Flowers are rather poor quality, worse than supermarket flowers. The florist was friendly but the owner was very rude.

Super disappointed as I called to ask about flowers and said I was on my way and she noted they closed at 5pm. I arrived at 4:57 and she closed knowing I was driving 25 minutes. I place a same day order and expressed a sense of urgency I wanted to make sure that the arrangement would be received before 5 and they came thru. I had received an email from the florist that the arrangement I had chosen with the yellow lilies they had ran out and had provided some other opinions Well durning my working hours I hardly ever look at my emails. My daughter had already called me to tell how beautiful and to thank me I asked her to send me a picture and i notice she had received roses. There are many merchants that render the service or good a consumer purchases, but in each of my experiences with Abbott Florist, they have exceeded my expectations. I have used Abbott in the past to deliver flowers for Valentine's Day or to get out of the doghouse, and each time the recipient raved about the quality of the arrangement. But on February 8, 2017, my occasion was much more significant. It was exactly two years since my ex-girlfriend and I lost a baby that she had to deliver stillborn. Naturally, it had been a traumatic experience for both of us, but especially for her. Even though we weren't together anymore, I wanted to acknowledge our loss and send her something to brighten her day. After explaining my situation and idea about what I thought would be appropriate, they suggested an arrangement that was elegant, unique, and classy.
