The two store clerks were really friendly and I got a couple of things the first night and on our last day we came back again and there was the same employees working. I ended up getting a couple votive candles that had scents for the city, which was fun, I think I purchased one of each and definitely giving them out to friends. I also got a cute ornament and a tile with photos of the city. Such a great little spot, really inexpensive and fun souveniers!

And I never regret a purchase. I come here for the home and beauty items. Like my new signature fragrance that I get from the Collective Shop by a small unisex perfumery called An. Other (sic), for instance. I also get stationary and art prints made by local artists that are hand painted with beautiful New Orleans motifs like bags of Zapps or New Orleans water meters painted in soft watercolor styles reminiscent of Warhol. My favorite locally poured candle and whipped shea butter with botanical and woody fragrances are from here. This has also just recently become my shop for small batch, artisanal wrapping paper printed with hand drawn New Orleans shotguns on it, Louisiana themed wooden Christmas ornaments, and holiday cards. They also have a really beautiful selection of thoughtful gifts and there hasn't been a time that I've stopped in that something reasonably priced was also on sale.
