The employee I spoke to kept insisting it should be done on my end even after I explained multiple times that the system would not allow me to cancel it. I also can't cancel my card from it because it says to cancel the order first. I later spoke to a manager who assured me the order would be canceled. Instead, today I was charged again, the order was never delivered, nobody contacted me, and now they've already scheduled my NEXT autoship for a month away while once again claiming "the team is already working on it." How is an order a month away already locked from cancellation? This honestly feels like a scheme designed to keep charging customers while making it impossible to cancel autoship orders once they enter their system. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service is unacceptable. Do not sign up for their auto-ship services.

The shampoo and conditioner are really good quality and left his fur super soft and shiny. Our dog, "Sawyer" isn't a fan of this but just stands there and accepts the process. I had wanted to go to this location since it opened 1 1/2 years ago. The place is very clean and well maintained. Cameron and Roy were on duty Thursday and were so nice and helpful. Decided to get the multi- colored one...(named him Miso).. After seeing how active and well he is doing-decided to come back and get his fish mate.. Called to make sure he was available.. Arrived.. and he was already to go!bagged up tightly.. so nice!!! Easily transported and now has a new koi family and his name: Shiro - white in Japanese.. Fingers crossed..
