Even when walking in, they are ready to make sure you are checked in for your appointment. They always look polished and professional. They always have a smile and I like that! * Communication. Communication is great. They pick up the phone in a timely manner and help answer your question quickly. And they are ready to follow-up with you. Even by email, they are quick to respond to your question. * Appointments. Scheduling appointments is easy. And they have multiple reminders (e.g., text, email, etc.) leading up to the appointment to ensure your appointment is confirmed. Before I leave, they make sure I already have my next appointment in their system. * Cleanliness. It smells clean upon entering and appears clean as well. Overall (and despite the money I've paid), I am a completely satisfied patient and I know I have found a great dental team. I started with Dr. Randal Leoni, who was patient and took excellent care of me and my teeth. I now have Dr. Andy Lou who helps to make sure I have the same great care. I really enjoyed the techs (especially Eva) who have helped with my dental work as well. Highly recommend if you're within the vicinity looking for a superior dental team (from front desk, to billing, to actual dental work, etc.) and a top tier company.
