I told him that he had been here several times with me when out shopping with his sister. I told him that I even suggested that he look around but he was uninterested. Of course he didn't remember that. Teens don't think their parents know anything but then they discover the same stuff on their own. Whatever. My son found a few t shirts, jeans, and hoodies and wore one outfit that night to meet with friends. In the past, my daughter has gotten cut outfits here. Although there is a pretty nice selection of clothes, I think they are a little over prices. They often have sales to make up for that. All are closed except the one where the cashier checks you out. When checking out, there is a rating that asked for one through 10. The cashier says "please hit 9". I'm not going to hit 9 just because someone tells me to. If someone deserves a nine, I'll hit nine. When I told her I will Hit skip, she said that will make it worse. I wish people would just do their job, and if it's done well, they'll get a good rating. If it's done crappy, then they'll get a bad rating. That's just all there is to it. Don't ask for an "A" if you don't deserve one. Especially if you have an attitude.

The Orchard may service apple but The Orchard far exceed apple's customer service!

It has a daiquiri shop so you can drink & shop if necessary. It's close to my parents' house so I'm in the neighborhood pretty often. So convenient for me (and really most of Uptown NOLA since it's just upriver). The parking lot is sort of a jigsaw puzzle but it has multiple entrances/exits with lights so you don't have to fight Clearview too hard. The fitness center is INSANELY popular so parking near it can be a pain. I just wish the owners kept up the space better. On rainy days, you'll see plastic bins collecting rain water inside the stores. The parking lot & sidewalks are often dirty/littered. Maintenance, it's important.
