Isa's prices were not bad, a little below average in cost actually, and her work was beautiful. Both she and Mery were very polite and professional. However, don't be too critical of any of the arrangements she provides because her professionalism and politeness can turn into a rather nasty email very quickly. All the isle flowers, table settings, tent vining, corsages, boutonnieres, and metal arbor arrangements were wonderful and lovely at my daughter's recent wedding ceremony at Fairchild Tropical Botanical Garden. Our guests thought the arrangements were beautiful amongst the natural beauty of the botanical gardens! I originally mentioned all this to Isa in an email the day after the event. However, when I also mentioned that the bridal party (of 6) noticed that their bouquets had begun wilting, with petals falling off some of the flowers 'before' the photo session and 'before' the ceremony, GREAT offense was taken, and I was labeled a liar. Therefore, inspect and notify the florist immediately of any problems that may arise during your event (whether you think they may have already left the event as we did). They may still be around, watching (and they were!), and willing to replace wilted and dying flowers as required, as I was told in a follow-up email from Isa. Live and learn! read more

I can't say enough good things about this florist. My husband sent me valentine's flowers, but we were out when they were delivered. They volunteered to come back later in the day so the flowers wouldn't wilt in the sun. So kind! When the flowers were delivered later that day the wonderful lady who delivered wouldn't accept a tip for coming out twice. The flowers themselves are gorgeous! My husband also used this florist for anniversary flowers recently and they were stunning too! Buyer Beware. I ordered an arrangement for a coworker's 50th birthday. I have attached pictures of the arrangement from their website, and what we received. I ordered the deluxe size for a more robust/full arrangement. I had someone pick up the arrangement for me and keep it in a cool dry place. Here is the arrangement next morning. I have flowers already going bad, and there is more green leaves for fillers than anything else. When I called to voice my displeasure and that this was NOT a $75 value of an arrangement the florist disagreed with me and said that she even gave me An extra rose and an extra spray rose than the recipe called for. Really!? This is what you give a client versus what you show online? This is unacceptable. I could have purchased an arrangement two to three times as big at another florist. Kris's transparent pricing is such a refreshing departure from the order aggregator websites, which usually cost more than double what Blooming Jubilee charges anyway. There were no hidden fees or surprises and my receipt was emailed to me by Square. I knew everything was taken care of when I received a confirmation text message from Kris, soon followed by a happy call from my girlfriend. I'm not sure where Kris gets her fresh flowers, but it's been a week since my girlfriend received her Blooming Jubilee arrangement and the flowers are still healthy and vibrant. I was looking for a flower shop in the Gables and came across this one on yelp. After reading all the reviews, I was convinced that this was a good place to shop. Went to their website to review their products and my first surprise were the prices. Very reasonable in comparison to others in the area. After a few minutes I found the item I wanted and placed my order for delivery. After entering all the information and placing the order, I realized I didn't enter the complete address. I received the order confirmation email and immediately replied with the error I had made and gave the correct address. Not a few minutes later they had emailed me stating that the address had been updated and all was well. Along with great prices, customer service the product was as pictured if not better. I was out of state but I ordered a boutique for someone living in miami so everything was done through the phone. Customer service was kind of poor. I asked several questions being that i can't see the boutique and it seems like the person on the phone was bothered by that. In the end I spent almost $60 for 4 sunflowers and several carnations. I think the price didn't merit the boutique they created for me. I said I wanted a lot if sunflowers mixed in with other flowers. I just can't believe they put 4 sunflowers and lots of cheap carnations. I will not be ordering from them again. read more

I ordered these flowers to surprise someone. Isabel reached out to me after I ordered them to see if I wanted to sign my name to them, I told her no. She then reached out to me to ask if I could give her more directions to locate the recipient because the building was rather big and the driver could not look--- I gave very clear directions after being asked this. The flower delivery was made shortly after that..... Here lies my problem, I was sent a picture of the flowers by the recipient (was supposed to be lilies and roses)-- the roses were in full bloom.. NONE of the lilies had even STARTED to open-- I emailed and expressed my displeasure with the flowers looking NOTHING like what was advertised online-- the response was "we checked 2 different florist-- Why was I not contacted and given another option rather than delivering a crappy looking arrangement.
