Nathalie Merle is an incredible event planner, and I cannot say enough about her. She helped us…read moreplan a beautiful wedding celebration in Miami last December. Make no mistake, planning an Indian wedding is like planning a 3 day music festival. You need someone with experience to handle the logistics, patiently listen to the parents' griefs, help you find reliable vendors, and relentlessly follow up to ensure things run without a hitch once the celebrations start. Throughout the year and half we worked with her, she patiently guided us through a postponed wedding date, coordination between the many vendors we couldn't always meet in person, and a backup plan when weather disrupted our original plans. Always professional, Nathalie somehow steps it up when the event starts, and she is so efficient in helping keep timing throughout the day (no small feat for 150+ Indian relatives) and address any challenge with a level head. Working with her was 100% the right decision, and if you're reading this and still debating, stop. She's your answer.

We had no idea where to start or what to expect before meeting Nathalie. She totally put our minds at ease and was there to assist us every step of the way. I have no idea how we would have done this without her input, gentle yet needed reminders to make final decisions and her unique and special ideas for a beautiful wedding. Her industry experience was very evident to me from the beginning. Her organization and professionalism were outstanding. Nathalie was also able to suggest several talented, reasonable and reliable people in the industry to help make our day perfect. I cannot thank her enough and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

This is an update from my last review in January. We're just back in from a bachelorette party this…read moreweekend and are so thankful we worked with Sam! His recommendations for what to do before clubbing Friday night were spot on, and our reservation at the club we settled on went off without a hitch. We were on the list, had a table, were actually only required to buy one bottle, and the bottle cost as much as he said it would. There were no surprises, and the service we received at the club he recommended was great (as was the music / vibe / etc). Furthermore, a different promoter approached my friends and me while at dinner Friday night and invited us to a totally different pre-party at the SLS. We stopped by to check it out and it was a disaster, and we promptly left. I add this in to say that not all "promoters" are created equal, and I am so thankful that we worked with Sam and didn't leave it up to fate / some random dude on the street to invite us to X,Y,Z once we got there. Will be recommending Sam to all of my friends!
