The restaurant was very nice--clean, well-lit, and featuring an upscale yet warm and welcoming atmosphere. We started with the Blackened Chicken Egg Rolls, and they were absolutely delicious. The accompanying sauces paired perfectly and made for a great appetizer. My wife ordered the 12 oz. bone-in pork chop with garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach. Her only complaints were that the garlic mashed potatoes tasted a bit "corporate" and were only slightly warm when served. Also, as the sweet tea connoisseur that she is, she found the tea a little too sweet. I ordered the Pan-Seared Blackened Ahi Tuna, and it was freakin' delicious! Every part of the meal was outstanding. The Brussels sprouts were incredible, and the tuna was cooked and seared perfectly. I also had a Dragon Fruit Margarita, which was fantastic. To top it all off, our server, Brenden, was cordial, informative, friendly, and attentive throughout the meal. He truly helped elevate the entire experience. (Give that man a raise!) Sunday May 3rd My experience at Bonefish Grill was disappointing from the very beginning. I visited with my family of four, hoping to enjoy a relaxing meal together after a long day. After being seated, it quickly became apparent that there was confusion or conflict between the host and the waiter regarding our table. Unfortunately, this situation directly impacted us, as the waiter refused to serve our table. We were left sitting there for approximately 30 to 45 minutes without any assistance. Eventually, another staff member came over to begin service, but by that point, the experience had already been negatively affected. My children were extremely hungry, and my wife was understandably upset. What was supposed to be a pleasant family dinner turned into a frustrating and stressful situation. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially for a first visit. Based on this, it will likely be our last time dining here. read more

I stopped by this location for their social happy hour to pass time while waiting for my pups grooming appointment. I got there after 4 PM and I was surprised that the bar was packed and full! I was about to leave and head to Carrabbas but one of the employees saved the day! I was immediately seated at a table close to the bar and greeted by my waiter Dontae. I'm a martini mami these days and they had two options for happy hour. I went with Bee's Knees Martini and it was delicious! I had two of them! I ordered the Ahi Tuna Wonton Crisps and Shrimp Toast because they were both on the happy hour menu. The ahi tuna was not the best ahi tuna I have had but it was ok. The shrimp toast was really good. I ended up using the bread they served as a starter because the toast that came with it was very soggy. Overall the restaurant was nice and it did end up getting packed after 5 PM which caught me by surprise. I always have a great time at bonefish Grill off of Cobb Parkway. The good thing about this establishment as they have happy hour every day and the quality of the happy hour menu is stellar everything on the menu is delicious! My favorite cocktail is the bees knees. It's so refreshing yet just one of those will have you leaning! I also enjoy the bang bang shrimp in the bang bang chicken, but preferably the bang bang shrimp is my fave. I always pair it with a side Caesar salad which is a decent size portion. And last but not least you must try the shrimp toast - that should be an entree on its own DELISH!! The overall vibes are very nice. The light is dim leaving a nice ambience. If you want to sit at the bar or you gotta get there a little early because it's always packed, but there's plenty of seating around the bar area. Parking is seamless plenty of parking around the establishment given it's in a shopping plaza. If you are around the Cumberland Mall area go check them out. Went here for a date a few months back. Soon as I came in, I was greeted with a warm smile. I didn't wait long to be seated. Loved the scenery. I had a few drinks. If I'm not mistaken, it was a strawberry martini. They were soooo good. We also tried their crab cakes, and I had a soup. On August 10th we had 4 couples meet for dinner. We always enjoyed BF in many other locations. On this night we all experienced a very bad all around dinner. I visited this location for the first time for the Wicked 4-course dinner and the food was really amazing as it always is with any Bonefish location. The only complaint I would have is that it took forever to pay because I think they might have been short staffed. And also, I do personally enjoy a more intimate experience and this location allows for a lot of people and it's a much larger group setting than I personally like but other than that the staff was really amazing and did their best to accommodate us all. Pulled up to Bonefish Grill just to sit at the bar and have a little main character moment, thinking about when life was a little simpler... and somehow the experience matched the memory. Kayla B was running the bar and serving, and I'm not gonna lie, it started a little slow... but the way she recovered? Elite. Soon as she tapped in, it was "what you drinking?" then boom, drink and bread hit the table. I barely got through two pieces of bread before the Bang Bang Shrimp pulled up like it knew I was waiting on it. And just as I'm finishing that? Entrée lands right on time. No stress, no waiting, just smooth. Food? Always hits. Flavor is consistent, never doing too much but never missing. The table bread with herded olive oil was excellent. I got the fish and chips served with fries and Cole slaw. The cod was good but not crispy which would have made it very good. The fries were served crisp as I requested and seemed fresh, an excellent accompaniment. The coleslaw was fresh but disappointing as the dressing had an odd flavor not to my liking. My wife had the Shrimp and Scallop pasta. Decent size portion but the sauce was overly tart, too much lemon juice. The shrimp and scallops were both small, not what I would expect from a seafood restaurant. It not only makes it cheaper to make, but also reduces the food quality. Terrible service from start to finish. My mother in law took me out for my birthday, where we had allotted enough time for dinner before we headed to a concert in the city. Hostess barely greeted let alone spoke to us. We waited 20+ minutes before we had to flag a hostess down to say we hadn't been greeted by a server yet. Moments later, our service breezed by with a weird excuse and jotted our order into her service pad. Our appetizer came out before our cocktails. While we were waiting on those, our server swong by again to say the system went down and the kitchen lost our order, so she asked us for our order again. Felt really weird since she physically wrote our order down the first time and then proceeded to write our order down again in the same server pad. Needless to say, despite the time crunch, a food runner or different server dropped our dinner plates off and wizzed away. Nothing got prebussed, nor did they ask if we needed anything. Our server never checked on us after we were served. My seared tuna was refrigerator-temperature cold in the middle, which was a bummer for a $30ish plate. Once again, our server never asked how our meal was, ask if we wanted another cocktail, or prebus our table once we were done. She was told it was my birthday by my mother in law and she passively said she'd grab me a cheesecake after dropping off the check. We waited 15+ minutes with all of our appetizer plates, dinner plates and empty cocktail glasses for this cheesecake, despite being on a time crunch. She finally ran by to say she'd just box the cheesecake up. All in all, I've never felt so ignored or uncelebrated on what was supposed to be a lovely birthday dinner and evening. My mother in law said this was her third time going where the service was pitiful. That said, avoid Bonefish Grill unless you want to be treated as if you're dining at McDonald's for elevated dining prices. Can't say I'm surprised for a corporate chain, though. read more

My cousin and I visited this location to take advantage of the Monday special. Upon arrival, it was pretty packed but we got seated very quickly. The downsize was our server was also serving 3 other tables and part of 10+. So service took a while in addition to the wait from the restaurant being crowded. Our server was not the best. She forgot about us often and for some reason she always brought the bread out in paper towel. Not sure why but she did it multiple times. My food - Lobster Stuffed Shrimp - was definitely nothing special. My Jasmine Rice tasted like minute rice and my broccoli was overcooked and brown on the ends. I had a kiddo back in town from college and she needed non-commons food and I needed not to cook, so off we went for some good seafood. As Celiac people, we were disappointed their delicious muscles were no longer on the menu, however we found plenty to indulge in from land and sea. One mahi-mahi cooked to perfection in a tantalizing sauce she even put her rice in, and one spot-on filet with a perfectly steamed lobster tail. My taste buds are finally waking up again, I'm balancing my meals, and I'm taking my antibiotics the way I'm supposed to. Tonight, all I wanted was something simple and comforting -- baked fish. Then out of nowhere, crab cakes started calling my name. So we hopped on Uber Eats, scrolled through the options, and Bonefish Grill's photos had us fooled into thinking we were about to have a little gourmet moment at the house. We ordered crab cakes with a side of garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli -- a safe, easy win. Or so we thought. The order arrived within the window (points for punctuality), but of course it was colder than it should've been. We replated everything, warmed it up, and sat down to enjoy what we hoped would be a good meal. Now listen -- I love mashed potatoes. They are comfort on a plate, so I intentionally saved them to enjoy last. I took one small bite just to preview the goodness I thought I was about to experience. Immediate red flag. It tasted like spoiled dairy. Not "a little off." Not "maybe it lost its heat." I mean spoiled. I thought maybe it was my lingering hospital aftertaste, so I reached for my coconut water to cleanse my palate. My son tried a bite too -- a bigger one -- and immediately got the same reaction. He could literally feel the bad food lingering in his throat. At that point, we went straight through Uber Eats for a refund. Because tell me -- how are you serving people bad mashed potatoes? Nobody's out here begging for mashed potatoes. If we order them, at least make sure they're edible. And here's the thing: I've had good experiences at Bonefish Grill before. That's why we trusted this order. But this? Unacceptable. I want to start by saying that the main reason for the three stars is because the service. Upon arriving we were directed to go sit while a table was prepared there were five of us and it took about 10 minutes. The restaurant had a bar and open seating area but lighting was a bit dark. We ordered the shrimp to start which had a great taste. I also had a key lime martini that did not disappoint. The only issue was after ordering a drink and appetizer our waitress didn't return for almost 20min to take our order. I had the trout with lemon caper sauce which came out cold and the potatoes as well. The Brussels were great and the two other adults had the shrimp tacos in which they said were great. My daughter has the shrimp and she finished them all as well as my other child that had the Mac n cheese. Once we were done eating we had to hunt our waitress down for the check. I finally decided to have lunch there today and I was disappointed from the service to the food. I sat at the bar to order to go and was passed by several times before I was acknowledged. After I finally placed my food order, I waited longer to place my drink order. I did not receive what I ordered. As for the food, I ordered the blackened fish sandwich with fries. The sandwich was subpar, cold and drenched with sauce and the fries are rubbery and cold. Definitely not the Bonefish I remember coming from Denver, CO. Lunch carry out was my choice. I easily ordered my food at the bar. Ivory was polite and the wait was short. I tried a bowl of chowder, cod fish and upgraded to truffle fries. The chowder was so tasty with the perfect bite of crab meat. I got 3 nice size pieces of cod. The truffle fries were ok-I set the bar super high for truffle fries. Easy parking in the lot. We visited Atlanta recently. It's a nice city. On the day we arrived, we came here for lunch. They just opened for lunch, so we were the first customers, yay! We had Brandy serving us, and she's lovely. I had the pairing jumbo shrimp and grilled chicken, and Hubby had seafood spaghetti. My shrimp wasn't jumbo enough, but that didn't matter. My dish was good. The seasoning was good. I had a hot tea with my lunch. However, I wouldn't recommend the seafood spaghetti. It didn't do it for me. If you have visited Bonefish Grill, you know the ambiance is fantastic. They know how to decorate inside and outside the restaurant. My wife and I visited Bonefish Grill on Cobb Parkway for dinner on June 27, 2026. We've enjoyed this location for both lunch and dinner over the years, making it one of our favorite date-night spots because of the atmosphere, service, and consistently good food. Unfortunately, this visit was a major disappointment. The Bang Bang Shrimp was outstanding as always, but everything else went downhill. The bar area looked more like an employee break room than a restaurant. Staff members sat at the high-top tables eating, watching videos on their phones, and loudly discussing their day. I even saw who appeared to be a chef come out and join them. One employee spent several minutes leaning on a table watching his phone while the chef brought him cheesecake. It honestly made me wonder if management was even present. I'm an Ahi Tuna connoisseur, and Bonefish usually gets it right. Not this time. The tuna was overcooked, and the sauce overwhelmed what should have been a buttery, melt-in-your-mouth piece of fish. It completely missed the mark. Service was equally disappointing. Our empty Bang Bang Shrimp plate, bread plate, chopsticks, side dishes, two salad bowls, and other dishes remained on our table throughout the meal. No one cleared anything--and the restaurant wasn't busy. To make matters worse, employees continued socializing loudly while guests were dining, people occupied bar seats without ordering, and the overall atmosphere lacked professionalism. I tip well because I appreciate great service, but I expect it in return. Hospitality is about creating an experience, not just delivering food. Honestly, Chick-fil-A provided better service than what we experienced that evening. We've always enjoyed this Bonefish Grill, but after this experience, my wife and I will likely take our date nights back to the Galleria area. I hope management addresses these issues because this location is capable of much better. I expect Bonefish Grill to apologize and invite us back, but apologies alone aren't enough. As a corporate leader, I know culture starts with management. The lack of oversight, poor service, and employee behavior we witnessed should have been addressed immediately. Bonefish Grill has a prime location in Cobb County and the potential to deliver an exceptional dining experience. I encourage guests to visit over the next 30 days and decide for themselves whether meaningful improvements have been made. I want to begin with the comment that I try very hard to post positive comments. I've always known people find it easy to post complaints but don't take the time to post good feedback. Tonight I am so upset with the service my family encountered at this restaurant that I must post. My daughters and granddaughter were going to an event at Cobb Performing Arts Center so I suggested dinner at Bonefish prior. Wow! What a mess. I arrived at 5:15 and was seated quickly because I had a reservation. At 5:30 I went to the hostess to ask if a server had been assigned to my table. She found who the server was and assured me he would be right there. He took my drink order. 15 minutes later I didn't have my drink. We are now 30 minutes in. The server said he would place my drink order but he was taking an order from another table so it might take a few minutes. In the meantime my family arrived and we continued to wait on our server to come take our drink orders (for context the restaurant was NOT busy). We finally placed our dinner order. Two orders of Bang Bang Shrimp, soup and shrimp/scallop pasta. The Bang Bang Shrimp that was ordered was delivered to the table but it was Bang Bang Chicken (not shrimp as ordered). 30 minutes later one of us still didn't have our dinner and we had to search for our server to ask about it. Suffice this to say, prices continue to go up as service continues to plummet!! We will not be giving any more of our hard earned money to this restaurant. We shouldn't have to beg for service at today's prices. read more
