Do not recommend this company to anyone!!! On my son's 3rd birthday I ordered balloons and a name sign from these people. I paid $830. The balloons they setup fell apart shortly after, they returned the fix it however they fell apart during the birthday party. The name sign I sent back as it was damaged and put together very cheap. I ordered a cone shaped balloon and what showed up was not what we agreed upon. I requested a refund and the owner Shir refused. I am very upset as not only on my special day, I received a bad service, also companies like this can get away with this kind of service and attitude. I will also start a complaint with BBB. I've been extremely busy since the day of my baby shower, but I finally have a few moments to let you know how disappointed I was with the service your company provided for my special day. Lets begin by stating the fact that your team illegally parked in the building next to mine and I had to receive several complaints from my neighbors about it. I was advised you'd be arriving at 8:30 am and would be finished setting up by 10:30 am. Your team started to arrive after 9:00 am which then caused them to be rushed to try to finish by 10:30 am, which did not happen. One of the two staff members that arrived there in the morning, was extremely rude and did not communicate well. That was just the beginning. I requested small flower arrangements for the cocktail tables that were neutral due to the fact that we do not know the sex of our baby. Your team showed up with pink arrangements. If you were not going to be able to match the color scheme as requested and paid for, I would've personally put together the arrangements. The flower balloon and bear centerpiece that was requested was also pink & of course, did not include the Pooh bear that was agreed upon to be added. It was just a stick sticking out of the flowers with some balloons on top. The spandex for the cocktail tables that I had to pay extra for, weren't even placed or left on the tables. More money wasted due to lack of attention to detail and not receiving what was agreed upon. The easel and acrylic sign that was "supposed to match the sample" was probably one of the most disappointing things that I had to look at. Firstly, it looked nothing like the sample sent to your team. Secondly, the spacing, letters, and colors did not go with the theme or the backdrop that was made. The balloons that were supposed to be on there, were also left off. This sign was at the entrance of my party and was supposed to set the tone; instead I could barely stand to look at it. When I walked out to my living room after your team had left (just 30 minutes before my event), I had to see the quality of work that was put into setting up. I was in disbelief and extremely disappointed. You could tell the job was done in a rush. There was debris behind and on the sides of where the backdrop was setup, which was left behind by your team. The cocktail table arrangements were placed on a random table, instead of on the cocktail tables. The centerpiece I had requested was on the coffee table instead of with the gifts. All in all, it was a disaster. I can't believe that this happened after the money that was spent. I cannot, with my right mind, ever refer someone to your company, ever. I will be sure to share my experience in order to make sure that this never happens to anyone else, ever again. read more
