous, timely, and accurate service throughout our meal. Here are my reviews for our foods: Maryland-style crab cakes - 4.5 stars - These crab cakes contained a large amount of crab meat and a tasty seasoning. On the side was a small container of remoulade sauce that tasted good. Florida Cobb Salad - 4.5 stars - This salad contained chopped greens with mango, tomato, shrimp, seeds, and a vinaigrette. I asked for the blue cheese to be omitted, and the waitress and chef remembered to leave it off. The salad was very fresh, and I enjoyed its taste. Cod Imperial - 4 stars - My husband ate this entree, and he described it as "nice." (I try my best to get him to review his foods!) The cod was topped with mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and a lemon-caper butter. For his sides, my husband chose spinach and mashed potatoes, which were cooked and seasoned well. Tempura crunch sashimi tuna - 4.5 stars - This menu item was new for brunch. The tuna was a high quality, and we enjoyed the mix of flavors with the tempura crumbs, sriracha drizzle, and soy sauce. We thought that the wasabi tasted very powerful. Imperial dip - 4 stars - This dip contained a blend of shrimp and I think crab with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. On the side were seasoned tortilla chips. This dip contained a lot of calories and probably also fat, but it was a nice treat. Bacon and cheddar frittata - 4 stars - This entree consisted of an egg soufflé that was topped with cheddar cheese and bacon pieces. On the side was a couple slices of bacon and a large serving of potato pieces that were unfortunately over-fried. Crab and fontina cheese frittata - 4 stars - This frittata also consisted of an egg soufflé that was topped with cheese, but another topping was real crab meat. Slices of bacon on the side were cooked well, but the potato pieces were over-fried. Free bread and olive oil dip - 5 stars - This bread was baked perfectly and had a wonderful flavor especially with the olive oil. I really like that there was a summer menu which I had a lotta great items, including street corn, which I love. as soon as I saw chimichurri, I was decided!! I ordered the chimichurri fillet that was absolutely fabulous!!! it came with two sides. I got french fries and broccoli and a glass of the cab house wine. it was such a treat, and a very flavorful dish!! I love the decor of the restaurant. I just left church and wanted to read my book, eat some good food, and have an early drink. because... well...because it's the laaaassst day of the weekend and it's 5 o'clock somewhere. We had an amazing dinner and night eating at the bar. We asked to watch a specific football game and the TV was changed immediately and with a smile. We both ordered the shrimp and chicken combo, we go different sauces, but also got the green beans and rice. The shrimp was cooked to perfection! I also go the corn chowder with lump crab soup. Our orders were horrible mixed up I got the crab cake on my plate where it shoulder of been my friends, my broccoli was cut into bite size over cooked and my friends were huge stalk pieces hard as a rock. last week I decided to take my wife for a nice dinner. Normally I really enjoy the Chilean Sea Bass with the Pan Asian sauce, but I was served a very thin pressed piece of fish. There was a slight "issue" which caused our food to take a little longer than normal though I'm very patient and didn't complain at all. My fiancé and I visited Bonefish for the first time for a late Valentine's Day celebration. We made a reservation and were seated right away. After about 10-15 minutes without anyone coming to take our drink order, a manager noticed and came by to get us some drinks and make sure a server was assigned to our table. Then, we were given a free appetizer for the mix-up. Our server was incredible and made recommendations -- I took her word for it and ordered the Alaskan butterfish and it was amazing. We loved the bread with pesto dipping oil and our meals. The server then sent us home with three complimentary white chocolate cranberry cookies. My wife and I ate here for my birthday. PREPARE TO BE UNDERWHELMED. We ordered the potsticker appetizer and it was pretty good. The main courses however were so bland they made you sleepy lol. I ordered a filet mignon with broccoli and whipped potatoes. It was like a little kid cooked it with how plain it was. My wife ordered chicken with broccoli and rice with the same result. The restaurant was clean with an inviting atmosphere. The drinks: These drinks have clever names but tasted even better. We loved each one we ordered and the presentation was gorgeous. They arrived quick and were not too strong or too weak. The food: The salmon was not overly seasoned and was cooked to perfection. The shrimp tacos were spicy, as expected. Both were equally delicious. Our brownie and ice cream dessert was a perfect combination of warm and cold.
