I am beyond grateful for this place . I had an accident that caused a lot of trauma in the mouth . My regular dentist couldn't do anything for me and he referred me to this location . I came in on a Friday , literally stitches on my face still and in a wheelchair . My doctor had called the Dr here and told him the situation . They took me in right away and placed a few brackets on me to save my smile . Dr Erickson wasn't even in that day but FaceTimed the girls to assist with my case . I am beyond blown away by the service and urgency they provided at such a time sensitive case . It speaks magnitudes! They were able to fix my smile in 4 visits . read more

At first I was going to go with braces by Garcia but after stepping into Erickson Orthodontics, I knew this would be a better place. I wasn't pressured to get braces at all. They took their time with me during the first constant I had, no rushing, and slowly demonstrated what is expected to happen within my treatment. It feels more professional here, even the letter they mailed to me thanking me is what also sold me. Yes it's just a letter but it made me felt seen as a patient. I was impatient at first due to apts being far out but it's so worth it! I 100% recommend getting braces here, they are flexible. When i broke my wire off they saw me the very next day even when they were closed on that day. The waiting room is always clean, front staff very welcoming. Came in for a consult today. I've been wanting to straighten my top teeth for quite some time now, so I made an appt to see what they can do for me. Upon entering, the waiting area was nice, clean and very festively decorated. They have a cute little bar area facing the reception desk where you can help yourself to a cup of tea, coffee or even hot cocoa for the kiddos. Awesome! I feel bad that I already forgot the name of the lady who assisted me today, but she was wonderful! She even made my two littles hot cocoa before I could get to it! She was very thorough with the process, picture and x-ray taking, as well as the panorama. After she took the pictures and x-rays, I met Dr. Erickson. Very nice guy, simply explained my options and showed me what I could pick from. I wasn't aware that there are many options to choose from! Toward the end of my appt, the nice lady helping me was curious about my son's teeth. He did not have an appt, but she managed to squeeze him in because she was concerned about his top teeth after asking him his age (he's 10). Apparently, he was supposed to have lost those teeth 2 yrs ago, but they're still in there :( Dr. Erickson came back in and did a quick exam and then explained to me that it would be most beneficial for him to have those teeth extracted. This will hopefully make it easier for his incoming adult teeth to come in without any problems fingers crossed! They then sent a referral to my son's dentist in order to set up the extraction. I am impressed by the level of professionalism at this business. I can totally see why they have a 5 star rating. Dr. Erickson and the entire staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and they did not try to push anything on me. Love that! I think I may be on my way to a better smile very soon. I've been a patient of Dr Erickson since 2011 and although I did not have braces done by him (my treatment was already finished), I decided to have new retainers made and he truly delivers. His staff is very professional and I remember the old schoolers Nidia, Sandy and I met Sarah today. Dr Erickson uses the finest in dental technology and you will feel right at home. The office is super clean and they are taking the proper safety measures in combating the virus still plaguing us. Currently both of my daughters have braces, they are always so excited for each visit thanks to Dr. Erickson and staff. The professionalism and manner of Dr. Erickson and staff is beyond expectation. Every single visit has been amazingly easy and fun for the girls (hard to imagine, speaking of an orthodontist) The office is always sparking clean. We are always greeted kindly upon arrival. There is a refreshment area with a variety of delicious drinks, teas, and coffees. There is also an area with coloring pages and crayons for the kids - always clean and well maintained. They have a sink for brushing teeth, say in case the kids are coming straight from school or work, and don't have the opportunity to brush beforehand. It would be a understatement to say my kids enjoy their visit. They are always asking when is there next appointment - which is kind of crazy but that shows how much they absolutely love Dr.Erickson and staff. As a parent I couldn't ask for more knowing my kids and their teeth are in great hands. Erickson orthodontics sets the bar so high it's hard to believe someone would take their kids anywhere else! If you're considering bringing your kids or coming yourself for braces I would not hesitate, you will not regret it. They are a truly amazing business. (Hard to find nowadays) I am so very appreciative of all that they do for me and my children. I can't say enough about this place. Not only do the staff treat you like family, but the doctor is so down to earth and really takes the time to talk to your kids with respect! I've always wanted braces and have gone to many consultations throughout my adult life. They all wanted to extract 2-4 perfectly good teeth to make room for the crowding, which didn't sound fun at all. (Not wisdom teeth, but the bottom front.) Dr. Erickson was better than that. He was able to give me the smile I've always wanted, without having to extract any teeth. I love my new smile! I was so happy with Dr. Erickson and his staff that I also had my teenage daughter get her braces there as well. They are always very accommodating with appointments, sometimes knowing their school schedules better than I did! My daughter has a gorgeous new smile and we owe it all to Dr. Erickson and his awesome staff. We currently have my youngest going to Dr. Erickson. We were quoted approximately 2 years of treatment but it looks like we are 6 months ahead of schedule! My 13 year old is VERY happy about that! The office is always clean, and we love the cool decor! All the equipment is state of the art. In our 5+ years of being clients, I don't remember a single time that we had to wait more than 5 minutes for our appointment time. Our daughter is our most precious and valued treasure, and when she needed braces we brought her to Dr. Erickson, through a referral of Dr. Hauser, and we couldn't be happier or more grateful with the level of care and attention Dr. Erickson and his ENTIRE staff gave her. They always made her feel comfortable, made sure she was never in pain (she had previous horrible dental experiences), always asked her how school was going, and pretty much made her feel part of the Erickson Orthodontics family. After a quick 19 months, she got her braces off today and OMG her teeth are GORGEOUS!!!!!! As a parent, knowing your child's oral health is dialed in is such an immense feeling of satisfaction, and if you want the same for your child(ren), then you will settle for nothing less than the best and that is hands down Dr. Erickson and his 'family'. Dr. Erickson was even able to save us over $1000, being the smile genius that he is, by eliminating a tad anchor she was going to need to close a gap that a previous dental mishap had left her with, (not to mention the pain of going through the tad process) and we are incredibly grateful for that effort as well. His staff are always professional, kind, friendly, accommodating, and FUNNY!!! It is always enjoyable being there, and knowing your child's experience is in the hands of people who genuinely care and show it is such a comforting feeling and I would recommend Erickson Orthodontics to any and all!!!! It's sometimes even the little things, like offering a warm cup of cocoa or coffee to us, or making her laugh if she hadn't had a chance to brush before her appointment so she didn't feel awkward, or putting in the effort to ALWAYS say her name right (which 9/10 times people get it wrong), and sadly these efforts are somewhat rare these days, but not with Dr. Erickson and his staff. They care and it shows. Having a child that is somewhat anxious of doctor/dental offices this means more than most know, she was happy to go to her appointments, and would be praised for how well she followed the directions to help her teeth stay clean, and move on schedule so that she didn't have to wear braces any longer than necessary. If you're looking for an orthodontist for yourself or your children, you owe it to yourself to at least get a consultation because I promise you, there is NONE BETTER than Erickson Orthodontics and you will not regret your decision to go with Dr. Erickson! As an adult the idea of getting braces was a bit intimidating, then finding out I would need two jaw surgeries, made me really question what I was getting myself in to. Thankfully the support of Dr. Erickson & his entire staff got me through the entire process. They treat you like family, you feel like you've known them your entire life. My teeth look amazing, I can't believe I waited as long as I did. The only part of the process that I regret, is that it's over.
