I am a avid Bonchon fan! I use to frequent the Sugar Land location before it abruptly closed. I went to visit the Midtown Bonchon location this Saturday night. I have to say it was the BEST Bonchon experience I've ever had!! For starters walking in the atmosphere was awesome! We had a very friendly and attentive waiter. We ordered our food and came out PERFECT!! They made it just the way we asked extra crispy and extra sauce. Then we found out our favorite person (Mei) from the SL location is the manager here!! As always she was so sweet and all about making her customers happy!! When I thought it couldn't get any better the owner came up and introduced himself to us and asked if we were happy with everything. We were over the top happy with everything. I will recommend this location to everyone I know and will be driving 40 minutes very frequently to get my Bonchon fix! read more

These were the best chicken wings I've ever had! And I have had my fair share of them! I got the half soy garlic and half spicy and wow 10/10! My friend and I also had the seasoned fries, fried rice, and potstickers which were all AMAZING! The service was a bit slow in the beginning, with some staff members on their phones and not being attentive, but after we ordered service was amazing. Parking was a bit of a hassle, but they do have street parking and free valet around the corner. I absolutely recommend a visit to Bonchon, best decision ever! read more

Sad to say giving this place 1 star due to service received today. I live across the street and frequent this place. I placed an order online per usual... was charged get a estimated pick up time of 8:25pm and when I arrive ELI the manager tells me I never made the payment. Mind you I left my phone since I literally just came down the elevator... so I come all the way back up to my place confirm the payment has went through call back and still no food. What I am being told is to contact corporate due to the fact the restaurant has nothing to do with it. On their end it's showing pending and they refuse to cook the food and on my end it shows processed. All Eli did was send me a screenshot of their system stating the order was pending. I should have checked but didn't think I had to inspect the bottom before drinking. She seemed more attentive to my date. No eye contact with me. No accountability for the dirty glasses. The drumsticks varied in size quite a bit, some were truly enormous. The crispy outer coating did an excellent job of sealing in the juiciness of the meat. Both sauces were tasty though I preferred the spicy one. Wow! This place is super family friendly with great vibes for all guests. They also have a great selection of food and a large selection of alcohols. We stopped by to watch the football game on sunday and had a blast! We were planning to stay for 2-3 hrs but ended up spending 5-6 hours there. They have a LOT of tv all around the restaurant which makes it a perfect place to gather to watch sports. Oh and they also provide free valet parking with purchase. We had a blast!
