I'm not one to post reviews unless I'm pissed about bad service (I'm sure many can relate). But Don De Fleurs took extra good care of me, so I felt compelled to write a review. I had a fairly complicated delivery request to make sure the arrangement got to the right person... but the staff here went above and beyond to make sure the flowers were delivered correctly. They called ahead and made sure all details were confirmed before making the actual delivery. My order was for the Miami area, so the Don De Fleurs team handled the delivery directly instead of using UPS or Fedex. The flowers looked amazing! Very impactful. They are expensive, but the finished product looks expensive. It's worth it. The pretty pictures on the website do the product justice. Yes, you may save a few bucks via a competitor or an old school vase arrangement; but if you want something really special that's going to be done right, stick with Don De Fleurs. If you're on yelp reading reviews, clearly you care enough to do your homework before ordering flowers for someone special. I'm here to tell you, don't cheap out. Traditional arrangements from the big national flower websites can be hit or miss (I've learned the hard way). Decided to get my wife a bouquet just because and I am so glad that I chose Don de Fleurs. I had seen there bouquets on Instagram and I was totally blown away. The bouquet they sent my wife was unbelievable, they even sent a small crown on the top of the bouquet for my Princess. My wife was in shock when she got it at work. I requested a very specific color combo for our anniversary (sky blue and orange) for the 2nd year in a row. Last year everything was perfect. I included pictures of last years order and what I received this year. This year they sent the wrong color (mint and orange) and when I called to get this corrected they (Sam) told me I had ordered Lt Blue last year and it was my fault and what I received was in fact Sky Blue (it looks like a mint green color not even in the blue family). So I checked last years order and I ordered the SAME Sky Blue color. I called back, spoke to the same person (Sam) and told me a different story about how they changed their blue color in 2019 and what I ordered last year was no longer available and the mint green I received is their new Sky blue/Lt blue. Yet on their Instagram page they proudly display BOTH colors very recently. They clearly sent me the wrong color and don't want to own up to it. My wife loves their flowers, but unfortunately we are very disappointed in their service and excuses from one year to the next and will not be using them again. read more

These flowers are definitely one of a kind and a great gift for a verity of occasion. It is a very unique twist on what to many is a traditional gift. I've now placed two order with them. Staff has been great each time I'm had questions. Even most recently when I made a mistake with the time for shipping I was able to call an they got me all squared away to make sure my mother would receive her flowers on her birthday. The process is fast and easy and I will say with picking flowers out not really being my thing that the color options and style options allows you to really personalize it.
