I love when I come to pick up at Jet Fresh Flowers. They do everything they can to make you feel like you're a valued customer and part of their team as well! CJ and Mike (Pockets) always acknowledge you with a warm hello as you walk in the door even if they're with another customer. Then make sure your order and paperwork is complete before calling the warehouse to bring it out and have it inspected. I also love that they have a team to carry your cases of flowers out to your vehicle for you. Quartering flowers from Celine is ready like a dream! She always made sure they're inspected and will not allow you to take flowers that she doesn't consider to be as fresh as she wants them to you. Every single employee, whether they speak english, spanish, or both, says hello to you with a smile as they walk by. I've come here with my friend a few times who owns a flower shop and absolutely love it. The service is great, the team is so friendly, and warm. They literally feel like one big happy family family. The tunes are always a vibe -- think Frank Sinatra playing loud and lively all over the space as you pick out your favorite blooms... doesn't get better than that! It's the most beautiful flowers you can buy they arrangements and the freshness of the flowers you can't find a match. Plus they do special colors on the flowers and glitter it's pricy no bargain but you get quality. Can assure you that you'll be pleased it's of course cheaper than ordering flowers and you need your own vase and delivery. So apparently I've been blocked from responding on google reviews to this place. So here's my response to the owners s*hit excuses. Sales guy called and text me harassing me telling me "I had to take down my terrible review". So much I had to block him! Never called the lady a b*itch I just called her fat with a nasty attitude. Same thing but very different lol Yes I contacted Edwin about my issues. His response.. solution to a few bad boxes of roses was taking off the rotten petals. [You can check his emails because it's there :) ] If I'd done that I would've taken half the rose off it's stem and still not been able to use em. What you should've done is asked me to bring them in so you could replace them. Plain and simple. But you didn't. Yes the flowers are extremely overpriced so I assumed I was getting fresh flowers not old ones. I'd had so many issues with the spray roses here amongst others so yes I asked for a better price not knowing if they were old or fresh but simply because thanks to your terrible flowers I'd lost a lot of money having to toss them out.l. Needless to say half of them went limp by the next morning the rest the next day. I had to pull them from the arrangements and make new bouquets with different flowers.. wasting more money thanks to your TERRIBLE flower. Never yelled at anyone on the phone or in person. Maybe he's butt hurt that I hung up on him multiple times. Apparently I'm a "bully" for speaking up for myself when I'm wasting a bunch of money of tons of flowers I refuse to sell to any clients because they were TERRIBLE! So yeah I'm bothered by the fact that you guys think harassing me is gonna make me remove my bad review or come back. You guys begged me to come back so you could "make it right" but I made it very clear I had no intention whatsoever of everrr buying from you guys again. Gave you one too many chances and you still couldn't deliver FRESH QUALITY ROSES OR ANY OTHER FLOWERS. Still your employee told me -I had to remove my review - even if I wasn't doing business with you guy again. YEAH I don't think so. All in all, the one who wasn't professional was jet not so fresh flowers. The fact that you think it's okay to sell terrible flowers and at such high prices is completely absurd. I needed to order two boxes of roses for a party (mind you I purchase a lot of flowers consistently as I help coordinate parties) and I was transferred to someone named Olga who was rather rude and very short in her responses. A little unorganized but they have some of the most gorgeous flowers available in South Florida. stopped by their cash and carry market and got some Tibet roses, eucalyptus and cafe au lait dahlias. The roses opened up to be huge after a day! Prices were super low as well. Idk what other people are saying about the prices $15 for 20 huge roses $30 for a bunch of Garden Roses? I was in search of place where I could buy a box of hydrangeas for some arraignments for a birthday and was recommended Jet Fresh. I am not a morning person, but I arrived there right at 7am and everyone there was warm, welcoming and cheerful (lol I commend them, I couldn't be that chipper so early). The staff was very helpful and they took us back to see the flowers. They have a wide variety to choose from. They are very helpful in giving you tips on how to cut and water the flowers to make them last. I bought the box of hydrangeas and I had to get some irises (because they are my fav). All the flowers are very fresh. This will be my go to place for an events I may be making arrangements for in the future. Thanks guys! read more

I hate to write this review as Jet Fresh was the "go to" place for flowers. Their prices used to be better. Their prices were lower than if you were to go to the retail store - not any longer. They have really increased their prices over the last two years. Although their selection of flowers is better, their cash and carry prices aren't any better then going to Publix or Costco. I recently called a local florist and she quoted me $6.25 per stem for peonies. I contacted Jet Fresh and she quoted $6 per stem. I asked the cash and carry lady the price per stem for a box and she told me $3.45. But, if I'm going to buy a box, I'll call other companies in town to get their prices as well. Also, as some of the others have commented on here, the woman who runs the cash and carry, for some reason, is not very polite. By the box is good, by the bunch is not. read more
