Placing the order online was a breeze. The flowers looked just like their picture online. And when I needed some extra help, Elaine answered the phone after hours to make sure everything was perfect. Then, the manager Max, spoke to me over text. Communication was fast, caring and easy but most importantly the flowers were 5-star. Quick tip: if you do include a message with your flowers on the online form, make sure that your punctuation is correct. The program auto-formats the message.
