Very nice relaxing environment. I had a manicure and pedicure done today. I am very happy with the results.

I made an appointment to be seen at 11AM, when I arrived the nail tech was doing someone else's nails, and I had to wait 15 minutes to be seen. I then heard the nail tech say to his client "next time book you should book an appointment." Indicating that she didn't even have an appointment, yet I was waiting for them to be finished, I found this to be highly unprofessional and should have left. He did my gel manicure in a total of 15 minutes, which is unheard of. He did not prep my nail, clean or cut my cuticles or really do anything. When painting my nails he did them extremely sloppy. All of my nails are uneven and some of them are not even painted through. It was obvious that the nail tech didn't care about what he was doing, as he rushed through everything and didn't really take any time on my fingers, his work shows in the extremely uneven paint job. I'm very disappointed and found this to be a waste of money. This has got to be the WORST nail job I have ever seen. read more

I've been to Tony 4 times now, and every time I am thrilled with my nails! He is thorough and efficient, and he does excellent work. Today, I got my eyebrows waxed by his wife, Luu, she took care of my needs and made sure I was happy with the result. Call ahead because he and his wife are the only two at the shop and the day fills up quickly. Yes they do take walk in's, but expect to be told to come back at a later time that day. They are very accommodating with their schedule too. Overall, I am very impressed! read more

Against my better judgment I went here again. Desperate to find a nail place close to home. I will never be back. All of my nails are uneven and I have acrylic all around the cuticles and even underneath the nails. My skin is coded. Well I love the nail polish colors I am very unimpressed with whatever shape he attempted to do. I'm going to have to go home and attempt to fix some as best as I can. Yes I will be making the 45 minute drive to the next best nail place. Sure do miss hidden Valley nails. I just can't believe how uneven everything is. I don't recommend this place even if you are in desperate need of a set. read more

Just moved to the area from the East Bay, and had an amazing nail salon there that I loved, so perhaps my standards are a bit too high... First time I went to LT nails, they did an "ok" job. They were extremely accommodating in regards to my terribly hectic schedule, and the rescheduling inconveniences I presented to them, so they get an extra star for that most certainly. Very kind in that regard. Nails though, were just "ok." Came in for a full and gel polish change this morning though, and must say I am less than impressed. The red polish I had on wasn't completely removed before filling them, so not only am I stuck with that red polish underneath the fill gel, but along the cuticle line as well. With the lighter gel color I selected (which was put on hurriedly and haphazardly), it looks pretty trashy. When he asked if I liked it, trying to be kind, I told him that it's good, but next time, I'd like the polish removed entirely first. His reply was that it was my fault that the polish was still there. I'm sorry, but you run a nail salon, and you can't properly remove polish that someone puts on? I'm confused. I'm not in high school, I don't wear squared sparkly pink tips. They seem to do a great job with Walmart-esque styles, so if that's your thing, go nuts. This place just isn't for me. Perhaps he was in a hurry, but I did schedule my appointment, so that seems silly. Best of luck. :) read more

Katie is a talented artist that makes my nails dreams come true. She can create the smallest designs with the steadiest hands. It's amazing what she can create and paint! Tony and his wife are really friendly and pros at nails. I have only good things to say about this salon and have never had a bad experience. They are both on time and I have never waited longer than a few minutes. Appointments are the way to go, but if you do have one of those pesky broken nails between visits he will fix if you drop in. Just moved to lake county and I have to say that Tony and Lu were super nice and friendly at my first time visit. Besides the great customer service, Luu was able to fit me in the schedule and didn't rush at all. She took her time and did excellent work. This is my go-to nail shop for sure! My nails are perfect everytime and they have great customer service. The staff is super friendly and they definitely know me as one of their regulars. Super experience! I am from San Diego and just moved here a few months ago. I was so happy to find this clean, modern, family-owned nail salon right here in Middletown. Tony did a great job with my manicure and pedicure. The hot stone pedicure is an extra treat. The prices are fair and the service is good. Lots of colors to choose from. They have gel and acrylic too. The spa chairs are newer and clean. You may want to call ahead for an appointment for weekends and busy times. Such nice folks! read more
