I came here during a week day fairly early possibly around 11 am or noon awhile ago. Business as slow as expected during this time . The hostess and waitresses were all very nice and even answered my questions about the place. All very genuine women and they seemed to get along well too . I know working with all women can be hard and not great but these guys were amazing and I hope to see them again . I ended up getting some nachos which there was ALOT of . Most places are a bit skimpy but charge a lot . They were really good though. The bartender from a far handled her customers excellently and always had a smile and kept conversation up. read more

Melissa the bartender was everything and more. She was attentive, on point and kind. She was fantastic and beautiful. Being a woman I usually get ignored at the bar top at this establishment. But she was excellent and fRiendly the entire time. Would return and spend money only as long as she is my bartender/server read more

Skip this spot if you want good service. Can't tell you about the food because we left. We were seated at least 20 minutes several waitresses passed the table. I made eye contact with one on purpose hoping she would send someone over. Finally I went to the hostess stand and the only guy there I assumed may have been a manager everybody else was in uniform. I approached him and explained we were still waiting on a waitress he asked where we were seated I pointed and of course there was a waitress there and his response was there's one there now and walked away. We left! We spend too much money for that type of response and we hadn't even ordered drinks yet. read more

I've now tried the place twice... I figured the first was a fluke as it had been open a few days. Chose to hold off on the review. However, second visit and that's going to be a hard pass from here out. Sad too because the place looks great from the road. Service was non-existent. Food took forever and the place wasn't even half full. Beer was cold though (hence the second star) read more

If I could this place 0 stars I would but I had to put one to even make a review. Literally sat for 30 mins and had no waitress. They all walked past me and my friend and ignored us. Asked the host where is a waitress and she didn't even seem like she wanted to help then I told her I'm leaving and she violently grabbed the seating chart and walked away. Didn't even say sorry for the wait or anything! Young woman with disgusting attitudes. read more

The waitress outfits are hideous. Apparently they don't mind their breasts hanging out along with their butts. I am not a prude & still go there, the food & drink are good. But c'mon fake eyelashes & hair also. read more

Hailea is a fantastic server. She was polite and fast. Ask for her and you'll have a fantastic time.

Service was non existent!!! Waited for 10 minutes and zero service as we watched others that came in after us get service.

Watching the waitresses not wear their masks correctly. Spoke with the manager and he did tell the ladies serving. Yet when he walked away they pulled them down. Won't be back Worst safe practices I've seen!!!! read more

Went here tonight and it is the worst place in Katy. Service sucked. Food came out wrong. The chicken fried steak is served with no gravy. If you want gravy you have to pay extra for it. Only good thing I can say is I saw some nice ass cheeks. We will never go back. Don't go here it is a waste of money. read more

First time customer my girl Sandy was excellent the food was amazing & on time. But it doesn't stop there the outside sitting was heated all A class. But out of everything was that the manager Tamiyah & Assistant Manager Daniel stop by our table & ask how everything was going above & beyond to make a sure that our food and our experience here was the best I give them five stars. To be continued with pictures and events............ read more

Like most of the reviews that are posted , yes it is true. I'm not sure if it's poor management or the girls are just plain clueless. They do walk in circles wondering what they should do next when there are drinks sitting at the bar waiting to be run or people waiting to order. If you need to kill some time this is the place to be because you'll get a drink every hour and some peace too after they take your first drink order because they never come back. read more

Came to check out the new bombshells with some friends today. Food was pretty good but our server Adriana was the best part, super friendly girl. She gave suggestions on all beverages and food we ordered & we loved all of it. She was very quick & sharp. It was impressive because the restaurant was so full. Food was good, try the bombshells kisses! read more

I was at bombshell restaurant yesterday. I had the chicken tenders. They were delicious. I started feeling light-headed while sitting and finishing my meal. The girls came and checked on me. They escorted me to the bathroom and then I sat at a booth to finish drinking my water and eat my cheesecake. They were considerate of me and kept an eye on me. They deserve a bonus. They are awesome!! read more

I aint never wrote a yelp review in my life but I promised savannah I got her. She gave me and my bro A1 service no cap. I pulled this place up on maps and saw nothing but terrible reviews. I have been seeing this place since it opened and wanted to try it. Well I'm not quite sure what kinda of environment this place is going for, Hard come get drinks and eat and go or customer friendly but here is what I felt the energy from the staff is hard and unfriendly Period. The waitresses are so cute with their outfits but their main focus is to flock to the male only parties and are pretty smiley, friendly and laughing with them. Food: ok y'all really should get a few vegan selections maybe y'all don't really care about that group I don't know...I'm not a vegan but I was fasting and basically on a vegan diet when I came, vegans like to go out to eat also. I got a salad the lettuce was not even vibrant and fresh like come on...brown lettuce like half my salad I picked out. Our waitress was blah no personality just throw the whole management away If y'all think this is ok. So if you looking for a hard yeah what you want type place this is it!! If your looking for Great customer service don't waste your time you will be disappointed ooo unless your an all male party. read more

I went to bombshells on Veterans Day with my wife and another couple. This was our first time, We felt the wait on the food was a bit too long but the rib eyes were delicious and spot on! The waitress Stephanie was very nice and attentive. Overall we had a fun time watching Monday night football and The Rockets. And the deal of free dinner (Anything on the menu) for vets and discount for our wife's dinner. Was really awesome. Thank you bombshells! This place is new and still working on getting fast with their service I am very happy and plan to visit regularly and recommend it to my friends. read more

recently moved to texas and was here for a rockets party to kick off summer league after being heartbroken about missing our flight to vegas , Miss abii was the KINDEST most paitent person you will ever meet , dealing w 30 plus drunk men and me and my aunt running thru restaurants like crazy people by far the best server i've ever had . I also had to mention miss bri who wasn't even our server n i kept asking her for stuff , she had everything i asked for out in a heartbeat ( miss abii was running around because our table asked for like 10 things at once) she also noticed all of our phones had no storage , i jokingly asked her to take a bunch of pics of everyone and she did it , took the most cutest pics and was all around a 10 star server , her and miss abii!!!!! read more

Even though it's the 2nd day of being opened, service is good! Sweet tea and wings are great! However, my coworkers salad was ruined when they gave him the wrong dressing! Overall: good restaurant, not bad for a quick lunch with the boss read more

The bartenders, Haylee and Devon, are the best. Take care of you and are so amazing. I come to the bar every day because they are the best motherfu$&ing bartenders ever. Love it). Come give them ALL YOUR FU$&ing MONEY! read more

Great food and great service! Taz was attentive & one of the best servers I've had. You have to try the BOMB POPPERS they're awesome. The wings were good, atomic wasn't unbearable so if you like spicy food get those. Egg rolls were good and the sauce they came with was exceptional. We'll definitely be back. read more

Very clean for Covid. Service was slow but okay. Food was mediocre. Noise level is over the top. Only regular tables are on the patio and all you can hear is I10 traffic. We won't be back. read more

We went to Bombshells today for a late lunch. It was about 1:45. It was fairly crowded. They have a nice selection of food. My wife and I both picked burgers. She got the basic with sweet potato fries. I got the medic which had cheese, an egg and topped with chili. Service was very fast, less then 10 minutes from order to food arriving. The burger and fries were delicious. Usually when a burger gets topped with chili, alot of places drown the burger in it. But they put just the right amount. You could taste it but it didnt overwhelm the burger. It was not too greasy neither. The tea was also pretty good. Overall a good experience. We will definately be back to try more items on the menu. read more

Food and service was awesome...Lynda took care of my friend and myself and she exceeded expectations. Her attentiveness was great and would recommend her and the team. Thank you Lynda! read more

Horrible service, no one came and waited on us for 30 minutes, all of the staff were just staring. Like if you see an empty table you should come see if we need anything. do not recommend. read more

If I could give a zero starts I would!! Worse service. Waited 25 min and no one came after asking 2 times that no one had approached me. Then the front desk person was rude, the manager pretended to be busy. read more

Place is a shit show. They deny ppl for tattoos. They don't have to be gang related or inciting violence but if you have tats near or on your face, they will deny you entry even if with a group of friends! Also the officers they hire to check you at the door are assholes. If you're not a feminine presenting woman with your ass out, they will deny you entry. I know this personally as I went to walk in the night our time went back and was told they were not allowing anymore ppl as they were closing in an hr( although we gained an hr) but noticed omw back to the car that two younger women had got let in as well as another woman with a nice dress on! I came back to the door to ask what that was about and they indeed thought I was a guy. Once I let them know I'd recorded the whole ordeal, they wanted to apologize and let me in. At that point I was no longer interested. As an officer of the law, I expected a bit more integrity. read more

Too loud, can't have a conversation. Don't like uniforms, Mice etican flag over the doorway

I ordered beef nachos with a buddy or mine. My buddy was able to choke his half down for the most part. After spitting out 3-4 bites because of the gristle, I asked if they could just give me some chips and salsa instead. The manager refused because my buddy was able to eat more of his half. Apparently, they just don't care. read more

I came here on a Saturday night, my total was $27.06. I checked today and I was charged by bombshells $89.54. I called my bank and they told me someone must have given themselves a generous tip. I called bombshells to fix it with them since my bank recommended me doing that first. I called to speak with the manager and apparently Bianca was busy going through applications instead of handling a customer who was over charged by her staff. The associate said to call back in 30 minutes. It's been a hour and they are not picking up. I don't plan on coming to this location ever again. Wouldn't recommend unless you want to be charged a lot more for a tip you never gave. read more

Front door staff is effective in getting people in safely hostess sat you fast and accordingly but that's all this place gets We decided to go have drinks here and a late dinner but the waitress was horrible and it took over 15 to 20 minutes to get any drink. The restaurant is supposed to operating at less capacity then normal so I don't think it should've taken that long. After waiting tirelessly for our second round the manager comes over along with another waitress and says that had people call in and no show..ok we get it why didn't our waitress just say that instead she was walking around pouting and mingling. After the establishment called for last call we looked everywhere for our waitress tired flagging down anyone in a bombshell uniform and couldn't get any help when we finally saw our waitress after 30 min she says sorry can't anymore and then again her what I assume is the manager came by and gave us our ticket... it was horrible service and to throw in the women's bathroom was disgusting and not social distancing nothing women crammed in and no masks . read more

If I can give this place zero stars I would! First off they have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life! These little bitches up here are rude! And The manager is even worse. Me and friends get there ask for a table of 5 they said everyone has to be there in order to seat us so we just get a booth until they arrive. We get greeted she ask if we were ready to order then leaves and comes back and then says we have to have a credit e card on file! (Racial profiling to me why you didn't ask for a card at first) she takes our order! Our other friends arrive one pulls up a seat to the booth until our waiter gets back so we can tell her to move us now! Some other little girl that's not our waiter comes over with an attitude and told her she can't sit there. So we said well we need another table that's what we are waiting for. She says okay leaves and never comes back instead the manger comes over with two officers behind him and had an even worse attitude with our friend and tells her very rudely and ugly you gotta get up you can't sit here so she moves and we are like well we waiting on anther table and tells us we'll we can try to make room for y'all upstairs but you gotta get up now! So at this point we weren't even there 10 minutes the way they were speaking to us we didn't like it so we hade the waiters up front cancel our order and we left. We were only giving two drinks in between all this mess going on we didn't even drink the drinks. We left the place the manager comes behind us with the two officers and says we didn't pay and we went off on his ass because we didn't get anything! This was a Friday and on Sunday they charged my card anyways for the drinks! This place is a no go for me for the rest of my life!!!! And Macy J don't get your ass on here with no half ass sorry apology! Save it!! give me my money back!!! read more

Besides waiting 45 minutes for a hot beer and no food this place also I notice doesn't hire ethnic women. So if your looking for beautiful foreigner women go to Twin peaks. I watched this ladies look lost and confused for almost a hour! This place is nothing like twin peaks !!! It is horrid ! Omg .. a HOT BEER WHILE WATCHING A GAME. My husband was pissed & I was pissed at the lack of diversity In this place an the confusion fog these ladies were in. Listen , dont waste your time read more

While I'm glad they are still able to employ their staff during COVID, I'm VERY disappointed with the lack of sanitation going on. Tables are dirty and so are the seats. I thought staff was supposed to wipe down EVERYTHING during COVID but they are too busy worrying about looking cute and standing around. SERVICE SUCKS it took 20 mins to get my drink and the waitresses are literally standing around at tables talking to each other. If the mgr doesn't care that they are not sanitizing their areas, then they need to hire and train someone to do it PROPERLY!! The MGRS are just worried about making a buck. They got temporarily shut down for hosting some biker event on 8/29. WTH are they thinking with Katy, TX being at the top of reported Covid cases! Nobody out there was social distancing and they weren't wearing masks. Get it together!!! This is a great place to watch sports but I'll have to find another place that is taking Covid seriously!! read more

First time ever visited and definitely will not go back, we enter the place and walked by at least 6 waitresses and did jot greet us or offered us a table, i was with my 67 year old dad who i wanted to share a beer with, and surprise!! I am not against of ask for id which is completely normal but you gotta have some common sense and use the brain for not loosing customers... read more

Food was over cooked. Who knew you could mess up a hamburger. Staff congregates and stays on their phone constantly. Even caught one waitress smoking a vape inconspicuously. Now I have to find somewhere else to eat because this rubber tire of a piece of meat is completely awful. Buyers be ware, this is no better than a hooters. Trying to sell food with minors running around acting like children. But hey, at their wearing the "uniform"! read more
