I was referred to Bond through Loews Hotel. I was visiting Miami for the first time, celebrating a 30th birthday. I was excited Loews had a business relationship with Bond so that a balloon arrangement could be left in my hotel room prior to my guest and I arriving. What I thought would be a wonderful surprise, turned out to be a huge disappointment. I read that they work with A-list celebrities so you'd think they'd be on their game but they're weren't. After reaching out several times, no one would return my calls or texts. Has bond reached a level of success where they no longer seek business with non celebrities? Perhaps. I didn't think to check their Yelp page until after my experience, only to find other people received a lsck of response too. Given that Loews referred me, I'll be posting my experience there as well. Perhaps Loews will have better customer service and see how their business relationships can affect theirs. I ultimately had no success and ended up with no balloon arrangement. Very dissapointed. read more

Lucas was very responsive. I liked that he is very friendly and was helpful in speaking about my decorations for an event and delivered quick on my inquiries. He and another one of his staff delivered a cluster of stringed balloons what he called " a half arch " and it was maybe 60- smaller balloons max with a 1-2 larger " metallic jumbo gold " ( the impact of 2 balloon bouquets ) you will see in the photos below, it barely covered the wall, it was a string of balloon that looked not nearly as nice as what it appears on instagram. I was fine to pay the $430, but I was under the impression it was a cluster of regular and jumbo sized balloons- this was not the case. As a business owner, I do know the cost and labour of things and the profits in jobs like these. However, I would've been happier to go on amazon and buy 100+ balloons and 6 jumbo 72 inch balloon for around $90, as the labour was about an hour of assembly- I've done this before unprofessionally for my own event and know what a $400 job looks like . This was a $200 job max- I was not at all impressed with the impact. Although He was super nice, this was not matched with the price nor was there was not a solution offered to salvage my disappointment for this event. He offered a discount of $30 off the invoice. When I tell you, we were all completely gassed- I wouldn't feel confident in reordering. i don't feel like the impact at all represented what I saw on Instagram . I would consider doing this my self to save the other $230 for the next time. read more

The One Hotel in South Beach Miami introduced me to Lucas with Bond Party Supplies and we were in communication for one month regarding the product design and placement. Towards the week of arrival I was very nervous the balloons would not be placed in the correct room at the right time- and of course he didn't explain to concierge where or how to place the garland. The garland was misplaced and falling over and not a true garland. it was very small, skinny, and not over towering but in a straight line, not bent like the pictures he had sent. Also instead of the rings included in the names in the picture be only included one small ring balloon. Even the names it spelled out were falling down. This was very frustrating and my trust in this company is gone. I had called him to send a person to fix this and all he did was yell on the phone stating that I should talk to the Hotel. If someone purchases a product with you, you should take full responsibility. Do not believe the photos posted, they are all from big parties where lots of money were provided, and my assumption is he made sure the photos came out great. Our Garland was falling over, and very unprofessional, there were duct tapes and strings that showed whhich were used to pull it back, which started to fall back down as the hours went by after his assistant had left AFTER putting it back up as it should have been when we walked in. All in all, very disappointing, wouldn't trust this company if ONE HOTEL RECOMMENDS. HORRIBLE SERVICE. HORRIBLE PRODUCT PRESENTATION. Instead of having a great time, and great attitude coming into the room there was a lot of yelling and arguing with Lucas with Bond Party Supplies. He also yelled that he was going to sue me for the threats that I had stated I will dispute this on my credit card. Sir, for your info that is not a threat that is a statement - stop making false assumptions, focus, and do your job! read more

We came out to Miami for my husband's 40 th birthday I wanted to have balloons in the room before we arrived. At first they seemed super accommodating prices seemed reasonable but the blue and silver balloons I had requested ordered and mentioned multiple times were mistakenly exchanged for gold ones!
