I bought some eustomas at the store; they're my weakness. I rarely see them in stock and couldn't resist buying them. But when I bought them, they never straightened out. Instead, all the buds had completely drooped, their heads down. I think they were left without water for too long. Or they were lying horizontally in a warehouse. Eustomas remember this --they have soft stems, and they never straightened out. It's a shame this happened, because I shop at this store often. read more

I used to buy here all the time but I am now so displeased with them. M birthday roses had to be returned after lots of back and forth to exchange them. They basically died in two days. Today I went and got what I thought were 2 dozen roses as is advertised all over the walls and I got home and there were ONLY 12 roses. When I called the store they said some of the colors now are only one dozen. Obviously if I had been informed of this I would have chosen another color. If you are looking for a place that will not follow simple directions, then this is the place for you. I don't have any complaints about the flower as they were a bit expensive but adequate however, I specifically requested that the flowers be delivered anonymously, without any of my information. I repeated this to the imbecile on the phone at least for or five times. Sure enough once the flowers were delivered, I received a thank you via text from the recipient. I was like , how did she know it was me? When the recipient sent me a picture of the flowers with my phone number on the card, that explained it. I love making my own bouquets, and I am on a mission this year to find all of the great gems that are flower shops in the south Florida area this year! This shop def will be added to my list. It's located on Biscayne in North Miami. Right by the target. The entrance is one way so once you miss the first turn it's a wrap lol. Gotta loop around anyways back to the review. I truly enjoyed this shop. They have a nice variety of flowers and nice enough to make a bouquet. Which I made as well. It cost be about $20! Which is very reasonable in my opinion. I did enjoy the experience here but the only reason for 4 stars was I felt like I was rushed to pick flowers and get out of the way by the sales associate and the store was not too busy. I like to take my time and pick out my flowers. So I didn't really vibe with being rush. Will I be back? Yes because the prices are reasonable and cheaper than most grocery stores like Publix, Whole Foods or Winn Dixie. read more

This place opens on Sundays, at 11:00. Decided to arrive a bit early, but it's already 11:20, and so far, no one is even inside or showing any sort of sign that they're opening soon. Finally, 2 employees come and try opening the door with random keys they said? That doesn't make sense. With this; you have to wait outside, with the insane Miami hotness, for 40+ minutes? I don't recommend to give them any sort of business since they truly don't know how to run a business. read more

So I used to use the store to buy flowers until today. The credit card machine was down and I was forced to go across the street to get cash. That's fine. I get that. But upon my return. I realized that to wrap up my 4 dozen flowers I bought would've cost an extra fee, just a few more than I took out. Instead of accommodating me, the store told me there's nothing they can do and I would have to get money to pay for this. It was $4I I called the main office and the person on the phone in charge of customer service asked me to email the owner. I'm not doing that. What he could've done was said, "no problem pay us next time or don't worry about it at all". That didn't happen until I told him how I would have handled it. I'm not here to run their business or to teach them customer service. This problem starts at the top and there are plenty of other flower stores in Miami. Buyers Be aware! I purchased an arrangement that was a little over $500 bucks for Valentine's. I picked up the arrangement and it looked ok. I noticed some roses were not doing so good. I asked them to replace them and they told me the arrangement was just made and they needed to be hydrated. They did not really wanted to replace what was needed to be replaced . 2 days later the arrangement died half of it and they blamed it on me because I " did not know how to handle the arrangement and long drive". I asked for a replacement or a full refund they said they would replace it or give me a refund of $124 dallor . I call the next day to establish a game plan. They denied me either or. Such a dissapointment of a business, they sell made fixed bouquets , 12 for 19.99 or 24 for 29.99 which I find it great but if you select their non fix fixed bouquets for 14.99 and ask for it to be fixed you would expect an extra charge off course but not more than double the price , $50 dollars for something you can purchase individually for $20 I would expect a $5 or $10 charge but not $30 just to fix it. They wouldn't even let you purchase the wrapping paper individually for you to do it yourself just loosing the business , no intent or will to help what's so ever . I'm curious to know the difference between those roses for $19.99 and the others that's are less but at the end is the exact same thing their doing . Horrible way to assist clients . read more

I had a bad experience with flowers from this shop. I wrote a review and was contacted immediately by the owner. He asked me to come into the store so we could discuss my issue further. I went into the store, today, and was greeted by the staff that was there. Owner was not in the store. The staff was friendly and very open to my issue. May I say we came to an amicable solution. While there I realized if I had contacted the store, instead of writing such a bad review, my issue would have been resolved, as well. I will continue to shop at this store and urge anyone that read my previous review to ignore it. I was upset and my rantings were unwarranted. My apologies go out to the owner and staff and to all their patrons. BUYER BEWARE!!! Bought 2 dozen beautiful multi colored roses (white with red) this past Wed, 4/7 for my beloved fathers B-Day which was on Thu, 4/8. It's now Sat, 4/10 and the roses have not opened up and the bulbs underneath the actual pedals are turning brown and the pedals are falling off. I replaced the water yesterday and cut them slightly at an angle to see if this would help hydrate them a bit.... but to no avail. So, I decided to bring them back to the shop to show them what's happening and have them replaced. I did not want a refund, just wanted roses to open up and bloom. When I spoke to the associate and showed her the roses, her response was "that's how those roses are... they don't open up" I was taken back with her response since I've bought roses here before and never had an issue with them not opening up. I explained besides them not opening the flower bulbs were turning brown and I only had them for a few days. She said that there's no returns or exchanges. And that I should ask which flowers open and don't. I'm not a flower aficionado and never have had to ask if flowers open or not. Needless to say, I was very upset with her reply and attitude. I ended up leaving the flowers on the desk and walked out. I will never step foot in this flower shop again as well as make sure that everyone I know does not patronize this store. This is not how you treat clients spending their hard earned money. For the record, my father passed away last July and I always buy him roses to place under his picture in my home. FOOTNOTE: The roses don't come with the thorns taken off... so, be prepared to de thorn them yourself or pay them to do it for you. Very disappointed- read more

Stopped in at this flower shop on Biscayne blvd because it was on my way home. I was interested in having some flowers delivered for a good friends' birthday. I had no idea what to expect and my experiences with florists in the past has been less than mediocre. I was so impressed by this place! It was clean, spacious and easy to navigate. Norma helped me and she was AWESOME! I told her what I wanted and she understood and did exactly what I asked. The price was very reasonable and the flowers were delivered with no issues at the place and time I requested. My friend received and LOVED her flowers. Horrible customer service! Received a large rose and orchid bouquet for Mother's Day. Waited everyday for the roses to open, they opened a little so I waited until today when they browned and wilted and didn't open. I called and they explained that when roses are that tight they don't open, she went on and on defending herself. I got so frustrated that she went to speak to her manager who sent her back to the phone to read me their return policy. Must takes photos and send in before five days, today is the fifth day including Sunday. This robbery will come back to bite them, that's what happens when you treat people with so much disrespect. I have used this guy in the past to deliver to the Jackson North. I usually sent flowers once per month and it's been almost a year. This time when I called, they some new staff. I explain to them that they are NOT allowed to into the hospital and that they must call the person to come down and get the followers. 1st issue they told me they had the credit card on file and apparently, they did not and called me 2 hours later to get the credit card information. I had placed the order around 9:30am, I was called back around 11nish. I waited and waited, and the flowers never got deliver. I called and was told that I will be called back, and I was not. Nobody picking up the phone could help me. I then requested to speak to a manager, at which point I was transfer various times to a voice mail that was full, and I could leave a message. Now, is about by 7th time calling. After waiting another 15 minutes and explain the issue for the 5th time I am old the flowers where delivered. I explain YET AGAIN that the flowers where NOT deliver, and that SHE was never called. Looking at her phone history she did NOT have any missed calls on her phone. I am then informed that the flowers were given to security, I asked my girlfriend to go downstairs and there's no flowers. I have been on this called for about 25 minutes now, and the woman keeps on asking me for a room number. When my instructions where clear that this is for a Nurse that works in the hospital on the 4th floor. She must be called down to get the flowers. This is the worst service and the must disorganized company I have ever dealt with. They had very specific instructions of where they were going to deliver, and to whom they were going to deliver and instructions about how they are NOT allowed in the hospital and need it to call. Mistakes happen, but after speaking with 5 people, been transferred to voice mails that do not allow messages, never getting a called back, and by the way now I have been on this call for 30 minutes and no resolution. I would urge anybody NOT to use this service, and please be aware they have multiple locations. The unprofessionalism, the lack of listening, the lack of knowing anything about the other or my account is shameful. The manager comes back online demanding the room number... "SIR, WHAT IS THE ROOM NUMBER, SIR THE ROOM NUMBER" I response, there's no room number look at my notes on my account and the order. This was to be deliver to a nurse in the hospital, that's why you were calling for her to come down stairs to get it. I have told them this when I place the order, my account is noted, I have told this to when I spoke to the 5 people including the manager and NON could listen or resolve the problem. Here is an update, because it is only fair. At the end, they figured out wha the issue was and replace the flowers with new ones and my girlfriend did received the flowers. I was very please with the fact that I received a call from the owner who explain to me what happen, and apologize for the mix up. It is rare to find a company that does not make mistakes, and it was very frustrating. But I can honestly say that I will be doing business with them, because the way the resolution was handle. I am even changing my review of the service because the resolution was achieve and they do care about the the customer. read more
