Despite the challenge, Dr. Nouri remained patient, focused, and determined throughout the entire process, which took about two hours. She did an amazing job getting a very stubborn tooth out, and I felt such relief once it was finally completed. Communication is great. They pick up the phone in a timely manner and help answer your question quickly. And they are ready to follow-up with you. Even by email, they are quick to respond to your question. * Appointments. Scheduling appointments is easy. And they have multiple reminders (e.g., text, email, etc.) leading up to the appointment to ensure your appointment is confirmed. Before I leave, they make sure I already have my next appointment in their system. * Cleanliness. It smells clean upon entering and appears clean as well. I started with Dr. Randal Leoni, who was patient and took excellent care of me and my teeth. I now have Dr. Andy Lou who helps to make sure I have the same great care. I really enjoyed the techs (especially Eva) who have helped with my dental work as well.
