We've been going to Carrabba's on and off for at least three decades. One thing I've always been able to say is that they are consistently good. They also seem to strike a nice balance between cost, service and food quality. Food prices have gone up a bit like everywhere else but portions are still good and flavorful. Nice ambiance. Tried this because it's been years since I've been and my last recolection was that the food was really good. I ordered the Spiedino Di Mare. The shrimp were cooked perfectly. The broccoli was meh. Overall 7.5 out of 10. My side Caesar salad had ice in it and it was rather cold. My wife had the Salmon Capperi which was just decent. It lacked flavor and so did the veggies. In fact the spinach literally looked like it was plucked from the garden and oil was sprinkled on top. Had to sent it back to be cooked more. 5/10 The service was just ok. I've eaten here twice and I have ordered from here twice through online services. The food is delicious, absolutely delicious. Well seasoned, not too salty not too bland, but a perfect balance of flavors and textures as well. Their steak marsala sandwich is absolutely delicious. I ordered through GrubHub and it was awesome! The food was still hot when it arrived and everything was packaged separately and neatly. Even though I didn't eat at the restaurant it felt like it- warm sliced bread with oil and herbs, as well as, a salad and dressing! I ordered the lentil and sausage soup and the first spoonful made me pause, sit back, and enjoy the moment. We have been coming to this Carrabba's for years. We do not frequent many chain restaurants, but we make an exception for Carrabba's because they have a scratch kitchen and the food is consistently good. We have never had a bad meal here, and everything can be customized. The wine is reasonably priced and there is a solid selection. Best of all, the service is always top notch. We are here regularly and the service has always (we cannot even think of one time that it was not) impeccable. Food was delicious as always. Chicken Parmesan, penne Pomodoro, and lasagna. Chicken soup is great.

Another GrubHub moment. This time I needed chicken fettuccine Alfredo. Not a whole lotta restaurants had this on their menu but Carrabba's did and I'm not a chain snob so I figured let's just try it out. Delicious. Take out/ delivery is always pricey but I had this for 3 meals, between the huge pasta dish, the Caesar salad and the soft bread. I didn't even realize it came with a salad but happy it did and happy how fresh it was too. The chicken was so tasty, loved the seasoning on it, little bit of a Cajun kick, and there was also peas & mushrooms in the dish which was a great addition. I had a gift card good for Bloomin Brands and decided that Carrabba's was the best venue for the cuisine my wife and I enjoy. When my wife and I arrived, we were seated in a nice area towards the back of the restaurant. Tayler was our server and did an excellent job taking our orders and bringing the food. They started by taking our drink orders---- Dark Horse Cab and a gin martini. They brought out the hot bread along with creating an oil/herb for dipping. My wife ordered the Linguine Positano with whole grain pasta as her main meal and the lentil soup as her side. She loved it and ended up bringing some home. I ordered the Spiedino di Mare with the combination of scallops and shrimp. For my side, I had the pasta pomodoro and Caesar salad. Excellent combination. The food was delicious. Service was great. I finally used my $20 gift card from a YEE a few months ago. Great timing - newly added shrimp parmigiana dish! Very Good & nice portion. I eat low (or no) carb dinners - went w the sautéed spinach instead of the more wanted penne pasta - love their aldente cooking and sauce. Joey enjoyed his chicken parm and devoured the warm bread. Salad was cold, crisp and delish as usual. The mozzarella sticks weren't as good as at the Yelp event for some reason. Great deal ($10 for a take home) that I got for my daughter. I've been going to Carrabba's ever since I was young. I am now turning 30 and the taste still is amazing, along with the new seasonal specials that they've introduced over the years. Today I tried the T-bone grilled lamb and oh my gosh it was amazing! it was cooked to perfection and glazed with a subtle sweet yet Thangy sauce that had a light touch of mint on it. I did not even know that T-bone lamb existed until I saw it on the seasonal holiday menu. Highly recommend it! read more

not the most authentic food I have ever had, but overall really great Italian if you want some thing not too expensive in a slightly more fancy restaurant. Good for a simple birthday dinner! The soft warm bread with the olive oil, and spices is always super amazing. The staff are always really nice and accommodating. Their spicy chicken noodle soup is a little too heavy on the pepper and a little lacking on the flavor. Their sangria is really good as well. The cannolis are super yummy too! Haven't been to Carrabba's in years. Was out Christmas shopping with some friends so we decided to stop by. The drinks we ordered were not made correctly. no salt on the rims, incorrect garnish and they tasted like straight juice. Ordered the lasagna. I could not believe the portion that I got. It looked like a kids portion. For almost $20 you would think that you would get a better size portion. The picture they have of the lasagna on the website is much bigger than what I got. Not to mention the pasta was overcooked. The only thing that is good from them is the lentil soup and the bread with the dipping oil!! I will not be back! read more

Food was great. Haven't been there in a while. Took the kids, all 3 of them loved it. Every one of them got spaghetti with salt and butter and graded parmesan, LOL. I thought ordering from here would be nice.. however, this is ridiculous.Just got my order (dropped in front of my door, no call, no bell). The salads apps are not the same size. The one ordered with croutons has barely any lettuce. Pasta dish on the left got more shrimp (7), while the dish on the right got 5. To be clear the shrimp are the same size in both dishes, and both cost about the same. Tomato entree has a lot of pasta (bottom/middle of which is dry..ugh) and the dish with more shrimp has barely any pasta.I can't even call and have this addressed because this establishment closes soon. We ate dinner at this location tonight and it was a less than desirable experience. Our service was good, the food was substandard at best (photo attached) but the worst part was the male employee at the host stand. He was yelling loudly across the bar, calling the female servers "baby", he was cursing nonstop while talking to the other girl at the host stand. Their conversation was about how he wishes she was his girlfriend (inappropriate) and then took off to more inappropriate topics with the words "I'll slap the shit out of you" coming out of his mouth. No major complaints about the food here, just don't go if you have little kids or want to feel comfortable while eating dinner. read more

I got a taste for pasta, so me and my family decided to go to Carrabba's of Maple Shade. It was Saturday's dinner rush when we arrive so we did waited a bit at their outdoor waiting area. The outdoor waiting area has a nice view and a comfortable couch for guests. Our princess definitely have fun on one of their sofa couch. When we were seated at the table, our waiter took our drinks and appetizers quickly. Hubby and baby sticks with their Sprite and apple juice, while I got the Sicilian prickly Pear Margarita. The Rita looks very pretty but not my favorite type of drink(I guess I won't ever order another Rita again). Since everything is freshly made, we waited a while for the mozzarella marinara and the grilled asparagus. Hubby and baby were fighting over the mozzarella marinara, but baby WON and got her tiny hands on the last piece lol. Entrees wise, baby got the cheese ravioli. Hubby order the Shrimp and Sea Scallop Spiedino, while I got the Pasta Linguine Pescatore. Hubby says he will continue ordering the Spiedino as long as Carrabba's have it on the menu. It must be that Delicious for him to say that, since he is extremely picky. Needless to say, we will definitely return to Carrabba's soon. read more

First time visitor. 4 stars. 3 stars for the food, 5 stars for the best waitress service over ever received. Waited nearly an hour. But having Sue our waitress made it a visit worth waiting for. Very crowded on a Saturday evening. Was told 40 mins but turned out to be about 1hr. The menu has good selections and a nice variety of choices. The bread they give you is warm, fresh and good. For my birthday dinner I had the is shrimp & scallops over linguine in vodka " sauce. Generous proportion but lacked seasoning. The shrimp and scallops were very big in size. The cannoli cake that they gave for my birthday was actually very good. But too big to eat it all. Was big enough for 2-3 to feast on. Definitely a place to return to. Stopped for dinner last night. The food was good and our server was awesome, otherwise I would have given one star. However we both requested a dark beer or stout. We were told they had none. That was bad enough. My friend ordered a Miller Lite instead. When he requested a 2nd one, we were told he just drank the last one in the place. No Miller Lite.. in bottle or on tap?! What kind of a restaurant is this place?! When questioned, the manager's response can be paraphrased thus: 1. 'Our beverage supplier's minimum order is $250.' Huh? Just $250? 2. 'This isn't a beer establishment.' What? Then what is that big square- shaped counter over there with all the glasses, taps, and stools? DONE with this place! Just had a quick dinner on my way home, the gentlemen that sat me did a great job cleaning the table. That put my mind at ease eating inside for one of the first times since lock down. The Italian salad had fresh vegetables and a great dressing. I hadn't eaten all day so I can't confirm or deny that I ate a loaf of bread because the dipping sauce was so delish.
