One side was slightly fuller than the other but nothing too drastic. The appointment took 3 hours! I was laying there for 3 hours and one time she hurt my eye, idk what she did but it felt like she cut it. Fast forward to the next morning, I had eyelashes falling out like crazy. Fast forward to 3 days later and this is what I'm left with. I paid 18including tip plus 20$ for eyelash cleaner that I don't even get to use because there's no more eyelashes..... I'm honestly really really sad about this. Don't get me wrong she was super nice, I'm just very disappointed that, even after being referred by a friend, I was let down completely. UPDATE: I will be going back in a few days for her to redo them for free, we'll see if they stay this time

I made an appointment to be seen at 11AM, when I arrived the nail tech was doing someone else's…read morenails, and I had to wait 15 minutes to be seen. I then heard the nail tech say to his client "next time book you should book an appointment." Indicating that she didn't even have an appointment, yet I was waiting for them to be finished, I found this to be highly unprofessional and should have left. He did my gel manicure in a total of 15 minutes, which is unheard of. He did not prep my nail, clean or cut my cuticles or really do anything. When painting my nails he did them extremely sloppy. All of my nails are uneven and some of them are not even painted through. It was obvious that the nail tech didn't care about what he was doing, as he rushed through everything and didn't really take any time on my fingers, his work shows in the extremely uneven paint job. I'm very disappointed and found this to be a waste of money. This has got to be the WORST nail job I have ever seen.

She made sure to wash her hands before getting started. Asked me for what I wanted & delivered on it. You could easily fall asleep during the whole process since she has you lay on a comfortable table with your eyes closed. I'm a chatty Kathy & she accommodated with listening & having good conversation flowing that I didn't even realize how much time went by. I jokingly called her my "Eyelash Therapist." At the end of my appointment she gave me a complimentary spoolie wand & tips on how to take care of my beautiful new lashes.
