Here are some updated pictures. The staff at Smile Creator are very friendly. They greet us all warmly and even have a small café at the front in case clients are thirsty. Plus, they give everyone a welcome bag. The Patient Coordinator at the front desk, Debora, gave us a quick tour, which was very kind. It made us all feel at home. The patient coordinator, Deborah, is here again. We arrived feeling tired, so they offered us some coffee, and the Thanksgiving tree is up. It makes us feel at home. I got my teeth cleaned, and my dental hygienist, Chelsea, handled my teeth with care. Also, every time I visit, they give me a little gift bag . My middle child was seen here today. Then when discussing my treatment which was over 14k Gabby made it very uncomfortable when I said I had to speak with my wife. They have pure salesman tactics and the only way I got out was to higher power them. The next day I go in when they open at 10am to request my X-rays. I pay the $25 fee and was told they would be in my inbox by end of day. Lo and behold, I don't have them by midnight. I called earlier, no response, I emailed no response. The following morning I call and leave to get an update on my X-rays, no one answers. I leave a voicemail and still no response as I wrote this email, 4 hours after my last call. This place try's to make it seem like you are not in Perris which the glitz and glam, nickel and dime you then ignore you. They must hire sales people to recoup the money they spend on their client giveaway.

I came here last year because of their amazing reviews but I wouldn't trust this office too much…read more They were charging me close to 2k for dental work I didn't even need! Biggest red flag was when the doctor said he couldn't see on the x-ray if I had a cavity underneath my crown so he wanted to take off my perfectly good crown and disinfect the tooth. He said after 5 years a crown should be getting redone which isn't true at all. They were charging me 1,322 just for this procedure. Next, they were trying to convince me to get my bottom wisdom teeth removed. They said because it was creating a space which was collecting too much bacteria. They never asked if my wisdom teeth were bothering me, which they don't, and they were not even impacted. Very convenient for them that they were referring me to their sister office (smile builder) for the evaluation and extraction. Another high price procedure in addition to the 2k. Finally, they told me I had two small cavities and already scheduled me to get the fillings. That was 135. I told a family member who works in a dental office about all these procedures and she told me that was not normal and to get a second opinion. I went to a different dental office and the only procedure they agreed I needed was a deep clean. The crown was not even infected, it was just gum swelling and tartar buildup on a different tooth. The cavities and all my other dental issues would improve just with a deep clean and regular maintenance.
