We have been coming to this location and lately the service is been the worse, this the second bad experience, we had to wait 30 minutes just to be moved to a different table and again for another 15 minutes. Waiters and management never approached to explain why the waiting, they just walked by and ignores our request, finally we left with another two tables because they were not helped either, and manager was on the phone all the time and never responded to our request to speak with her, hostess became very aggressive and nasty when we tried to find a explanation and help. I think our neighborhood deserve better restaurants, and not this type of national chain restaurants. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. Let me just say this is the second time I come here. I came 2 years ago and received rude customer services. However I gave it another try. We were greeted by ladies at the hostess table eating. I did not but me because I understand the industry and you eat when you can. However if you are going to be un professional at times at least have great customer service. We sat down. About 10 min security came over and RUDLY told my husband he needs to take his hood off his head. With no explanation. My husband a non confrontational guy took it off. Even though his ears were cold. We continued and ordered our food. No friendliness from our waitress. She did not seem like she wanted to take our order or it just wasn't her night. Our food was not good. They forgot the seasoning on My wings then charged me extra for it. The fries basket had no more than 10 fries and when asked about it she said they all come Half way filled.. over all just not how we planned our dinner to go. Would not recommend this location to anyone. I formed manager but seemed as if they did not care. read more

It's what one would expect in bar food. Nothing to message home about. Beer is beer. It's meh on a plate. So weird that they have a huge fly problem. So bad you will feel like queen and lord of the flies. So gross. The waitress saw the flies and I said I can't eat this flies keep landing on my food. She said ok. Are you finished. Sure take it to the back missy. Yuck read more

Came from California. Seen a new spot, seemed like a good spot to come too. So we decided to give it a try. Worst service ever. Sat us down and didn't come back. Literally waited 20 min and still nothing, not a drink order or anything. Would not come here ever again. read more

Ehhh drinks booty service is okay never got my fry's the drinks tasted like water new bartenders please

Grab the pulled pork nachos. I highly recommend. The first time I went was fun. Had some bomb wings and a beer. Secondly, they had a DJ and an auto show out front or something. Too loud, and music selection from DJ was interesting to say the least but the food is still very good read more

If I could give this bombshells 0 stars I would! I went out with a few friends and waited 30 min and still no server came to take our orders. We also were there that long and did not even get WATERS!! The crappiest place ever to go to and if you go to this place and like it I have to question your judgement. read more

I am giving this 1 star because our server, Claudia, was pleasant. I didn't know what the Bombshells Ambiance was but that's on me... I didn't do my research... the menu looked okay online especially since we weren't sure what we wanted to eat but we knew we wanted Beer and Margaritas...On a Thursday evening (Friday Eve) the only beers on draft were supermarket beers...Corona , Dos Equis, Michelob etc. the others on the menu were not available - NOT ONE PREMIUM BEER. So, we settled for 2 Mayday Margaritas... a $15 Margarita (that's not a terribly bad price if it's a good Margarita and if the size pictured was delivered...) BUT, ALAS...it was just ice and very weak. Bombshells bombed and we won't be back. Very disappointing experience. Our pictures show the ice in the glasses. The water cup shows how much water was poured from the glass in to the margarita glass with ice.. so, about a quarter cup of Margarita for $15 ... no, thank you! read more

Although they were out of root beer and no crawfish or I also tried to order that shrimp dish with corn/potatoes, which I saw people shared pictures of and I even saw people eating at table next to us but our waitress said they did not have anymore so I was super crazy bummed! But the pizzas are giant my kids and I shared and my husband said the steak quesadilla were good along with the boneless Buffalo wings they were super spicy and flavorful highly recommended the strawberry margarita. Our waitress mentioned the orange crush margarita has an orange soda poured on top of frozen margarita, sounds yummy. read more

This is to also reflect Rae C's comments which are very judgmental and political with zero facts. Rae, these girls know exactly where they are working and not forced to work here as there are plenty of jobs in the Katy areas they themselves could have gone after so don't diminish their intelligence. Also, as for the attire, I have been to the beach and seen bikini's with children running around and a total family environment. I also noticed that you wrote as if you went to the place by choice but....only to write your review was the intention. Political and judgmental and well if you read it back you insulted the ladies working here as they are not forced into anything as well as wearing fully clothed outfits. Is it a place for men? sure but not a strip joint and if you want to say "ICK" to a place men go to watch sports with nice ladies around then you already know this is not the place for "you". Have you been to the pool halls in Katy? smoky, guys, playing pool....not very "family" orientated but guess what I am sure we will see reviews for them now that I mentioned it. Very sorry they did not conform to your judgements in quality or values or dress code. Katy is definitely family orientated but it is not a cult or sanctuary for single minded values or to not allow businesses to be hindered by people that don't allow the diversity for anyone to go where they please without being scrutinized. You did not like it....fine, don't go back. Katy is also an accepting and diversified community. You can do what you want and so can anyone else without walking on your grass. God bless read more

They have at least 20 bears on draft that are visible, not one IPA on draft, pitiful beer selection.

Some friends and I decided to check this place out for Game 6. I've been to others, so I was really excited to have one around the corner from where I live. It's their second week open so I knew it would get packed, especially since it was Game 6 of the World Series. A few of my friends had been here a couple days before and told me they did not have a good experience. Everyone's experience is different, so I convinced the people I was meeting to give it a try. I talked to a manager beforehand while I waited at the bar, and he promised great service. All the waitresses, hostesses, and bartenders were very nice and helpful! I enjoyed my time waiting. The margarita I had was delicious. I felt like I got hooked up with some tequila. I believe it was called the Mayday Margarita. Well worth the $12! I was able to put my name on the list for 6, but missed my table because I didn't receive the call. They accommodated us as soon as they were able. We sat at the bar and ordered the Battalion appetizer. Here's where it gets crazy...it took forever to get it. I asked the hostesses for the manager I talked to and found he was helping in the kitchen. I was about to tell her that's exactly what I wanted to talk about, but a female manager showed up with the appetizer and apologized for the wait. She told us it would be comped off the bill. We finally got our table, but by then the evening was almost over. We still enjoyed the last couple innings though! All in all, if you are not a fan of having to wait, then I would wait about a month or so before going...just until they get in their groove and used to the rushes. The food and drinks are worth it! Their pulked pork nachos are everything! I didn't get them this time cause it can feed about 3-4 people, but I plan on returning for them! read more

I sat with Linda and Adrian out at the bar today. They were pleasant friendly and efficient, and that was nice. I've been looking for a bar that I can call home and these girls represented things so well this might be the place. 11/5/19. It also doesn't hurt that they're cute as hell. Drinks. We're. Amazing. And it looked like things are running smoothly despite how busy you got. read more

To start I'm not sure who our waitress was but hubby and I happened to come during game time so the place was packed. For 2 people we had to wait around 20 min. There were so many waitress stomping around in their stripper boots and ass cheeks hanging out. One girl took our order yet a different one brought our food and another one came to check on us. So overall if you want good service don't come during game time unless you plan to tip well and have them sit with you personally. Food was pretty good for a place that's probably more known for their waitress then food. Hubby and I ordered the captain crunch tenders, which comes with a side of fries. They were super crunchy with a bit of a sweet taste to them. We fell in love with the tenders, giving it extremely high praises. Unfortunately the praise was short lived. We both ordered Mac n cheese burger. The burger itself was good but the Mac n cheese was extremely bland. I ended up taking the bun and patty off to Season the Mac n cheese. When it came time for the check we couldn't remember who our waitress was. Thank goodness a waiter finally came. We got to go boxes and to go drinks. However the check was completely wrong. The place is pretty cool and has potential. Service would probably be better if it wasn't game day but hubby does want to give it another shot. read more

Servers were quick. Food was hot, beer was cold. Lots of TV's and they were very accommodating to turning the channel. BUT, after my pizza got cold because of watching sports and talking, they REFUSED to re-heat my pizza. I hate cold pizza so it was wasted. This was my only issue here. read more

The ambiance was on the spot. Really good drinks and helen took great care of us. We're definitely coming back.

Service during the night is horrible, careless, and disgusting. Food is just disgusting and not cooked to order. Manager does not care about your opinion and will blow you off. If I could give this place a ZERO I would. Came in Saturday was a complete shit show. No social distancing, no mask mandate, NOTHING...... A walking breeding ground for Covid. There were flies flying all around the bar. This place is so unsanitary. Dirt plates laying everywhere on empty tables. The bartenders are clueless with NO personality and don't know how to make the drinks right. I will not be coming back. Needs all new management. This place has fallen off bad read more

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN KATY, TX!!! No one greeted us or waited on us (my husband and I)for about 10 minutes to take our order. When the waitress finally came to take our order we asked her to tell us what was on draft for the happy hour since she did not provide us with an alcohol menu and she couldn't name any of the beers on draft. She finally went to get a menu and I ordered what I wanted and when she came back she said that our beer selections were not on draft. She also didn't know what IPA meant. Working at an establishment like this you need to know your alcohol and beer verbiage. We did not get our drinks for about 25 minutes! We were sitting at a hightop table just in front of the bar. Finally flagged down a manager to get our drinks and we explained to him that we had been waiting about 25 minutes and he was not concerned for that information and he just said do you want to switch the waitress? Our food took a total of 55 minutes to be served. It was a Thursday at 6:30 PM and the restaurant was not that busy. Throughout that time our waitress did not ask for alcohol refills or check on us. Instead she sat down to have some fries with the two guys that were sitting catty corner to us and she spent a total of about 15 minutes on and off sitting and talking with them during her shift. I understand that at an establishment like this waitresses have to spend more time with the male patrons for their tips but sitting down and having a meal and forgetting about your other tables is unacceptable. When our food finally came we realized that the waitress forgot to put in the order for cheese fries so we had to wait an additional 15 minutes for that so a total of one hour and 10 minutes for a small bowl of fries with process cheese drizzled on top. Throughout this entire time we saw several other issues with surrounding tables regarding poor service and food items not being put in in a timely fashion. We also noticed that one of the managers was walking around like a waitress picking up the slack for the girls that were just being very chatty and sitting around. The other manager just stayed in one area off to the side by the ramp towards the restrooms on his phone. There is absolutely no managerial presence at this location. All the waitresses are pretty much walking around doing whatever they want. We also saw a very good looking man next to us who was also receiving horrible service and just got up and left without paying. No one seemed to care. There was another table at the bar of four guys that looked like they were ready for a good evening and also got up and left after 15 minutes of no one waiting on them. For the time that we are all experiencing during COVID-19, WE SAW NO CLEANING!!! NO SANITIZING BY WAITRESSES! Even the cleaning crew cleaning off tables were walking around very lazy and slow and we never saw them actually clean and spray down any tables or chairs!!!! I hope management gets replaced here very quickly and a clean house! read more

We had a waitress named Danielle, she told us to be quiet I've never been told to be quiet at a public place especially at a bar. I got into a altercation with her, four of her co workers jumped in. If I could give no stars I would. The girl asked us if we wanted inside or outside, we said inside, and then proceeded to to sit us outside. ‍ I'm not sure if she knew the difference to be honest. Just terrible. read more

Bombshells.. more like grenade. This place just tanked my whole appetite. What a dud. It started off with a filthy menu and a waitress who seemed Like she didn't know she worked there. She had no clue about the menu. We had to ask her multiple times to bring us a box to mix our salad that came dressing-less(YUCK), we ended up having to ask a different waitress to help this dry rabbit food that I wouldn't feed to a ferret. Then the BBQ ribs came.. (without the extra sauce we had asked for) not only were they disgusting but the bones were so soft and squishy they were getting chewed up in my rib. I didn't know I signed up to be on naked and afraid eating an old carcass. Our waitress only checked on us once which is very poor PR. I would highly UNRECOMMEND this place and submitting yourself to this warzone of terror that they call bombshells. read more
