I stopped by this cute pet store this morning and I was thrilled to see that they had the special no-hide bones that my dog just loves. This place was adorable. I kinda just grabbed the bones and left quickly but when I get more time it looks like a great place to browse. They have everything you need to spoil your pet, as well as grooming and dog washing stations, all in the heart of the Village at Rancharrah, which is one of the best gathering places in Reno! We came to an Easter decorating event, complete with some light bites and bubbles, and had a wonderful time! A last minute #ThankYouThursday to a great local shop that helped me out for a last minute gift! I was looking for a special something for my friend's fur baby's birthday and forgot to order a gift in advance. Luckily, I called Bone-Ito and had an adorable custom-made birthday box ready to be picked up by the next day! While the gift could have been ready later that day, since I did have some time to spare, the amazing people at Bone-ito said they could put the pup's name on a cookie to really personalize the gift. The next day when I picked it up, I had a super cute box filled with freshly baked biscuit treats decorated with the puppy's name and one shaped in the number 2 for his second birthday! In addition there were all sorts of toys, accessories like bowties, treats, poop bags, bubbles, and more! While I've been in Bone-ito before, this was definitely the most memorable experience! We love their dog wash! And they carry lots of treats We have a dog wash 5 mins from our place, but rather travel 20 mins to this place to use their facility instead. The wash has an automatic shampoo dispenser, cut down wash time dramatically and efficiently get shampoo into the dense hair. They carry k9 II high velocity hair dryer, great for dogs with a lot hair. It was my wishlist item to buy for home grooming :) The dog wash can be adjusted up and down, great for large dog getting in and out. We also adjust the height while bathing. No more back pain! Area is clean and doesn't smell like wet dog Recommend to bring own cotton balls to plug the dog ears. read more

Went back to this cute little boutique pet shop with my son who is in the same business in another State. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Pet food has taken a major upgrade in recent years. Love the collars and leashes, and little jackets that keep these fur babies warm in our cold winter months. read more

This is a really great store to shop for your dogs and cats! I don't have a cat to buy for so I didn't really look at what is offered for our feline friends. I was in to look around and maybe pick up a treat or two for my bf dog. They had a good selection of raw and freeze dried treats. I picked out the large dried cod skins and a small tube of "clam chowder" training treats/toppers. I also picked out a couple of moist foods. He'll be getting them in the mail tomorrow. The store is clean and very well organized. A good variety of products without the clutter and congestion of having multiple brands of the same product. They keep it simple here. And prices are really good too! They have fresh, frozen, and freeze dried snacks, meals, supplements, dental chews, toppers, trainers, chewies, everything is all natural, single/minimal ingredient, sourced. Also have leashes, collars, bowls, toys. (Toys are very minimal here, wish there was more.) If you want to buy healthy food and snacks for your pupperoni this is a great place to come and do just that!! read more

This place is awesome for many reasons, but we love the pet wash station! We have a large Bernadoodle and her fur takes FOREVER to wash and dry at home. The pet wash station is super easy to use, their shampoo smells incredible, and the dryers are high pressure enough to turn our girl into a giant fluff ball. And it's so inexpensive! read more

The owner is wonderful and everyone who works there is so friendly. I especially love how they will have fun things for your furry babies for various holidays! My personal favorite is the dog charcuterie board - which is a must! It comes with a wood dog bone platter where you get all sorts of treats to have the best dog day ever! I love everything about this place. First of all, this is owned by a woman. Second of all she is the founder of Noah's Animal House, which allows people who are escaping domestic violence to take their pets with them. It's something that some of us have the privilege not to have to think about, but there are tons of people in terrible situation, because they don't wanna leave their pets. Anyways, the store is Hella cute. It has all the cute little things you want to take home to your furry friend. This will definitely be on my list of favorites. Anytime we visit Reno. Love this place! Every time I'm in the Rancharrah area, I stop by to get my two fur children something. My latest visit was to pick up some birthday items for my youngest who is turning 4 next week. I purchased cake mix, ice cream, treats, birthday hats, and toys. When checking out, the clerk saw the obvious theme and threw in some wrapped treats, and bagged the items up, including tissue paper, like it was a real present. I also appreciate this place because of the pet food selection they carry. Before I started making my dog's food, I fed them Open Farm because it's the only pet food that is humanely sourced and each bag's ingredients are traceable and recyclable. When I used to feed them Open Farm, I couldn't find a local store that carried it. I would have to order it online for delivery or ask other partner pet shops to order it for me so I could pick it up. This store has everything you need for your fur babies! read more

This is a cute high end pet store. I love what this store has available along with the high end dog wash area. The owner is really nice and helpful as well. She offers homemade dog cakes and cookies made by their chef. The only thing I thought was weird was the video playing on loop of the owner receiving an award. That was odd. read more
