Just left this place , the appetizers were amazing , the bang bang shrimp and the crab cakes were the best I've ever tasted in my entire life . The only problem I had was a undercooked lobster which was caught by the manager , they made me a new one and discounted my check. I will definitely be going there again soon ! read more

Came here on a whim, and a GPS flop, and was pleasantly surprised. My boyfriend's friend is one of the managers here, and she made sure that we were taken care of - along with everyone else in the place. We did happy hour and basically ordered everything. The happy hour menu leaves a bit to be desired, as most of the food is fried and bang banged up. That is the only reason for the three stars, since I haven't ordered from their regular menu in years. I really enjoyed the ceviche, though, VERY refreshing. Our drinks were strong and tasty, and the bartender was working the happy hour crowed effortlessly. I can't wait to come back! read more

I'm a frequent here and they never failed me. Bang Bang shrimp is always on point. Had their terrayaki chicken, thought the sauce was a tap sweet but it was good overall. Filet mignon was cook to desired request. Their hot fudge brownie was delicious ,finishing up with ice cream on the size. Very fast and good service. Will be back for more. read more

Bonefish Grill - When dinner is on point. - Seafood Near Me - Deptford, New Jersey

I had the chance to come here with my family for a night out with them. We spent sometime waiting which is understandable because it was around dinner time on a Saturday night. When we sat down, the restaurant is pretty dark but the decor was great! I loved the paper table cloths and the mood. It was pretty nice. Our waitress was really nice and she had amazing recommendations. I ordered the bang bang tacos and it was great! I really love their sauce. Loved the taste and ordered the app size to go. We also got a coupon for free bang bang shrimp for our next visit if we filled out a quick survey. read more

Went there with my bf and really not a fan, They are very expensive and you get VERY small servings. As soon as we sat down our waiter asked what we wanted to order, we didnt even have a chance to look at the menu. Will not go there again read more

I didn't know what to expect when I went here knowing it is associated with Outback. I called ahead for seating. Only had to wait 5mins. Service was good. Had a shrimp flat bread pizza for appetizer. Delicious. Gf had some wood fired tilapia with crab meat, just as good. I had the twin lobster tails, also delicious. Prices were very reasonable. This isn't the best seafood house. But I will say it beats red lobster, hands down. FYI. I would never EVER go to red lobster again. Even before this visit, RL is slop. I would recommend Bonefish, but call ahead. read more

I originally got their wood grill shrimp with lemon butter, and wasn't a big fan of the sauce, so, the manager was walking around asked everyone how their meal was, and I was honest . She allowed me t change my meal and I got two broiled crab cakes, garlic mash potatoes, and streamed broccoli. It was so delicious!! Every single thing was delicious! read more

Service was great the place was clean and nice.. It was ok nothing out of this world. Had the calamari and also the coconut shrimp for appetizers. The entree I had the thermidor gnocchi with lobster and shrimp made in a white lobster sauce It was pretty good different probably won't eat it again but not badly at all I recommend it. My girl had the fillet mignon with the crab cake and the potatoes au gratin. The crab cake was a little salty the potatoes were excellent the steak a little tough. Desert the macadamia nut brownie pretty good really hot so be careful..... read more

My husband and I had a wonderful dinner tonight at bonefish grill in Deptford NJ. The meal was excellent but more importantly Robin Walker our waitress was exceptional. She was friendly and a wealth of knowledge about the menu and her recommendations were phenomenal. She is an asset to the establishment. She made our night. We will be back and will recommend bonefish and Robin to our friends and family. Also the hostess was very accommodating. She found us a great table! Thank you Santa Iaconelli. read more

Every time I've been here , I've always enjoyed the meal ,even when my mom and I went and her meal accidentally came out spicy , the staff went above and beyond to fix the error and accommodate her . The only reason for 4 stars is that I can no longer get my dad to go with me to eat here bc although the food is good the portions are kinda small . read more

Best place for grilled salmon. Romantic setting, modern. All food has been great so far.

Stopped by Bonefish for the first time, acutally had a steak it was really good. Ordered it rare and it came out perfect. Appetizers were good as well. Tried some of my wife sea bass and it was also really good. The waitress was better than a five star restraunt, very polite, explained the entire menu and no rush at all. Even the deserts were top notch. Cocunut pie and brownie nut something or other. I will def go back..... read more

Bonefish Grill - Seafood Near Me - Deptford, New Jersey

Been dying to go to Bonefish grill. Got a gift card and used it tonight. Was really disappointed, I had stuffed Cod was supposed to be stuffed with shrimp, scallops and crabmeat. There was some kind of slop on the top, saw a piece of shrimp in the mess (maybe cheese)capers. coleslaw was horrific tasted like it was left in frig for 2 days with out a cover. Major disappointment. Won't come back. read more

A less than stellar experience at this usually acceptable establishment. Perhaps our server was having a bad night, but she failed in many ways. Our food arrived looking worse than the entrees prepared by the Freshman cooking class at your local high school. What made the evening was having to leave our table and walk to the bar for a refill of drinks. Unreal! Again, she may have had a bad night, but the responsibility lies on management to see that and correct the situation before more patron dining experiences are ruined. Bonefish, you can do better. read more

I can't say enough about my experience here. We sat at one of the high tops in the bar area rather than wait for a table. We had potstickers for an appetizer. My date wasn't sure what she wanted but went with the shrimp and scallops. I went with the shrimp tacos. I can't say much about her meal except that she wasn't sure about it because she had never been there but loved her meal. The potstickers were amazing - the sauce was fantastic - and my shrimp tacos were equally amazing. The mixed greens side was great. The bread and pesto was delicious. We finished everything. The atmosphere was phenomenal. The only thing we (I) didn't like was sitting near the door, but that comes with the territory when you get a seat in the bar area. The service was exceptional, and the price wasn't bad at all for what we got in return. We picked a place near the mall randomly and were both more than satisfied with our experience. I definitely recommend this or probably any bonefish location. read more

My family used to enjoy eating here. Then I guess they changed chefs and what was once very good, is now...not good enough to try again. The last three times we went to Bone Fish the quality of the food had diminished a great deal. That was a good while ago. I liked the menu, but I'm not going to risk the money for below average food. Not when I know what they're capable of producing. In the end, "you pays your nickel and takes your chances". read more

5 stars for Dina coming to the rescue :) because Tamika sweetie.. YOU WERE AWFUL!!! We were headed to a late dinner with my in laws and were seated by a young man and then greeted with the worst server my family has ever encountered in the history of life. No exaggeration. If I actually felt like typing all the issues that went wrong in the first 10 minutes you would simply just request Dina from the get go of walking in! From the moment we sat she gave us an attitude the whole time. We could not wrap our heads around it. Finally, we understood. She did not want our table because she walked past us and mentioned that she finally got cut. Thank goodness we asked for another server because she was so nasty to us. We asked simple questions like what's the $25.00 wine that you get for the dinner special. She kept responding " I DON'T KNOW WHY DON'T YOU LOOK AT THE MENU? " How about since there is only 4 specials you should know it? Or when my husband said to his father hey dad you want a water? I'm gonna get a water and he asked tamika for two waters and she said " WELL ILL BRING A PITCHER IS THAT OKAY?? " Very very very very condescending. Someone needs to teach her hospitality because that's the business your in. She almost ruined the family night out together that we don't always get to do but because we got Dina, the night was saved. She is so kind and patient. She is one of our favorites and we recommend that you ask for her when you walk in the door you will not be disappointed. She got the tip that was well deserved because I'll tell you if we got stuck with Tamika she wasn't getting one. Thank you Dina for the extraordinary service!! We will be back to see you! read more

I absolutely love this Bonefish Grill. The food was spectacular! There was great service with a minimal wait. When we forgot our takeout, our waiter ran out to give it to us. Amazing restaurant and would highly recommend. Ten thumbs up. read more

Food was outstanding. We haD crab imperial, grilled tuna and shrimp and scallops. All 3 of us were delighted with our food and wine choices thanks to our waiter, Tye. He had helpful suggestions and differentiated between his preferences and what were favorites of patrons. He asked if we wanted to linger or were in a hurry and was attentive but not hovering. Best waiter ever. Overall, a wonderful experience. It was our first time at Bonefish and we will be back again. read more

Made a reservation. Seated quickly. Great meal and quality service. Definitely would come back.

I love you so muchhhhh. Never had an issue with a server. Sometimes is some inconsistency with how a meal comes out (I typically always order the same things) but I really can't complain. Rewards program is smart because I want to come in every day. read more

Of course everyone loves the Bang Bang shrimp. But don't order a watermelon martini or anything that requires that nasty dirty watermelon. I should post the video with him going in the cash register, wipes his hands on his pants and then right back to the watermelon. read more

I have been to a few Bonefish Grill establishments, but this is the one I frequent the most. I know it is a chain restaurant but that does not mean they do not have anything good about them. I am in love with the Mussels Josephine, and have made it my meal before. And the Bang Bang Shrimp is something I always recommend others to try if they like want to eat something a little spicy. I have had a few different fish dishes from here, and all of them were prepared very well. They have a new type of fish taco added to the menu and I thought it was very good even though it was simple. The dishes have never came out cold, or overcooked and the platters themselves are presented well. I did like one time when they had a sampler dinner where I got to try a few bites of at least 6 different fish. If you are lucky they will have Banana's Foster on their special dessert menu. I really wish they would make that as part of their main menu and not just have it as a special. Overall if you want to go to a place where you know you will get a solid fish dish and do not care about being overly impressed with something new and different, this a solid place to try for dinner. If you go during a holiday they do have limited menus. read more

Absolutely delicious food, First we started with calamari, it was over a bed of lettuce and rice noodles, it was delicious. For the main course. I had the Ahi tuna, garlic mashed potatoes & broccoli everything was cooked superbly. Especially the tuna. My boyfriend had the cod supreme, jasmine rice, & spinach. He enjoyed every bite "the cod was cooked perfectly".the staff were very friendly and personable. We made reservations for 7pm arrived at 6:45 pm & were seated around 7:20, not bad for an extremely busy place. read more

We have been here often, yes, chain restaurant. We can talk local, expensive upscale, or local steak sandwiches and pizza. We have never walked away from Bonefish saying we should have gone elsewhere. Tonight I had scallops with rice noodles, scallops grilled perfectly and hubs had Cobia (a mild, white, flaky fish). Brought home slice of coconut pie, fabulous, although boozy rum sauce. We will return. read more

Somehow we have never dined here. This location is in the former Chi Chi's restaurant with an Outback connected to it. So, my wife and I are absolutely burned out on the restaurants in our area. Even the couple newer places have run their course with us. My BIL's birthday came up and we offered to drive him up here. He was game. The ambiance was nice and we had a really nice, friendly, and pleasant waiter. We enjoyed our food and experience. My only "complaint" is that the large sea bass entree was hardly large. I would not care to see what the smaller plate would have been. For $28, I would have liked to have a more substantial piece of fish on the plate. It was tasty, just small. We will certainly come back and have another go of this. read more

Not only am I disappointed in the food I received from bonefish but in the way I was treated by management this evening. I am an avid customer of bonefish and was running errands tonight so ordered takeout calamari from this location. I was told it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I arrived and waited a few minutes for my food, no problem. I live about 10 minutes away and when I got home ate immediately. I have never been so disgusted by food. The calamari seemed as if it was 4 days old !!! This food was stale, old, and like plastic. I sent an email to this bonefish location because of my shock. Instantly I received a phone call from their manager, Dominic. Dominic started the conversation out very confrontational and began by asking me if I ever ordered take out and my expectations. He then continued to ask me where I lived !!!!! And questioned how long it took me to get home !!!! It didn't take me 4 days that's for sure!!! He said he lived in a location nearby and it takes him 15-20 minutes, cool. I did not expect to hear from someone at bonefish this quickly, but I wish I hadn't. The argument that ensued on this phone call made me never ever want to go back to bonefish again. Dominic continued to tell me I could come dine in and ask for him if I wish in a sarcastic tone. I've never been questioned by a restaurant manager after expressing my opinion. So no thanks, Dominic. I will not be back read more

I always feel at home when I visit the Bonefish Grill in Deptford, NJ. The bar top is our favorite place to hang out after a log day in the office. The bartenders are friendly, knowledgeable and fun. We always have a great time chatting it up with Rick and Christina. Best in the business and masters of their craft. When we make it on time, the happy hour is amazing, great food and drink options. The traditional menu is great as well. There is a vast assortment of seafood options and if you aren't a seafood fan, try the filet (oscar style) or the pork chop. The managing partner Dominick is a savvy, charismatic, accommodating business owner . I encourage you to visit this location for a night of good food, drink and fun. read more

We went here last night for the first time. Our waiter Ty was great with letting us know all the best dishes. We started off with the bang bang shrimp & the imperial dip, the dip was delicious. The bang bang shrimp could of been breaded a little better, some of the shrimp did not have any breading, the bang bang sauce was delicious. For the entrees my wife had the grilled chicken, garlic potatoes & fries. I had the sirloin & shrimp, garlic potatoes & the bacon Mac & cheese, which you had to upgrade to. The steak was great, the shrimp were ok, didn't really care for the seasoning. The potatoes were delicious, the bacon Mac & cheese could of been better, they did notice I did not like it, the manager came over & asked, I just did not like it, she did remove the $2.00 up charge from the bill. My wife enjoyed the chicken & potatoes, the fries were average. So overall it was an average night out! read more

Ate there on a date. The service and food were great. Together we had the calamari, lobster bisque, wedge salad, trout and orange roughy, plus brûlée. Everything was very good. We look forward to going back many times. read more

We stopped in after Saturday evening plans changed. We had been here before to the bar and decided to have dinner. The wait was 50 minutes so we decided to sit at the little tables at the bar. Our server there was very friendly. There was a little delay in the food being served, but they were busy and ran out of 6 oz sirloins. My significant other changed his order to filet and that seemed to delay the food more. The server was okay but she didn't go out of her way to be friendly . Had she been, and more efficient, the rating would have been a 5. Everyone else in the place seemed friendly and welcoming. Great atmosphere. Great date place. Live music would be a plus. read more

I really like it here. I'm not a chain food super fan but each time I go the food is good and service as well. We started with what else but bang bang shrimp. So amazing. When they are gone I'm so sad. Had a wedge salad too but that was just ok. I liked my mahi mahi and my husband liked his sea bass. Mac and cheese was really yummy. For a birthday treat we did the key lime pie, which I liked. Overall great experience. We will be back. read more

Bang bang shrimp to start, followed by lobster grilled cheese and talapia imperial. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! Service was on point.

Honestly, I love this place. the staff is always nice and helpful and nothing is ever a problem! the ahi tuna sashimi and bang bang shrimp are my favorite menu items, and their cocktails are comfortably strong without being overbearing. management is wonderful and without going into detail, Christine the waitress and Thomas the manager really made my night. tonight was the best, easiest night I've had in weeks. what the manager does not know is that what he did tonight was the highlight of the year for my mom. hopefully he reads this and remembers the night he helped a poor college girl make her mom's birthday wonderful. what he does not know is that she has cancer, and her mother is dying of dementia. his small act of kindness brought tears of joy to her eyes and reminded her that there is good in the world. Thomas, I thank you read more

As an avid fish lover, I am surprised I never step food into Bonefish Grill. After a long evening of shopping, my friend and I were famished so we came here for dinner. The food quality is good and the fish is well cooked, but I wish there was more flavor in the fish, as opposed to on top of the fish. Our server was fantastic and very accommodating towards us since we have a young child with us. Overall a great experience! read more

The fact that I'm writing my review whilst still glowing from Endless Bubbles brunch probably helps me be generous with the stars. I've only dined there once for regular fare, but I've turned into a repeat offender for Sunday brunch. I'd not bothered with a review yet, even though my Yelp check-ins tell me I'm the Duchess of Bonefish Grill currently. But the service we had today was pretty good, and that alone makes me give them the nod. I like it. The ambiance, the not-too-loud but very good music, all adds up to me enjoying myself while I'm there. I like the feeling of the other patrons too, that all adds to the mood. It's a respectable place to chill. I started checking out reviews and information for Bonefish Grill because I really needed an option other than sister restaurant Outblecch Steakhouse. For a chain, I find Bonefish much more personable. Today when my leftovers were packaged up, there was a drawing of a skeletal fish, the date, and initials BFG. I thought that was charming, then it dawned on my just how useful it is to have your styrofoam container of leftovers identified without opening to peek. Plus the date. A worthwhile detail. When one of our party today didn't like a beverage, we were accommodated with its removal from the bill in addition to apologies and attentiveness both from out server and the manager. And the kid liked the other item he chose immensely. An interesting enough menu. Good drinks. Even if I only wind up coming here for brunches, I'm glad I know you Bonefish. And to explain endless bubbles, it's the option of upgrading your brunch to have your mimosa or bellini glass never empty. And while I might not love everything I even consume here, they do a good enough job that I know I'll just try something else next time. read more

We stopped in again and had an experience more on par with all of our visits before our last. On this visit we had excellent food and service even though our visit was later in the night.
