I can honestly say the experience was refreshingly good compared to other ortho consults I've had. Dr. Pesh's time is valuable, and I was surprised that he spent the amount of time with me that he did- examining my jaws, teeth, x ray, the pictures from earlier in the consult and answering all of my follow up questions. I really appreciated his honest and detailed insights. Get this - he didn't want to know what other orthos said until AFTER his own evaluation. What a champ! You can tell he's a sharp guy who is level-headed and wants the best for the patient. His staff exceeded my expectations for professionalism, cleanliness and kindness. There was a nice blonde lady who performed the first part of the consult and she was so kind, clean and professional. There was also the dark haired lady who I believe was the treatment coordinator and she was very kind and professional as well. None of them, including Dr Pesh, were pushy at all. In the end, we both chose not to pursue the treatment, because for me, cutting bone / surgery wasn't on my wishlist - and he agreed. He could have easily sold me some Invisalign or something but I wouldn't have really seen the changes I wanted after treatment and he was totally honest about it. Thank you for your time Dr. Pesh.

The office itself is clean, fresh, and welcoming--not scary at all, which says a lot when you're bringing kids. I want to especially highlight Ms. Diana, because she was truly the reason I chose to come here in the first place. With no bias at all, I'm genuinely glad she told me about this office. He oozes passion for his craft, made us feel extremely informed, and never rushed the visit. Ashley was wonderful with the kids while I was getting my screening done, and overall the entire experience felt comfortable and seamless. Ms. Diana was also very forthcoming when reviewing suggested procedures, and I never once felt pressured into rushed or unnecessary decisions--just informed and respected. I returned for a full deep cleaning on all four quadrants, and Mr. Ian exceeded my expectations. He was thorough, efficient, and explained everything he was doing while still allowing me to relax (and honestly enjoy the ASMR-like old-school plaque removal). Coming from someone who is not a fan of the dentist--due to past experiences, fear of needles, and loud noises--this says a lot. These were only discovered after I developed gum swelling and pain and was referred to an endodontist, who informed me the tooth could not be saved. When I notified BrightNow, the office manager initially said they would help with the costs. However, after seeing their once‑a‑month oral surgeon, I was told they could not perform the procedure due to my medical condition and their facility limitations. After that, the communication changed--no referral, no follow‑up, and no assistance. I was told I would be responsible for all costs. After weeks of waiting for them to "check with their director," the final answer was still no. My new dental provider later confirmed that there were actually two cavities under the bridge that had gone undiagnosed for years. I have also made repeated attempts to obtain my dental records, but the office has not responded. It raises a serious question: why go to the dentist regularly for preventive care--just like we do with healthcare providers--if significant issues aren't identified or addressed? My experience raises concerns about MISSED DIAGNOSES, LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY, and POOR COMMUNICATION.
