Definitely a fan for their events and workshops, not so much my favorite place to purchase plants as they are a little overpriced. You can find some of the plants at other stores for less. It is a super cute shop though. I highly recommend their workshops. I visited Miami Flower Market when they first opened and attended one of their succulent terrarium workshops. We had such a great time and absolutely loved the class, the instructor, and our terrarium. I enjoyed it so much that I later attended an airplant workshop and the instructor was super nice and friendly. We had a great time and even the other people attending were super sweet. Definitely a fun, unique activity. Since then, they've opened up so many more workshops. Looking forward to attending some more. read more

I absolutely love Miami Flower Market!!! I was introduced to them when they hosted a Yelp Miami event, and I have been frequenting ever since. This little warehouse in Doral has it all - fresh flowers, floral accessories, vases and the best part - classes! I am no florist. In fact, I have killed orchids, succulents, hydrangeas, the list goes on...But I love that the Miami Flower Market gives those without a green thumb like me lots of opportunity to learn how to #BeTheFlorist. Each month, they have a variety of classes offered during the week and on the weekend. Last night, I attended their "Hanging Around" class which taught us how to make our own hanging terrarium with succulents. For just $15 this was a total steal - those terrariums cost $30+ at a craft fair or anywhere else and I got to learn how to make my own! Rene is the florist and instructor for the classes and he has such an awesome personality with tons of experience (I believe 26+ years). He makes the classes entertaining, and also is so helpful to make sure you have the skills needed not just to make your own terrarium/bouquet at the moment, but replicate at home! The classes are held downstairs in a super cute room which is perfect for photo opps with your arrangement. They also provide some bubbly and snacks while you channel your inner Rene, too! There are so many things to love about Miami Flower Market. You can take a class, buy your flowers, arrange a private DIY session, special order for a big event - literally the world is your oyster here! Their prices are also incredible. I've purchased hydrangeas, ranunculus and some of those tropical green leaves from here and I am always impressed with how long they last. It must be because all the flowers are kept in a huge walk-in cooler until you purchase them! I came here for the first time, during their grand opening over a year ago. They welcomed everyone with an awesome discount and the opportunity to participate in free floral classes. We did the crown making class, which was a lot of fun. The second experience was for a Yelp event where we got to make holiday floral crowns. Rene was our instructor for this class and he was great in coaching us on how to create beautiful crowns. After that I was hooked. Since then I went back to do the Hanging Around Succulent class and the big terrarium class as well. All the classes were with Rene. He makes the classes so much fun. He provides great encouragement and you can see that from talking to the people that have attended saying that they love these classes and that is why they keep coming back. That is the cool unique experience I had never seen before from a floral warehouse. What they focus on is teaching you how to be the florist. I love the variety of monthly classes they do. They offer terrarium classes, air plant classes, orchid classes, Japanese style floral arrangements, and much more. They offer private parties there at the market or they can even set it up to come to you own location. I highly recommend these classes and I give a gigantic shout out to Rene. He rocks! read more

This is a hidden gem in a plaza of warehouses. The shop is beautifully set up and decorated. The entrance is very inviting and well lit at night. I love the Christmas tree that they have at the entrance area, it's beautiful and pretty massive. Next to the tree is a double-door that leads to a room full of unique and fresh flowers as well as plants. They have almost everything that ranges from $2 and up. The price is very affordable and quality is great. The cash register is right by the entrance. Further into the shop and the downstairs area are for classes and workshops. They list all the classes on their website. Some of them are even free and supplies are provided. Just bring yourself and alcohol if you are over 21. I had the pleasure of meeting Juan, Sam, and Rene during a Yelp event. They were so nice and very passionate about their roles and jobs. They really want to teach and show people how to arrange flowers, make flower crowns, and more. That way people won't have to pay so much money when they can just get what they need at the shop. You know how there's a saying for animals to adopt and not shop? Well, in this case, shop at Miami Flower Market and avoid ordering from 1800 or FTD :). Well, this was very disappointing... I was very excited about going to this place, but what I found was a bunch of overpriced flowers. The lady that greeted me was very nice, and the place was clean. I just wasn't happy to pay $14 for tulips when in Publix I found them for $6.99. I thought that the point to buy flowers in the Flower Market was to buy them cheaper than other places. Really cute place! i don't think I have ever been to a flower warehouse that is as organized and pretty! We came for a workshop on Spring bouquets. Me and my mom won the contest on Instagram! It was such a lovely experience. The set up was really impressive, with large tables to work on and all the tools that we needed. Our host and teacher, Rene, is fantastic! he has a lot of experience and charisma. As he made the demonstrations he told us anecdotes, tips, and came by one by one to help us out. He is such a fun character! There was also a lovely cart where refreshments were served, all provided by the market...there was cheese and crackers and orange juice and bubbly for mimosas. We really enjoyed this experience and the environment, and the best thing is that you get to take home your beautiful arrangement and you learned a new skill #betheflorist They also host events, so if you want to organize a gal-get-together this is a great venue! you could have a floral arrangement class while you sip, munch, and mingle! Definitely planing to come back and try some other classes, i found the experience to be very relaxing and ignited the spark of creativity. read more

This place is truly a gem. The set up inside is mini flower shop with a nice space for classes and arrangement assembly. I visited for a Yelp event but will definitely be back for myself because the staff is warm and informative and the place is beautiful inside. Within minutes of our workshop instructor Rene had us using proper florist technique to make corsage and buttonholes, which we later assembled into our own holiday crowns. I was quiet impressed. They offer classes on a weekly basis (some are free!) that allow you to "be the florist". They have different types of flowers and these vary depending on when you go. This is a little out of my way for just flowers, but I came here for one of their classes. They offer many free classes as well as some that you have to pay for. They also have a huge selection of flowers from tropical ones, to sunflowers and will help you arrange them. I saw so many unique species there, some of which I can't even find at whole foods or nurseries. The classes are great, especially if you bring a friend with you, but they do fill up quickly. read more

I went a couple times, once at the grand opening and a couple times after that, and the flowers aren't great...they advertise it really well and cleverly so that it seems like you're getting free stuff; when in reality it's just an over priced flower shop. The only positive aspect of this place is hay it's trendy and cute. They also have a large variety, so if you're looking for something specific, they may have it..
