They have been playing easy listening during Saturday afternoon football. My wife's martitni she ordered was half full and took 20 minutes to get. I was really excited about this place opening up down the street however this might be my first and last time here. All the waitresses were corralled in the bathroom instead of serving tables and everyone got drinks sporadically through the afternoon and it is hardly busy. I tried out bombshells for the first time with my boyfriend and the service was very poor. I try to be understanding due to the fact that they just opened up but I wasn't satisfied. I ordered a steak and the meat was bad quality. The mashed potatoes and macaroni tasted funny. The waitress took forever to come back to the table which was annoying having to constantly flag her down. I enjoyed the environment. The music was great but as far as service they have a long way to go. I might be back to try other selections on the menu. read more

Dropped in for a quick meal after my work day. The food(minus the hair), drinks and service were great. However the policy passed down from the general manager to the manager on duty that they are unable to comp a meal that hair is found in if the meal is replaced is ridiculous and unsanitary. I assume the alternative would be for them to remove the hair and the customer eats the meal provided in order for it to be comped? Either way I will not return to this establishment if their idea of "resolving" the issue is to remove the hair from a plate with the intention of me eating it. read more

My friends and I like a variety all we asked was for some Spanish music and only got like like 2 Spanish songs. This makes this place pretty boring :( . Hello, I hope all is well with you and your family during these trying times. I truly hate to bring this to your attention as I am not a person that makes complaints. But the situation that I experienced recently at the Bombshells in Katy, Texas was simply an egregious dereliction of duty by one of your managers. Tonight, September 23, 2020 I decided to visit the aforementioned location to have a cigar, a cocktail and some food. I initially arrived at the restaurant at 11:00 pm as there was a basketball game on tv and I knew that the restaurant would be crowed during the game. I arrived about 30 minutes after the game had ended and the restaurant was not busy at all. As I walked into the front door a young man who appeared to be a manger rudely stepped in front of me and stated, "Put your mask on." I politely took my mask out of my pocket; I placed it on my face. I was seated outside as I planned to smoke my cigar. After I was seated, I sat at my table for 30 minutes with no one approaching with service, not even a glass of water. After 30 minutes of waiting on service I reached out to one of the bus boys and ask if he would please send a manger over to my table. About 5 minutes later the same manger that rudely greeted me at the door (Jay) approached my table. I explained to Jay that I had been there for 30 minutes with no service. He didn't believe me. So, I asked him, "Do you remember me when I walked in about 30 minutes ago you told me to put my ask on? He shrugged his shoulders and replied, "So much happens in 30 minutes. I don't remember you." He brushed me off and said, "I will see what I can do to get someone over here." After 15 minutes no one had come to my table and Jay had not come back to check to see if anyone had come to my table. I reached out to the other manger on duty, Daniel and explained the situation to him. He apologized and asked me what I wanted, then took my order himself. I never heard back from Jay. After an hour of seating at my table and smoking an entire cigar with no service, no water and no food, I decided to leave the restaurant. Jay was so quick to be rude about telling me to put my mask on, but when it came to providing customer service, he was not so quick and basically did not care whether I received service or. I am not sure if he felt that because I was a young-looking black man that I didn't really matter whether I received service or not, but that is what it felt like. This is not the way I would expect a manger of any restaurant to treat any customer. And, I know I am only one customer. I usually come here and have a good time, but the manager with the tan columbian tan shirt. Working the door was soooo rude. I had already grabbed a table for 4 and one of my friends was outside waiting. When i went to ask him if i could grab her he said it was over capacity?? Im confused. I had already grabbed a table for four.. wouldn't that have already be including? Not to mention every single table was being used. There was no way it was at 50% capacity. Been to this location twice. First time, it was just OK. Decided to give this place another chance, HUGE mistake. We were seated, multiple waitresses passed us with no intention to help us at all, waited for about 10min before I got up and went to the waitress standing at the computer and asked if we could get some help because we haven't even been asked if we would like water. Ended up waiting another 10min, still nothing. So I went back up to same waitress and asked to speak with manager because we haven't even been acknowledged that we were there. She suddenly asked what the problem was and said she'd get a waitress over there quickly to take your orders. Service continued to be horrible for the remainder of the time we were there. The wings tasted like they were still frozen when they were dropped in the fryer. This place is just plain pathetic when it comes to service. Definitely not a place I would recommend. read more

1st visit sat in the patio. TV was tuned into the game we wanted to see. Food was ok. Taking off 2 stars for my drink order mess up. I ordered a Gray Goose and Cranberry. Simple enough. Hubby got a beer served and I got asked if I wanted my drink mixed together or separated in two glasses. Weird question, I thought and I replied, " Mixed please, one glass. Our food served, I drink water, no cocktail yet. Toward the end of my meal she brings me shots of vodka in one glass. I ask about the cranberry. She replies, "You ordered a gray goose and well vodka." I was stunned. She takes it back to the bar. The drink she finally brought was no way Grey Goose. I did not drink it. Literally took our order and instead of going to put it in she went back to the table of men and stayed there for a good 10-15 then put our orders in. First time here and the service was unbelievably great!! Ours server was Hope. But, everyone that worked here acknowledged us like the entire night!! The shrimp boil was phenomenal!!! We have enjoyed going to Bombshells restaurant these past Saturday in support of their business, but have to say this past Saturday was our worst experience. There are more servers standing around than tending to the table's and taking orders. When we sat down the greeter brought us to our table, then after some time a server came to take our drink, in some time she came back with our drinks. Then for some reason she came with another server that was taking over for us, when we finally got our orders in, I think it took 30 minutes to receive our food, and my order was chicken fried steak and I received chicken fried chicken, but as we waited so long, I just ate half and left the rest. Our party of 4 were so disappointed in their food, when we got outside, said we need to find another place to eat on our Saturdays. While I understand the Covid issue, and we support everyone, I have to say that this business needs to pay more attention to their guests, and come around to check. Management. Plain and simple, the worst ran bar I've ever been to. Was told by management all the NFL games would be on for Sunday but was then informed, after the games had started; that they were unable to show the games. If you don't know, just say that. Don't lie. Put my hood on yesterday for a couple of seconds to take a picture after being at the bar for over an hour and was told by management and the police that if I didn't take it off I'd be escorted out. To Whom It May Concern: On February 15, 2020 I attended a dinner at the Bombshells in Katy, Texas. My son's birthday was the day before and we wanted to celebrate the big 25. There were 11 of us at the time of arrival. My Fiancé, 3 of my sons, my other son's Fiancé, 5 friends from High school and myself. Once we arrived there was not a table available on the inside to fit all of us, so we sat on the patio but close to the inside. There was a guy in a Green shirt that stood back watching us and talking to the waitresses. Later I found out that his name was Jason (Manager). Jason watched us on and off through our time there. We went from 1 waitress to another. Our server Victoria came over, asked us how the tickets were being split and explained that Bombshells needed a card on file. Each one of the young men proudly went in their wallets and gave their bank cards. She gathered them and took them to the Manager. Shortly she came back and explained that she only needed 1 in case we didn't pay the bill. We could have left but we decided to stay. This was my first time visiting and a few others. One of my sons have been to another location before and he was the one to recommend it. They took our drink orders and shortly after that my sister arrived. We sat at the table and waited almost 30 minutes, I had to ask if we could order food. There was a Manager named Tamiyah that came over trying to converse. I explained to her that we were uncomfortable, about the card situation, how Jason kept an eye on us and how the Security kept walking by the table watching us. She explained that she used to work at the 290 location and she was promoted to Manager for the Katy location. None of that explains why we had been there for almost 30 minutes without a food order and why we were the center of attention. Yes, we are African American. There were 2 groups of people that came after us and I watched how they were not profiled as thieves. They did not have to put a card up or anything and I asked about it. They had nothing to say... There were a group that was up dancing and enjoying themselves. Every time the guys tried to just sing a long or dance a little someone would come close to the table like they were going to make a run for it. Once we received our food, I had to ask if they could remove some of the dirty empty glasses off the table, thank you Jason since you were right there watching us. My sister ordered fries and she never received them but when it came time to hand out the bills, you best believe they gave her one. After sitting through all of this I decided to tell everyone that once they paid their bills to please ask for a receipt of payment. I went to the bar area and explained to Tamiyah (Manager) that I wanted everyone to get a paid receipt so that we would not have any problems and she said to me "I told them not to do that to you all, that they couldn't just do it to you". Which confirmed what I had known the whole time. I will never eat at Bombshells again and I was looking forward to going to the location on 59 because I have heard so much about the Pearland location. I will be posting reviews about this and I am hoping that I am heard with some type of apology. As you can see this is a very uncomfortable thing to go through, especially for a mother. If I could rate it a "0" I would. This place is HORRENDOUS with service and hospitality. One of the floor managers is so unprofessional for a food service industry I could not believe it. Not only was it my birthday it was my first time there. The waitress was slow and very inattentive in every aspect of service. When the manager was notified she offered to help and even added another waitress. Well that didn't improve the service it actually made it worse cause now we had 3 people trying to take care of a large table that was being very patient but once again no attentiveness from now 3 waitresses. Then when my food came out with a hair made in the food I was over it. To top it off the managers response was "I can't tolerate you saying you are not paying for something your taking home". First of all I sent the food with hair in it back cause I'm not eating that nasty shit and second the manager offered to remake it, I didn't ask for it. Then we had 4 other entrees messed up and/or forgotten from just 1 family of 7 orders. When I say HORRENDOUS I mean the WORST food service, worse customer service and worse hospitality I have EVER had... Then for it to be on my birthday made it even worse cause the only thing the AGM was worried about was not having to discount my bill too much and trying to get me to pay a full bill. Paying isn't an issue but when good is forgotten, made wrong or made with hair in it that is a problem. We didn't even get to enjoy our food. From the moment I sat down, I COULD NOT WAIT TO LEAVE. The music was SO FUCKING LOUD. It's louder than an indoor gun range. I wanted to fight someone after having to endure sitting inside for 10 minutes. I moved outside, and it was still Uncomfortable. During the 20 plus minutes I was there, 3 employees had to apologize on behalf of the volume, each saying something to the effect of, "I know...and I have to work here." As if to say, If you're Uncomfortable, Imagine How Bad I Have It; I have to be here everyday. I left an hour ago and my ears are STILL BOTHERING ME. I feel so bad for the staff here, because they don't know that they're suffering permanent hearing damage for some basic job. I'm tempted to bring a decibel reader in, so I can show the staff how much damage they are incurring by working here, but I honestly don't ever want to return here. A friend of mine, my cousin and I came here last night a little bit before 10PM. There was a line for social distancing at the door. My cousin and her friend needed to use the restroom. We were probably the 2-3 group next to get inside, but they really needed to use the restroom. The gentlemen at the door I believe was the manager he let them inside the establishment to use the restroom. I was in line waiting to get inside and shortly before you know it my group was next mind you the girls are still in the restroom. The manager asked how many people I said 3. He said where are the other two? I said they went to the restroom. He opens his mouth and said I'm going to call the sheriff???? I'm like what? He thought the girls went to the restroom to lie so they can cut the line. I said they really went to the restroom what's the issue? I walked back outside to wait for them. He goes what did you say? I said they really went to the restroom. Anyways here they come walking out to the door because they use the restroom already. Then the manager lets us back in. We went in for a bit and didn't know that they didn't offer bottle service so we were leaving. I politely was trying to tell the man there was no reason for us to lie or try to skip the line and he shouldn't have just assumed we were trying to lie and what not. It kind of lands me feel like he was discriminating us.Long story short my cousin exchanged a few words with him and he was like get out and tried to push us out physically. I thought that was really uncalled for unprofessional. I get it he's trying to follow the guidelines and make sure people don't get sick and what not but don't automatically assume someone's lying trying to skip the line when we were literally next. Made me feel some type of way like some type of discrimination. Then when I was trying to explain to him he and my cousin got into it and he physically push us out. I was really excited to see a bombshells opening in the area as soon as I walked in I ordered an Apple cider ... the waitress had no idea what an Apple cider was and told me they didn't have it... until I pointed it out on the menu then they didn't actually have it on draft only bottle .. this was fine . Then we ordered ... our food took an unusually long time but we were patient because we realized it was a Saturday and as they were a new restaurant they were likely still training staff. We got our food approximately 45 minutes after ordering . I was served chicken fried steak instead of chicken fried chicken . They took back the steak but not the sides ...another 45 minutes later after everyone else in my party had finished eating the waitress went to check on my order and said it would be right out . I let her know she could just cancel the order. shortly after she walked off they brought it out anyways . I was charged for the sides and told that I would be charged full price if I kept the main entree . I definitely should have been given a full refund as my entire experience was awful .
