We had a special arrangement in mind, and searched high and low for estimates from different places and florists. I live close by to F+S, and am thrilled I discovered them! I went in with a photo of the color palette and flowers we wanted to use. One of their floral designers, Idalina, took her time to select the appropriate flowers and did not rush me, nor rush the process of selecting the perfect flowers to replicate the vision we had. Aside from being very service-oriented, they offered very competitive prices and were able to customize the vases, so they would go with our decor for the baby shower. They arrived at the venue on time, and I received a notification as soon as they were delivered. They were very professional, customer-oriented and the arrangements were admired by all of our guests! By the end of the event, many of the guests asked if they could take the arrangements (from their tables) home, because they were so beautiful!!! If you don't want to spend the money to have them do the arrangements, they also sell the flowers and accessories, and you can make them yourself. (I was not that brave, and their prices were much better than other florists I'd visited - so the decision to let them do it all, was easy!) I had 2 dozens pink roses, 2 dozen white roses and 2 dozens white tulip delivered on Friday May 8th for Mother's Day from my daughter. The white roses and the tulips are dying today Tuesday May 12th. I am very disappointed. I was told I should have called yesterday. I gave the flowers an extra day to see if they would open, instead they are dying. I have had roses in my hous that last well over a week. I would not be using Flower & Services in the future nor would I recommend them. They do not stand behind their products. read more

Buyers Be aware! I purchased an arrangement that was a little over $500 bucks for Valentine's. I picked up the arrangement and it looked ok. I noticed some roses were not doing so good. I asked them to replace them and they told me the arrangement was just made and they needed to be hydrated. They did not really wanted to replace what was needed to be replaced . 2 days later the arrangement died half of it and they blamed it on me because I " did not know how to handle the arrangement and long drive". I know how to keep flowers. A cool and dark place is perfect for flowers. They told me it was my fault. I asked for a replacement or a full refund they said they would replace it or give me a refund of $124 dallor . I call the today to establish a game plan. They denied me either or. Almost at the end of Miracle mile you will find Flowers & Services Inc. This place is very organized, clean and have a vvide variety of flowers. For starters this places have a large quantity of exotic flowers and arrangements that I myself didn't even recognize or knew existed and all the different varieties of lilies anyone could imagine including my favorite. I am a sucker for all kinds of lilies and this place just hits home with those. I picked up a beautiful arrangement of red roses and stargazers that was just incredible, they set it in a nice basket and had it delivered promptly. The staff is very curtious, what sold me to pick this place was that one afternoon after my evenign run, I passed by and noticed it, it was close but one of the employees was there arranging after hours. Through the door I asked him if I could please have a card. He opened his closed shop for me, was very curtious and showed me all the arrangements along with all the available flowers. Not only was I greatful but very impress at his willingness to work. Anyone willing to give a stranger a hand or a gesture of courtesy deserves the same respect in return and definetely a shot at their business. Amazing customer service and great quality flowers. I swung by the shop today to buy my mom some roses for her birthday expecting to pay top dollar (since its on the mile) but scored a 24 pack of beautiful roses for 20 bucks! Enough to fill three vases. They smell and look amazing! Also I didn't have to drive too far to get them, so that's a HUGE plus. Aside from roses they have some really gnarly looking orchids and other arrangements of flowers. Will definitely buy here again. read more

Sadly the person behind the counter today ,Shirley , who was attending to us, needs a very intense customer service class as well as an etiquette and manners class. They were closed on Thursday night, May 7th, but were burning the midnight oil to fill all the Mother's Day orders. We were in Miami to celebrate my niece's graduation from the U, and were running around trying to ensure everything was perfect for her 8:30 am graduation when her mom (my sister) remembered that she didn't have ant congratulatory flowers. We walked to the door and inquired about the gorgeous red roses in the window using hand gestures and smiles. Most graciously, they interrupted their efforts on the work for someone's very lucky mother, let us in, and sold us a dozen luscious long stemmed red roses for $13. Yes, you read that correctly. $13. Strongly recommend this florist! I will give them 4.5 stars if Yelp had that option. I want to send some thank you flowers to my doctor but have no idea what design I want. I cannot stand the traditional tacky arrangements with lots of fillers, but also don't want to choose a design that's so small that it will look cheap. The gentleman was on the phone with me for at least 30 minutes, patiently listened to my vague descriptions, went through their past designs and instagram with me, and checked with their designer to see if they can tweak certain designs to fall within my budget. He explained the suggested changes to me, spelled out the flower name (since I'm not familiar with exotic flowers) for me to check online to make sure I will be ok with them. He was extremely patient, nice, and helpful throughout the process. After the designer finished the flowers, I received a picture immediately, and the finished product was beautiful. They delivered it on time, followed all instructions, and my doctor advised they were really beautiful in person as well. I cannot comment on how long they lasted since I'm not the recipient. The reason I will take off 0.5 stars is because, although the finished product is beautiful, it definitely strays quite a bit from the original design I picked. I thought there will only be one flower change (as I was advised), and was told they cannot further lower the price due to that specific vase. However, the finished product actually had some critical changes and a different vase. I do not mind it as I like the modified design, the color contrast was beautiful. This is actually another reason why I strongly recommend them, because I understand even if the designer used the exact same flowers, it's almost impossible to make an exact replica of a past work, especially when there are seasonal availability of flowers, etc, so this is when having a florist that have a good aesthetic sense helps- even if they will make a lot of changes, they will make sure the finished product still remains beautiful, and I think this store succeeded in that with my order. However, I think an impartial review should highlight this as for people who are purchasing and expecting an exact replica of certain works, this will definitely be a somewhat negative shock, especially when I wasn't advised of all the changes before hand. Will continue to purchase flowers from them in the future as my general experience is positive. read more

I had the "Sweetness Bouquet" delivered to my mom for her birthday today and it truly is sweet. She absolutely LOVES it. I live in California and was able to easily order through Flowers & Services website. I ordered two days in advance. For anything shorter notice I believe you'd need to call to place the order. I found the prices very reasonable, $38 plus $12 delivery charge for this particular arrangement. My mom mentioned that the young man who delivered her flowers greeted her with a big smile and wished her a happy birthday. I have used this guy in the past to deliver to the Jackson North. I usually sent flowers once per month and it's been almost a year. This time when I called, they some new staff. I explain to them that they are NOT allowed to into the hospital and that they must call the person to come down and get the followers. 1st issue they told me they had the credit card on file and apparently, they did not and called me 2 hours later to get the credit card information. I had placed the order around 9:30am, I was called back around 11 nish. I waited and waited, and the flowers never got deliver. I called and was told that I will be called back, and I was not. Nobody picking up the phone could help me. I then requested to speak to a manager, at which point I was transfer various times to a voice mail that was full, and I could leave a message. Now, is about by 7th time calling. After waiting another 15 minutes and explain the issue for the 5th time I am old the flowers where delivered. I explain YET AGAIN that the flowers where NOT deliver, and that SHE was never called. Looking at her phone history she did NOT have any missed calls on her phone. I am then informed that the flowers were given to security, I asked my girlfriend to go downstairs and there's no flowers. I have been on this called for about 25 minutes now, and the woman keeps on asking me for a room number. When my instructions where clear that this is for a Nurse that works in the hospital on the 4th floor. She must be called down to get the flowers. This is the worst service and the must disorganized company I have ever dealt with. They had very specific instructions of where they were going to deliver, and to whom they were going to deliver and instructions about how they are NOT allowed in the hospital and need it to call. Mistakes happen, but after speaking with 5 people, been transferred to voice mails that do not allow messages, never getting a called back, and by the way now I have been on this call for 30 minutes and no resolution. I would urge anybody NOT to use this service, and please be aware they have multiple locations. The unprofessionalism, the lack of listening, the lack of knowing anything about the other or my account is shameful. The manager comes back online demanding the room number... "SIR, WHAT IS THE ROOM NUMBER, SIR THE ROOM NUMBER" I response, there's no room number look at my notes on my account and the order. This was to be deliver to a nurse in the hospital, that's why you were calling for her to come down stairs to get it. I have told them this when I place the order, my account is noted, I have told this to when I spoke to the 5 people including the manager and NON could listen or resolve the problem. Here is an update, because it is only fair. At the end, they figured out wha the issue was and replace the flowers with new ones and my girlfriend did received the flowers. I was very please with the fact that I received a call from the owner who explain to me what happen, and apologize for the mix up. It is rare to find a company that does not make mistakes, and it was very frustrating. But I can honestly say that I will be doing business with them, because the way the resolution was handle. I am even changing my review of the service because the resolution was achieve and they do care about the the customer. read more

Best flower shop out their. Went last Friday 11/14 around 7 they were closed already and a big gentleman I believe the manager opened the door for me. I wanted Red roses for a dinner date I had and the gentleman offered to prepare 4 dz red roses in a bouquet for $80 even though they were already cleaning up. He told the designer what I wanted and in 15 minutes it was ready and beautiful. Almost a week later and my wife still has the roses and they opened up beautiful.
