The orchids are beautiful. However, there are many orchids that have mealy bugs. This causes the orchids to die quickly and may likely infest other plants in your home. What they do is change the moss around the roots so you cannot see the bugs. They look like concentrated spider webs/cotton. My husband bought several plants to decorate our home the day before Thanksgiving. When he arrived and I was going to arrange the orchids, I noticed that the majority had a blatantly visible mealy bug problem. I called the owner who was very polite and she asked that I sent her pictures. I did. She told me there would be no problem in returning or exchanging. I kept the small orchids (that didn't seem to have any visible infestation, at a risk) and had my husband return the large white orchids. He showed up on Thanksgiving morning to process the return as the owner agreed to and the employee at the shop was extremely rude and condescending. My husband just kept telling her that I had spoken to the owner and that he was only there to return the infested orchids as we agreed. She berated him for no reason and accused him of nothing being wrong with the plants and that clients are never happy. She also said that she couldn't believe we would show up on Thanksgiving to return the orchids. They were clearly infected. The last thing we wanted to do was have to find the time to return the plants, be left without them, and for my husband to have to deal with an employee that lacks education in customer service. read more

I contacted Mr. Fresh Orchids from online reviews and was so happy. I needed to speak with him as it was a late order and needed to make sure that he had what I was able to make the delivery. He was very gracious and helpful. The recipient was delighted with her orchids, and as her being a connoisseur, needless to say , I was very pleased. Mr Marin had some reasonably priced arrangements as well, so it will be my go-to place moving forward. read more

Today was a special day for someone but I have had little time to plan ahead. I called Monica at MR Fresh Orchids and she was really amazing. She helped me figure out what I wanted. She texted me pictures of options. She stayed within my price range and kept me informed of progress. By 7:00 pm the beautiful orchid arrangement was delivered. Keeping in mind I called at 12:00 and understanding everyone is working under unique circumstances during the Covid19 situation, I was so grateful of the service and commitment. It made a big difference in the birthday girls day. I am so happy I discovered this miami business and would recommend them when you need something special for someone. read more

Let me tell you... outside of Miami I have usually used online flower services and have had mixed to good results. Since my mom lives relatively close by and loves orchids, I always choose Mr. Fresh Orchids. I place the order on the phone and they're always so nice and even remember us. I truly feel like a client and they always seem to go above and beyond because we're repeat customers. This last order was all white to commemorate the passing of my grandfather. However, they usually also have a lovely variety of different species and colors as well. read more

If you are looking for an orchid to give as a gift or for your house, this is the only place to go. They are orchid whizzes and know which orchids will grow best depending upon where you want them. They have a wonderful supply of beautiful orchids and provide guidance for caring for them. We wanted to have some orchids attached to our trees. We made an appointment and Monica kept us posted as to the status of the installer who was on his way to our house from Key Biscayne. Driving around Miami with all the traffic is not an easy thing. The guy arrived, checked out the areas where we wanted the orchids hung, and installed the right orchids based on the amount of sun they would get. We desperately wanted to give him a tip for driving time and gas, and he refused. It is refreshing to have reliable businesses like this where one can know for sure that you will be dealing with customer-centered staff. read more

I buy orchids here all the time. They're fresh, beautiful and affordable and last a long time. Recently I was hospitalized and my son who lives in California coincidentally sent me a beautiful orchid arrangement. When I saw the card it was from here. He found them online. It's amazing!!! My son told me the customer service is very nice and personalized. I know it's a family run business and I'm always treated great when I go there. I highly recommend this business. I've been collecting orchids for 30 years. Thank you!!!! read more

Worst customer service from Monica! I gave this place a try and will NEVER come back. I walked away with orchid and had to return 2 minutes later and she literally blamed me for not knowing how to handle an orchid. Really? Is that what you tell a customer?! I am not one to write a negative review but she has no customer service or troubleshooting skills. If I could give it a 0.5 instead of 1, I would and that would be just for the girl working the front who at least tried. read more

During this quarantine we had a few anniversaries, although the store is closed we called and Monica attended us. She put together our order and was very helpful, the orchids were beautiful and done within a few hours of my calling her. Their website shows you what they have and they have a big range of different orchids in different price ranges. I was extremely happy with my arrangement and plan to go to them again. read more

Thanks for my beautiful Orchids. The girls at the shop are lovely and always helpful.

Fresh orchids, great variety, friendly service, beautiful arrangements for the home and for gifts.

TERRIBLE customer service the girl was so rude behind the counter I asked her for her opinion and she just stared at me and did not respond so I said let me get 2 orchids she grabs them rough and hands them to me not even 24 hours later and the orchid is dead!!!!! They need to re evaluate their business and employees read more

Customer service was not good. Bud orchids all died after 1 week. After trying to exchange the flower less orchids the owner accused me of being untruthful as if i were trying to cheat her out of new orchids. I am an experienced orchid owner and my orchids usually last months. Will never buy from here again and advise others to do the same. read more

I parked in the back of the building, to find parking for the shops you must come in through 21st terrace because the road is a loop, and I wondered in the store by accident. The storeowner was very warm so I decided to look around....the plants were all displayed simply and well taken care of and they are VERY inexpensive. There were lots of orchids (too many) so variety is not, but they had other plants in the store. I think it is only recently that she started selling air plants. the good - nice owner, pretty arrangements, excellent value the bad - little variety the ugly - nada, all very well arranged read more

Great prices. They dont have a large variety; mostly white and purple orchids. The owners are very nice and polite. They also sell orchids out of bloom for $2. read more

I found 786 Flowers through a GroupOn, and I have to say I am so glad I did. The flowers are gorgeous and Monica and her family are absolutely wonderful. My mother was speechless at how beautiful her Mother's Day arrangement was. And the prices are so reasonable that they make the GroupOn not even necessary. I will be going to 786 Flowers for all of my floral needs in the future and I have recommended them to all of my family and friends. I really cannot say enough good things about this shop. Thank you, Monica. I'll be seeing you again soon. read more
