First of all our waitress clearly looked like she was on something. Honestly I felt bad for her, like maybe she hadn't slept all night. Secondly, and more importantly, their menu says that they have specific beers on draft, which I tried to order, but was told they no longer carry them. We came to this location when they first opened and were told the same thing that's why I was optimistic about this trip. When I asked the manager if they carried any other IPAs on draft instead his response was "blame BJ's." I'm not exactly sure what that meant except this restaurant can't carry specific beers because their neighbor does, still doesn't make sense. Maybe they should consider taking it off of their menu if that's the case. The place was barely occupied and the few people were desperate looking men. Don't think we will be returning any time soon, oh well, I tried. read more

Stopped in at bombshells for lunch yesterday and it was the worst experience to date going out to lunch. Ordered the renagede pasta. Co worker ordered the Betty bop wrap. Chicken was thoroughly cooked to the point it was inedible on the wrap. After are meal was done we asked for our bill. Waitress comes over with our bill with the uneaten wrap still sitting on the plate. Coworker ask to have it taken off the ticket since he couldn't eat it. Waitress basically says no and states she didn't charge us for all the refills we drank of tea. The tea is already $3 and she claims you have to pay additional $3 per refill. This was the last time I'm going here. Food price has went up and the quality has went down. Even the girls are nothing to look at. Not sure why the prices are so much but the food is trash. Avoid this place. Plenty of decent restaurants near this one with way better food and free refills. read more

Service is TRASH!!!! Always has been . Even security has no respect. definitely need a better staff. Angelica in the bar was the only one with good service . read more

Ellen is an amazing bartender!! She rocks the mornings with great energy and even better conversation! It will definitely be my lunch spot from now. She always makes sure that the bar is clean and the drinks stay coming! She's the best! read more

Don't go for the food! I got the chicken Alfredo and the 2 other people in my party got beef tacos and a philly cheese steak. All the food was bland and luke warm at best. Drinks are 3/5, the Pearl Harbor is good. Service is slow, but our waitress was so sweet and was really trying! Would go back to have a few drinks and watch a game, but not eat. read more

Sitting on patio a cockroach crawled out of our chips. Waitress did not wear mask.. my friend tested positive for covid a week later (could've been from anywhere) but this place doesn't practice social distancing read more

I really enjoyed my visit to Bombshells in Katy, TX our waitress Taye was amazing and was very attentive to our needs. She made sure to check in with us periodically and her customer service was 5 star. Out of all the times I've been here I must say she's the best waitress I've had thus far. The food was really good to and came out in a timely fashion. read more

It might be funny but me and my family always come here to eat really good food. The girls are always super nice wether you have a big table or not. The chicken tenders, nachos and the PASTA are to absolutely die for. The music is always great and it's a fun environment to be in read more

Most horrific experience ever last night. Waitress asked our party to " be quiet" since our party was being too loud. If that wasn't enough, then exchanged words about it In the restroom where A FIGHT began between a member of our table AND THE WAITRESS followed by a couple more waitresses. Since WHEN is this behavior condoned or accepted in the restaurant & hospitality industry? You would NEVER get this kind of service at Hooters. Ask a party to leave the establishment before ever allowing waitstaff to ATTACK a patron. So unbelievable and yet management stands behind thee actions. Back to Hooters for friendly gatherings! read more

Cynthia was great! Best service I've had here in a really long time and I'm a bartender. She's great super attentive and super sweet! Will def come back bc of her!! read more

It was late and we didn't have many options and we had kids with us. Bombshells is a hang out, it has mediocre food. Really it ain't about ish! read more

I received great service with consistent drink refills and a happy loud, and busy environment. The food was fast and very good. I was skeptical about all the other reviews yet don't listen to the other review and come here for yourself and experience this for yourself. The location has the worst service that I have seen in a long time. If you like bad service, mediocre food, and scanky waitresses, then this is the place for you. read more

I've only been here one time and it will be my last. I was with a group of four people and we waited 10 minutes before anyone came to get our drink order. The poor excuse was our waitress was sick and left without telling anyone. Getting service is almost impossible because the poor girls won't pay attention to their customers. Here's a tip- serve the beers and then go hula-hoop. No one wants to watch you with out a drink! My friend was waving forever to get the attention of the bartender. Finally she stopped hula-hooping and poured a beer. She was so upset that she had to do work. No apology just a bitchy attitude. So I got the eerie feeling that there's some kind of escort service going on. Those poor underage girls. They are looking for their forever sugar daddy. There's no way this place is making it without escorting because they aren't selling beer or food. read more

To Macy J the owner. First off I was not going to entertain the idea of responding to your response on how i was not detailed in what I wrote, but then thought i'd give you another shot as the owner to try to see my point again. To answer you briefly and straight to the point, that night some friends, my wife, and myself were going to your store to celebrate a birthday. The guy at the door who identified himself as the manager at the time was letting groups of people in at a time. When me and MY party were entering the door he felt the need to put his arm up with his elbow out to stop me from coming through the door and when i walked into him he gave me a look like I'm the one who did something wrong. Then proceeded to ask me "what are you doing"? To which I replied "what do you mean i am going in with my group" he then said something that i could not understand and then asked MY group if I was with them. At the point i am pissed off because I was singled out, embarrassed in front of MY people with a LINE of people behind me and then thats when i told him "are you the manager"? He said yeah. The. i told him well you're not doing a good job with your customer service and then he said I am going to let you in but I dont need your smart ass lip. (PAUSE) - I dont give a fuck who you are or what your title is you NEVER! EVER! TALK TO A CUSTOMER in that tone or manner! So I told him well I dont need your fucking lip either man! If you dont like your dam job then quit! So he calls over the sheriffs to escort me off the property! So no i never got his name and at that point i didnt even care to. So again way too much to explain and write but your response to my first review had some what of a demeanor as if you did not like the way I worded the events that took place that night. So there you have it plain as day black and white. So as the business owner please let me know your comments and how you plan to address this issue with your staff? Because I can tell you this. If that is your manager of the establishment and that is how he treats and acts with customers I can promise you that everyone under him has been trained the same way. So i await your response Macy. read more

I did let you know that the manager responded in a rude and unprofessional way. I could go on and on about all the rude things he does but I'll focus on the mask for now. I see many other people have the same experience with management. My suggestion is that you be present more and you'll see for yourself. For now I'll just focus on the staff not being professional and not wearing masks. I also let you know that he and other staff members take their masks off while at work. I guess you need to see proof. read more

OMG WHERE DO I START ..... the general manger was super nasty the food had to be remade over (3) times and it had hair in my pasta . I don't have no problems with paying my bill but I need what Im paying for I come to this location at least 5 times a month and you get rude because you guys dropped the ball and tell me I'm going to pay for something I didn't eat that will be my last 142.67 they will get from me !!!!!!!!! read more

Beautiful place! Love the atmosphere. But other than that our waiter was kind of dry wasn't bubbly ( maybe tired) sweet girl tho. The food was horrible omg I'm pretty sure there is no real chef here I think their food is frozen then thrown in some type of warmer (microwave type gadget). It's not a super cheap place so I def expected better quality food read more

I went to bombshells before the virus on a Weekend. The music was so loud you would think I was in a club and not a restaurant, I found out this is the norm for the weekends. Which I personally think is stupid. The food was not that good either. The wait staff truly didn't care if you were there or not! read more

The last 4 or 5 times I've come here the service has been god awful. This last time i went, we came around 3:30 and got decent service but as soon as the shifts changed, the service was horrible again. Most of the waitresses have horrible attitudes with customers, look like they would rather be anywhere but here, and rarely ever check on their tables. read more

Came in for lunch today at 12:15. Waited 10 minutes and left. Not one person seemed interested in taking the time to ask if I even wanted a drink. What I think is more amazing is the 7 hostess that saw me come in,and sat me did not even ask why I was leaving. In addition, management was standing at the next table doing paperwork and talking to staff members. read more

Came her for the second time. And my experience was @$$. I'm the husband writing this and the First time the girls at the front were rude. Food was decent good here bad there. Whatever. Our table girl was nice very polite thankfully. Great atmosphere and the patrons are happy to come. As was I. But the first impression had sadly killed our vibe. Second time I got off work and decided to pick up food called 9pm. Was told 20 min. Sat in the parking lot for a bit. Came in and was told there was no order. Girl seemed confused and it was fine, I wasn't mad. I just wanted to know if it was ready or not I'd go to chickfila idk. But she left. Disappeared. After a couple minutes she came out and told me that they were behind but it was gonna be ready. I know they had probably just started. I didn't want to wait and asked her so it's it coming out though. She said yeah yeah is coming out . Ok just waiting on the fries or something. So i told her if I could pay. My mistake lol cause this was at 9:32pm, and as she hands my check says it's only a few numbers ahead of you it'll be out soon. Wait what! I walked out of there with my food at 9:48pm 48 min. 48 min for 3 appetizers. To go mind you. Not right. Just be honest and tell me and let me decide if I wanna wait or not. I wouldn't be writing this but seriously 48 min come on man. And yes there was a manager or two who noticed. But you could tell they chose to be interested elsewhere read more

For a place that uses military theme and pride themselves in being pro-military; they sure kno how to treat veterans with attitude. The staff is rude, unattentive, unfriendly this includes the managers I've met so far. They don't seem to understand how to provide customer service. This review have been a long time coming from multiple chances I gave this place. I won't ever be coming back. Yall have lost my business and I will encourage my veteran friends to stay away as well. read more

I came here with a group of friends with the intention to enjoy their every day, all day happy hour. While we were able to enjoy their great happy hour, I experienced what can only be called a scam. Our waitress, whom I WISH I could remember her name, brought our check to us and the total was outrageous. We knew what our total would somewhat come out to be, but the check $50 more than expected. To keep this short and sweet, the waitress charged us $8 for pickle juice. I cannot overlook the probable idea that the waitress was trying to overcharge us. She claims it was a simple mistake, though, as a waitress myself, I can't imagine making a $50 mistake. When I addressed the issue, she said she had her manager take care of it. Another reason I feel the waitress tried to get away with this is I never saw a manager about this "mistake". I won't be returning. read more

Went here today with a group of girlfriends for the first time because I had been wanting to try out the new esttablishment. We should have just stayed where we were, because the service hhere is awful. Our waiter seemed to think she was joking with her comments but they came off very sarcastic and rude, and let's just say the meal was okay. The place is very nice and good for beers and to wat h the games but other than that, no comment. I watched the waiters get dressed in the bathroom as I waited for a stall with another guest. read more

We came there for a birthday party!! First time , took a very long time to get , waitress to come over to table , finally we ordered , drinks they were so sweet , and the margaritas were watered down, like they might have already been made and left on counter , ( not good) friends that were at our table ordered wings and food, it came out waitress dropped it off. Did not ask if they needed anything, !! We tried flagging down waitress ( several attempts)so we waited and waited !! So I finally flagged down a manger she brought sum to table ... Not our favorite!! Will not return!! Poor customer Service!! read more

Horrible service. Took forever for someone to take a drinks order and and forever to get the order! Their service has dropped considerably since opening. I asked to see the manager and tHe manager was so nonchalant about the service I received. I'm not too sure I'll ever let my friends convince me to go back there! Truly disappointed ! read more

Me and my wife decided to go to bombshells on Saturday night to watch the UFC fight. But unfortunately they were not showing it, but we stayed anyway. The draft beer selection is not even close to the other Bombshells selections. We ordered the frozen margarita and nuclear wings, but they gave us atomic wings. We sent those back and I'm assuming they gave those to some other clueless customers. When we did get our wings they were not all flats as requested and still not nuclear. The frozen margarita was terrible, it was very salty and was sent back.We paid our tab in cash, even though we had a card on file. On Monday morning my wife's card was charged in addition to what we paid Saturday. We called the manager who says that they can't do anything without a receipt. We will never visit this location again. read more

This is one of the most poorly ran establishments I have ever had the unfortunate luck of entering. Poorly ran, horrible waitstaff, luckily a few of the bartenders know what's going on. Besides that management sits around and just swears at girls, doesn't do much beside disrespect the staff, and the GM, all he does is sweat all over the place. read more

This place only employ women as wait staff/bartenders and the girls are told to dress in skimpy outfits to attract the men. The food is pricy and it takes a long time to bring it to you. The salad I had not worth the hefty price Unfortunately, a family or married men would feel very uncomfortable going there because the girls show too much of their body. Hopefully this company changes by employing both genders as wait staff/bartenders and allows the women dress more appropriately so families can give it a try. read more

So we decided to try here for dinner tonight as we wanted something different. When I approached the host stand it was an immediate ride response with how many in your party I said 2 so we were put at a table and waited 20 minutes with no server before taking a seat at the bar. I'm giving it 3 stars because the bar tenders made it great. Your servers suck read more

Food was great!!! I had blackened salmon everything was perfect. staff is very unprofessional (servers). The girls were riding around on scooters, all of them were huddled up in groups laughing, joking very loudly which caused them to be very inattentive. When I first walked in I can barely see the host or pass to even get to her because all of the workers were all joking and going over the schedules and sections which I thought was rude and shoulda been done somewhere else. Just very unorganized!!! GET IT TOGETHER!!! The waiter was very unfamiliar with the menu and just seemed so lost. There was no ginger ale, sparkling water or none of thee above. A full bar with not even ginger ale???? Never heard of that... the girls were so loud, screaming around the restaurant to get the others attention. It's now 59 degrees outside and they opened the garage like why? read more

We had a waitress named Alexia & she had the worst attitude from the beginning. Not only did she take her time with putting our orders in , when we finally got our orders , it was with an attitude . We also got carded more than once and at not any point of time were we given a reason. I understand it's policy to double check , but if you're going to do that , do it to more than one person If we had a different waiter , I'm sure the review would be different. I definitely will not come back to this location. read more

Been a handful of times. Drinks are a bit over priced but all the staff that's going to help is nice and it's clean. My main issue is their DJ. The music is fine but they have no chill with the volume. Even on nights where it's slower it's louder than a nightclub! I can't even hear my friends when we're both yelling and sitting next to each other. Not great to sit down to eat and hang out. I will say I haven't been during the daytime so I don't know if the music is an issue then. If it weren't for the volume it'd be a good spot. read more

Terrible, I was kicked out by the manager saying that 3 of her employees said I gave them attitude. I had only talked to 2 workers and I didn't have an issue with anybody. The server told me that my bartender couldn't make a water moccasin (I knew that wasn't right, I'm a regular) so I went to the bartender and she asked me what it was and she was able to make it. Then they asked me to leave. Bianca was the manager and wouldn't allow me to speak with her boss. Go to the fairbank location instead read more

I have ordered from here about a week ago they have good wings ...but after today I'm good on This location. I wanted to go for drinks with my boyfriend we sat at the bar and waited for a little over 10 minutes but with restaurant server/host experience I get it so that's fine . However, I definitely felt discriminated against all because "I look young" .. I am 28 years old never had a fake ID in life. After asking the bartender why the manager denied our IDs we were told it was because we look "young" even though the IDs were valid and not expired what so ever .. i am a current server myself I'm sure you can't have a expired ID when attempting to work as a server who serves alcoholic beverages .. but ok . Usually I would go to corporate about things like this but it's not even worth it this location has a 2.0 star and the comments speak for itself read more

Kam was an amazing server. Full of personality!! She was helpful with pickin the right drink. Def will come back to see her

New place, new personnel...still no excuse for arguing with the customer and not knowing their product. Corona Extra is NOT Corona Premier.

Worst service ever!! We came in when it wasn't busy and asked for a high top table and sat for 20 minutes before my husband went to the bar and ordered two beers. We drank our beers and STILL no one came up to us to ask if we needed anything or wanted to order food. They weren't short staffed so that IS not the excuse that can be used here nor were they busy. Spend your money somewhere else people...do not waste it on this establishment. If you decide to chance it anyways then sit at the bar because the two ladies behind the bar were fabulous. After an hour of no one ever coming up to us asking if we needed anything and letting the manger know as we were walking out all was said was sorry. read more

I went there with the date and ordered the egg rolls. First of all we had to go look for a waitress to go help us because nobody ever came to the table. Then when she came to a table we ordered our drinks and the drinks took like about 15 minutes to get there. And we ordered the food and the food came and she didn't even offer a variety of dips. She kept going back to where only single men were, which meant that the single men are the ones tipping a lot more because they're single and they want a piece of you know what. So I think that place is basically a place to pick up women or to buy women there. The music is sometimes good but the last few times it's been kind of ghetto. I would not recommend anyone to go there if you're in a hurry to eat or you want to drink a beer fast, because you're not going to get service unless you're a whole bunch of guys or a single guy there alone. I think that place is kind of like a place where women work just so they could make tips off of single men or a crowd of men. If you know what I mean. The service is extremely poor. read more
